I am looking for some interested players to come into my open and thread and meet Lana! She is currently eating lunch in Central Park and watching for mutants and or adapteds.

I also have her waiting on 3 people to reply to an ad she posted about wanting roommates (explained in the intro post).

So, someone could enter by simply bumping into her at the park, or if someone wanted to they could be one of the three people interested in her ad about roomates and wanting to set up a chance to meet!

So I'd be interested in posting with you if you're up for it! I've got three characters: Evelyn, Ryden and Tses. All three of them frequent the park, so that's not a problem. Evelyn works at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, so she passes through there for work. She lives at the mansion and she's got Hyper Observance. Tses is a pain in the butt street kid who makes explosives out of moonlight. She'd be more likely to try and steal Lana's wallet than talk to her... And Ryden lives on his own, but hangs out at the park because his voice makes metal and glass resonate and explode, so it's less risky to talk there than most places.

I think your girl is awesome and would love a thread with her, but my mansion boy is kind of (rightfully) terrified of leaving the mansion. Would you be interested in some avian company?

Aiden it sounds like you'd be interesting to meet but I'm not sure it'll make much sense for Lana yet. She will eventually make her way to the mansion which would be good.

It might be cool for Evelyn to notice that Lana is obviously seeing things that aren't there. If she's super observant she might notice how frequently Lana is watching her surroundings, ask her if she's alright, and that could be a good intro to get the two of them talking Just an idea.

Still open to other people too

Evelyn's has been around someone who talks to ghosts too, so that would be an advantage to notice what's happening. They could certainly get talking.

sure, I can set that up if you'd like Noel! it be great my intro thread is already going, but I can set up a new thread with Lana starting out by confirming she's meeting Noel and going to their agreed upon destination

Ty can see the past of an object via touching it, and I can make up an excuse for him to be just about anywhere.

Paige is an object-shifter/musician who's still discovering herself as a person.

Either or could have potential as fun threads.

Ty that sounds like a really cool mutation. I just checked out your profile, Lana is Irish too, she also has a fear of death. I know this sounds kinda wonky, but we could totally make them meet at a support group or meeting for people with a fear of death. I kinda think that would be really funny to write XD. Like, sometime is going on at the library and they both happen to pop in. Recognize that they're each Irish and strike up a conversation?

Lol I can't really picture Ty at a support group. Well...actually maybe, now that I think about it. He's kinda formed this nasty habit of getting himself into dangerous situations nowadays, so he could pop in. xD

This sounds fun, also, it's worth noting that though he's been living in NY for several years, he still has a notable Southern GA accent.

You could always have him come in by accident too and then choose to stay because of the subject matter just a thought.
