Necessary Legwork (Closed - Solo)

OOC: Timeline-wise this takes place a few weeks after the conclusion of the party.

Mariusz sat quietly in the back of the testing room, his fingers were laced together on the desk in front of him and he was twiddling his taloned thumbs as he waited for the remaining test time to melt away. He'd already been done with his citizenship test for the past ten minutes, but since he wasn't the only one taking the test he had to wait quietly until time ran out. Then there would be more waiting until the results of the test were posted. Happily, since the test was on a scantron sheet getting the results back wouldn't be a super time consuming process.

At last time timer dinged and, in short order, the tests were passed forward to the front of the room. All those who had taken the test, most of them dressed in their best clothes, were instructed to wait in the room and that the proctor would return in a few moments with the test results. Some chatter broke out among a few of the other students, mostly it was people speaking in their native languages and since Mariusz was the only Czech, as near as he could tell, he remained silent.

Sure enough within about ten minutes the proctor had returned. He called out a few names, people that had failed the exam, and they were removed from the group. He then announced that those that remained would be moving to a different room where they would take the oath of citizenship and become U.S. citizens.
