No he was too busy judging Siren and me and then blaming Siren. The two of them didn't get along, and I wasn't the best patient. We were constantly arguing with each other. *Del admits. Still looking around and putting the babies on the bed for a final diaper change before bed.*
Katie helps her keep the babies on the bed, and from rolling off. "Doesn't that break his.... hypocratical oath, or whatever? You're a med student, right?"
Yes, and it breaks no oath, all he has to do is promise to not harm his patients knowingly. In my case he was loudly diapproving. Mostly because of Siren and my age difference. But really if I didn't know better I'd say emotionally we are almost the same age. I grew up alittle fast and he grew up a little . . less fast. *Del says smirking and putting Aria in the pen before changing Apollo.*
"Nope, I'm your Cousin Kate. Well- second cousin, actually, but we can stick to Cousin Kate."
"Dadieeee?" She whimpers.
"Oh, it's ok little baby... Daddy's just over at the party, it's ok." She looks up at Delphi. "She wants to know why Siren's not putting her to bed. She doesn't see him, and so she doesn't know that he's still around.
That explains those desperate vibes I'm getting for Siren suddenly. *Del comments.* He is usually there when they get put down for the night, he only isn't there on the weekends. *Del explains as she runs a hand gently along Har's cheek.* Daddy is having some fun for Christmas, could you be a good girl for mommy?
Yep, but mostly I just nap when they do because I need to, I think Siren believes it is just because of the tired emotion. *Del explains moving Apollo to the pen where he instantly starts to curl up and then she moves on to Harmony's diaper. Del is trying not to yawn.*
I probably will, but once again adults get tired to but they also keep going, like they are determined to be awake. Babies, ha they yawn and I think decide instantly they will sleep, and really who is stopping them? *Del points out as she finishes up with Harmony.* Speaking of which, would you mind sticking around for a few minutes and holding Harmony so she doesn't fall asleep till I get my PJs on?
We both did, Siren loves their musical names and I love how much it meant to him so I came up with the girls' American names, he came up with their Japanese middle names. And Apollo well he was such a shock . . .I think it was Siren who named him. *Del says smiling over at the kids while she quickly changes into her flannel PJs. She gets to her side of the bed and says,* You can put her down now, and Katie . . . thanks a lot for the talk I really needed someone I could open up to. *Del says really meaning it.*
"No problem. It's nice to talk to someone who knows what it's like to get overwhelmed by their powers. So... yeah. I'm puting Harmony down down, you sleep nice... Siren has keys, I can lock the door?"
