Build: Not very tall, and not anorectic. Stokes has healthy, boyish build with wide shoulders, small breasts and narrow hip. She is muscular, but also has a little overweight so her muscles don't show too much.

Everyday clothing style: T-shirt or top, and black jeans (or camo pants). Also a leather jacket if it's not too hot. On cold weather she wears hoodie. Loves army boots, leather necklaces and studded collars. Never anything too feminine. Her clothing style is dark; alot of black and gray, no bright colors.

Character Personality: Stokely seems to be very strong person, with sharp tongue and lack of respect to others. She's also very explodable and gets irritated very easily - and when irritated enough she can get violent.
Stokes doesn't much care to embellish what she's about to say, and she absolutely ain't that lovely, feminine, perfect girl of next door. She likes to spend most of her time alone in her flat.
Even though Stokes is already over twenty years old, she's still looking for herself, and the meaning of her life. Sometimes too large amount of thinking can make her very anxious and explodable to others.
She may say bad things and big mouth to others, but in the end she is distant and hard to reach - like insecure, barking and growling dog behind the fence who does that behavior just to make sure no-one dare to come close and hurt her.
As you might quess, Stokely doesn't fall in love easily, and just getting on to her friends list is not the easiest task to accomplish. Stokes is very picky person, but once you get to know her she's not that bad. It's just the hard surface. On the inside she is a little shy, insecure person who cares about the ones she's learned to love and can be very wild and fun person to hang out with. Stokely is also very protective over her friends and she will literally beat you up if you hurt her loved ones.
Hobbies/ Interests: Stokes likes reading, drawing and listening music. She also loves singing, and actually has very beautiful voice even though she's too shy to sing in public.
Job or part time job and description: Takes a part to illegal dog fights (as a dog)
Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Hornets, wasps, bees, bumblebees, cats, and sleeping with others (because she's afraid she might shape-shift in her sleep)
Special talents: She's good at singing and has good physical condition; she's fast at running, and very agile
Morality Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Stokely is pretty much a loner, and she doesn't mind to see others getting hurt, if the one in trouble is not one of her comrades. Stokes usually doesn't want to interfere other people's lives and situations, or involve herself in to other people's problems. But never say never, if she's in mood on kicking asses she can possibly help someone in need of it.
Mutations Mutation description: Stokely can shape-shift into a cream brindle colored american pitbull terrier with white markings around it's neck and chest and tail tip, pink 'n' black nose and amber eyes. Ears are cropped. (Her color is pretty much like
this puppy has, but the white areas are different)
If she's feeling too strong emotions she can't focus enough to shape-shift; not from human to a dog, or from a dog to human. But otherwise she can stay in dog form just as long as she wants to, and shifting from human to a pitbull and vise versa doesn't take much time.
Even in human form her senses are as sharp as dog's.
Strengths: Shape-shifting means fun to Stokely. Sometimes she just takes her dog form and goes out to do things knowing nobody would recognize her. It's also a great way to stalk and spy others. Just like a real pitbull, Stokes has very strong jaws and is agile in her dog form, and also has sharp senses.
Weaknesses and Limitations: She can't communicate very well with people in dog form since she's not telepathic, and it's impossible to form words with dog mouth. Loud noises hurt her ears. Sometimes if she hasn't had a good shower after shape-shifting she can smell like a dog.
Physical Abilities General Physical Capacities: In human form she's not very strong in physical fight, but instead her movements are fast and agile. She can run for a long time without getting out of breath.
In dog form she is a muscular and strong dog, with great jaw muscles. She is fast and has very strong bite. Senses are as sensitive as normal dog's.
Fighting Style: She doesn't usually fight in her human form.
Fighting Style Pros/Cons: History Of Your Character Stokelys childhood was very ordinary; she lived in farm in York with her older brother Shawn, and her parents Amber and Desmond Halleraker. Their lives were good quality and full of activities and even though Stokes didn't have much other friends but her brother, it didn't bother her at all. They came along amazingly well.
They didn't speak much about mutants, but they knew they exist. No concerns about it since they had never seen even one mutant. Or at least they didn't know about it.
In school Stokely wasn't the best student, mostly because she didn't like studying. Shawn was alot better in school than his sister, even though Shawn opened school books and studied at home as rarely as Stokes. It made Stokely a little jealous, but she didn't want to complain.
Teenage started to reach Stokely and she started to get more anxious and easily irritated, especially by loud noises. It was because her dog senses were starting to awake and it made her nervous not knowing what's happening.
Her parents thought it was acting and call for attention.
When Stokes reached 14 years of age her parents felt they can't stand her anymore so they sent her away to another state where were an institution for troubled children and teens. They didn't even think it could be x-gene that caused her "problems."
In new housing place things seemed to start settling down. Stokely was offended and hurt because her parents abandoned her that way, and she never contacted them again.
In her new 'home' she one night figured out her ability to shape-shift into a dog. She had done it in her sleep, and woke up as a pitbull. Gladly she was able to shape-shift back to normal after hours of trying.
She was already 17 years old when one time she was walking to the institution with her schoolmates along a sidewalk, and then the bad happened. One of her schoolmates yelled something to a friend across the street in Stokely's direction, and loud voice right beside her ear made her snap. Stokes attacked her schoolmate, pushing the girl in the ground, hitting, scratching and biting her, and yelling at her to never do that again. After just few minutes she got control of herself and ran away. The girl she attacked had to go to hospital.
Stokely travelled to New York by train, and found her way to people who organize illegal dog fights. It seemed to be the only way she could get good money. She was a dog in the ring with human intelligence - she couldn't lose. Stokely asked one man, Troy, to take her dog (who in fact was herself) in the fight ring and promised to pay him for doing it. And he did it. They became companions working that way, and they still work together. Troy doesn't know Stokely is the dog called "Strikebite" - he only knows Stokely is a young woman with amazingly good fight dog.
With money she has won from dog fights she has bought herself small apartment. She still hasn't been in contact with her family, and yeah, she has finally met other mutants.

Sample RP:It was late at night and Stokely was sitting on her bed, with a laptop on her lap and headphones on her ears. She was tired and bored, but not sleepy, and had painful wound on her temple from a dog fight that happened earlier at night. She had alot of other bruises too, but at least she had won. She had stitched the wound once she got home. Stokes always took good care of her wounds and treated them well.
Her greyish, tired eyes were looking at the bright screen of laptop in dark room as she was browsing the internet. Nothing. Nothing interesting at all and she was feeling bored. Way too bored to continue waisting time like this. So she closed her laptop and put it on her bedside table, setting her headphones on it too as she stood up from the bed and straight to the outdoor. Boots and leather jacket on and she was ready to go. Before she walked out from the door, she quickly looked herself from mirror. And then she left.
She made her way walking to the closest pub which was just a block away. As she opened the wooden door of the pub, the smell of cigar and alcohol reached her nose. How familiar... Stokely walked through the pub to the counter where she ordered herself a beer. Very feminine, huh? Well Stokes ain't.
Once she got beer in front of her nose, she paid it and walked to the corner table of the pub, sitting down in there. Bad music was playing, and bar was full of old, sweaty men. Some younger ones were there too, but mostly old farts. But at least this was a cheap bar. Cheap intoxication was a good idea right now.
