Mutation description: Diagnostic Touch – By place his hand anywhere on his patients, Dr. Amos is instantly fed nearly all information on what his ailing them. He can see, almost as if remote viewing, the problem with his patient and can diagnose it from there. This ranges of seeing can range from knowing exactly the spots of internal injury a victim may have, to seeing the small hairline bone fracture, to even knowing if they have high cholesterol. Strengths: He can instantly see problems a patient may have and is able to prescribe from there, the best course of action. Weaknesses: He sees everything, even the most unserious and minute of issues. Also, he have no healing powers, he can only diagnose what the problem is and suggest standard medical treatments for solving it.

Explanation: Sean was a professional boxer in his youth and has a vast amount of experience in the ring. Though much older now and not much of a fighter anymore, if needed he still remembers what he has learned over the years and could throw a solid punch.
History of Your Character:
Born to Lois and Frank McMillan in 1948, Sean grew up in rural Massachusetts. He was a healthy and athletic boy and sports came naturally to him. He spent his youth as a star athlete and specialized in boxing and track. He won several medals and ribbons at different high school events and went to a state competition for boxing at sixteen.
He didn’t win the state championship but an army recruiter approached him at the boxing event and convinced him to serve his country. He signed up the next week and moved away from his family to live at Fort Devens. His natural aptitude in teaching others helped him move up the ranks quickly and he became a drill sergeant a couple of years into term his service. As a drill sergeant, he entered a boxing contest at Fort Devens and became the camp champion in 1969.
While out celebrating he met a woman named Camilla and they fell in love over the next few months. With the Vietnam War in full swing, McMillan was ordered to deploy and he married Camilla the day before getting on a ship to cross over to the war torn country. He served two tours between 1970 and 1972 and returned with a fair bit of mental and physical scars.
Upon arrival in the states, Sean left the army and moved to Brooklyn with his wife were he became a professional fighter and they started a family. They had a daughter, Zoey, in March of 1973.
Age started to catch up and in 1976, McMillan decided to hang up his gloves and opened his own gym were he could coach young up and coming fighters. Years past and the gym took over Sean’s life. In 1982, Camilla had had enough and took their daughter to California. Sean continued to run his business and did his best to send money to his family when he could despite his wife remarrying and the lack of contact he had with his daughter.
In 1990 when Zoey turned 17, she left her mom in California and went to live with her father in Brooklyn. Though Sean loved her very much, both of their strong wills clashed often and the girl did not respond well to his strict discipline and work ethic. When the young girl turned 18, she ran away from home, telling Sean she hated him and never wanted to see him again. He has not seen or heard from her since that day.
Now, twenty years later, Sean continues to run his gym despite the decline of the sport. His business is no longer profitable but he doesn’t need the money as he was wise in his days as a fighter. It is a part of his life now and he plans to train fighters as long as he can before he passes on.

The Telekinetic Meese shares all the physical attributes, intelligence, and temperamental tendencies of its lesser evolved cousin, the moose.
Mutations
Mutation description: Meesikinesis.
Strengths: When startled or angry, meese send a telekinetic blast outward from themselves in all directions.
Weaknesses: While meesikinesis is extremely powerful (Mutated Strength range of 22–30: a weak meese can knock an elephant off its feet, while a strong one can knock a house off its foundations), its range is extremely limited (approximately ten feet, in a sphere centered around the meese). Meesikinesis is always an omni-directional effect, and cannot be focused on a single target. Individual meese strength and attack radius may vary.
Secondary Mutation: Theory of Evolution
Some meese are naturally resistant to telekinesis. It is likely that, should the initial population of meese survive, this trait will become prevalent in the population within a few traumatic generations. As things stand, approximately 1/3 of the population displays some degree of resistance, while the other 2/3 can easily be sent airborne by their fellows.
Strengths: Resistant meese can stand their ground.
Weaknesses: The resistance is not full immunity, and is not automatic--a meese caught snoozing can still be sent flying.
History:

First dreamt up in the Future Plot, where their powers were triggered by the Haywire Virus, Telekinetic Meese have found their way into the present timeline. All they needed was a little boost from a mail-order bride.
As of the Fall of 2011, there are exactly three Meese wandering the woods of Upstate New York—two bulls, and one cow.
Spring will show whether a fourth is on the way...
(The existence of meese is not yet common knowledge—your character will only know about them if they've gained the knowledge IC. Visible mutation: Looks like an anthropomorphic white tiger. Blue eyes, white fur with black stripes, claws, fangs, the whole shtick. Usual outfit: Something business-y.
Personality: A terrifyingly effective secretary. Won’t take anyone’s crap and will treat him like a whiny teenager most of the time. Excuses do not work on her, and neither do lies because Madeline sees all. Her passive-aggressiveness is the stuff of legend, and you’d be hard-pressed to get her to like you. Unless you’re a child in which case, of course she likes you.
Job description: Madeline is the financial manager of Ragnarok, in that she makes sure that Ragnarok can be funded and the such in a way that doesn’t cast suspicion onto JW. If members want to borrow Ragnarok resources, they also have to go through her (ex. if they want to use a grenade launcher, they have to very literally check it out). To the public, she is Ambrose’s personal assistant, but does most of the boring stuff to manage JW, since Ambrose does most of the managing of Ragnarok and really won’t get the boring stuff done if it’s left to him.
Mutation description: Madeline’s primary mutation is her appearance as a white tiger. She walks on two legs, however, but is otherwise outwardly identical to a white tiger in terms of strength, reflexes, etc. The other major difference would be her digestive system, which matches that of a normal human’s.
A secondary facet of her mutation is a decent telepathic resistance. Her partial-tiger brain is just wired differently. The reason she handles the money is because of her mental resistance. Only extremely powerful and aggressive telepaths would be able to get past her natural mental defenses.
Strengths: Very strong telepathic resistance. Tigerlady looks rather terrifying to most. Also claws.
Weaknesses and Limitations: It’s often harder for physical mutants to get along in the real world, even if they hold high-status positions as she does. No control over brain resistance.

She's picked up some sass from her bestie Madeline, in that if someone tries to BS their way into the wrong part of the building, she’ll just smile and cheerfully but repeatedly tell them that they’re not allowed there, and back off before someone murders you for trying. Job description: Controls the elevators from her position as the front desk secretary and thus is the gatekeeper for Ragnarok.
Mutation description: Marian will blink to take a mental picture of a moment which she can then recall with 100% accuracy. This is her version of photographic memory.
Strengths: It’s extremely difficult to break into Ragnarok with Marian as the gatekeeper.
Weaknesses and Limitations: Perfect memory does not give Marian a perfect way to replicate what she has seen.

Personality: Decently nice guy, but can be brutal if provoked. He’ll greet everyone to enter the base politely but is very stringent about security and hygiene. <i>Don’t track mud in. </i>His loyalties lie first and foremost with Ragnarok, and is the first line of defense for Ragnarok’s base, so he’s extremely difficult to get past considering his mutation combined with his combat expertise. Ex-military and a childhood friend of Ambrose.
Job description: Cail has built Ragnarok’s “Danger Room.” His public front is that he works as a business consultant for JW to the public, but is pretty much always down in the main base. Can be found acting as a doorman of sorts or just patrolling.
Mutation description: Cail is able to manipulate what he calls "negatives," which is essentially an opposite version of anything on this planet. The negative copies have no substance except to the person they’re a copy of and would behave exactly as their positive host would, meaning he can basically make dark versions of people or things and turn them against their regular versions.
Cail can, under normal circumstances, create a maximum of 3 negatives at a time. In the special training room build for Ragnarok, Cail is able to create an entire negative scenario.
Strengths: You can’t attack Cail if your evil doppelgänger is attacking you. He’s the best combat trainer, because it’s pretty easy to tell what you’re doing wrong when you can see yourself doing it.
Weaknesses and Limitations: Negatives are exactly the same as their positive counterparts, so they fight about as well as the person they’re copied from does. Once they’re defeated, they dissipate, and Cail cannot resolidify them for at least ten minutes. Negatives are always summoned in the same state as their positive.

Personality: The Carr - or Capitoline, as they prefer to be known when it comes to their less-than-legal dealings - twins are both mutant contractors. They mostly work for Ragnarok now, but their former jobs as mercenaries required brutality and built up some tolerance for both physical and emotional pain.
Romeo took to that much better than Remy did - he's willing and able to do anything as long as it gets the job done. He's the more talkative of the two, but everything he says ends up coming out vaguely threatening even when he's trying not to be. As a mercenary through-and-through, Romeo is more of the brawn, though that doesn't mean he can't be darkly intelligent when he needs to be.
Remy, meanwhile, is softer. Because he's so quiet, Remy often fades into the background, and in conjunction with his more subtle power is often seen as the "useless" brother. He only ever really follows in his brother's footsteps, and Romeo knows that. While he maintains a degree of professionalism, there are some things that Remy just isn't able to do, and that Romeo steps in and does for him. Neither brother resents the other for that, especially as Romeo does so because he doesn't want his brother to be hurt and Remy knows that's exactly the reason why.
Job or part time job and description: Private security for the Jaager family, Ragnarok thugs (assisting with street-level operations)
Mutation description:<br><i>Romeo - Organic Exoskeleton</i><br>Romeo has the ability to excrete a dark, oily substance from beneath his skin that hardens into a chitinous exoskeleton. The exoskeleton can be created both fully and partially. When fully manifested, Romeo's exoskeleton most closely resembles <a href="https://cdna0.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/001/445/208/large/richie-mason-5.jpg?1446556001" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">this</a> and <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/16/81/4d/16814d6a051f6199f49b7654a16ed3b3.jpg">this</a> for everything but the gauntlets, and <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://img07.deviantart.net/bd89/i/2014/211/7/b/daedric_gauntlets___complete_by_suoitnev-d7szol2.png">this</a> for the gauntlets. The entire exoskeleton takes about fifty seconds to be generated and to harden. Overall, the entire exoskeleton is as hard as chitin: the armor will scratch rather easily, but won't break unless under extreme pressure. The maximum stopping power is a bullet, as anything faster or bigger will crack the armor or fully go through. Romeo also has the ability to run on all fours when the full exoskeleton is present, and at a much faster speed than a human could (see below).<br><br>When partially manifested, Romeo generates parts of the exoskeleton instead of the whole thing. Each part of the exoskeleton is linked to an enhancement of Romeo's abilities, and when the full exoskeleton is generated, all of the enhancements stack. Each part also takes about fifteen seconds to fully generate and harden to maximum strength. The enhancements are as follows:
Helm - Enhanced senses (all six). Gauntlets - Enhanced strength and speed for arms. Boots/Pants - Enhanced strength and speed for legs as well as the ability to run on all fours. Chestplate - Enhanced stamina.
Strengths: Highly durable armor and physical enhancements
Weaknesses and Limitations: He cannot create weapons, only armor for himself. The full exoskeleton takes a long time to generate and while it summons he's essentially human. Partial exoskeletons summon twice as fast, but that still takes time
Mutation description: <i>Remy - Pheromone Manipulation</i> Remy can manipulate his natural pheromones to affect the emotions of others. Those within his range - about a ten foot radius without wind- are all affected. He can use his pheromones to do something as simple as making himself seem more attractive and making everyone immediately around him happy, or he can turn a crowd into a raging mob, or he can change a raging mob into a placated crowd.
Strengths: Affects everyone in his radius
Weaknesses and Limitations: Beware of friendly fire, does not affect those who cannot smell, weather conditions can affect pheromone potency. Remy cannot change murder into love, he must first step murder down to hate, hate down to dislike, dislike to apathy, apathy to like, like into amorous feelings. That's a lot of different pheromones to step through.<br><br>Secondary mutation description: Remy can place distinctive "scent markers" on people to track them. He himself has no enhanced senses, so he can't track a scent marker once he's set it. However, his brother in his helm or any creature with above human smell is able to track the marker until the target has bathed.
Physical Abilities: Both brothers are at the peak of physical condition (for humans), and both are also skilled hand-to-hand fighters.
Relevant History: The Capitoline brothers have long been a well-known part of the New York City underworld, serving as bouncers, couriers, hitmen, or wherever the money takes them. As ruthless mutant contractors known for their willingness to do whatever they were asked as long as they were paid, the brothers were able to garner quite a reputation as some of the best of the best. To many, it seemed as if Ambrose Jaager hired them as his personal security after the police advised high-ranking mutant figures to tighten their security in the wake of Odessa, but in reality, the twins came to Ambrose, wanting to join Ragnarok. Actually, Romeo had gone to Ambrose, having heard down the grapevine that Ambrose was a member and because of his disillusionment with human-mutant relations after Odessa - Remy had just followed. Ambrose hired the two as bodyguards as a cover, and they've since been a near-permanent fixture by his and Jörmungandr's sides.

Strengths: *When she uses her mutation a golden heatless flame envelopes and suffuses her body allowing her to use her use her mutation in any direction around her up to 100ft away. She can also focus it into her arms only, which intensifies the results and allows her arms to become intangible if she wishes it. *She can focus the energy into her own or another person's body to heal them of most injuries and most illnesses. When she does this she can feel and sense what is wrong with them. *If she attacks someone with her ability, she does not physically harm them, but attacks their soul/life energy directly, siphoning and burning it away. *When focusing the energy inward, she can boost her physical abilities to peak human levels and create an armor of sorts by creating an insulating layer around and throughout her body. *She ages very slowly and will likely live at least two centuries or more. She is always in perfect health. *If she is injured in a way a normal person would die instantly or easily, the strength of her soul allows her to shrug off death's embrace for up to a week without aid. *She is able to draw someone's life energy into herself as long as they are willing and within 100ft of her. Weaknesses and Limitations: *When using her ability she uses her own energy or whatever energy she has taken and stored from someone else. She does not have an unlimited supply. When drawing from a willing person, she knows how much she can safely draw from them without harming them. Not everyone has the same quality or quantity of life energy, which has nothing to do with their physical health. When she forcibly takes from someone, no matter their quality or quantity, what she gets is raged and damaged and is of lower quality and smaller quantity than if it were given willingly. Forcibly taking energy also damages the person's soul no matter how much she takes and she cannot sense their soul and can inadvertently kill them without meaning to. *Healing is the most taxing on her, the worse the injury/illness the more taxing it is, and the quicker she becomes depleted. *Harming someone's life energy is not immediately damaging, but it the damage is cumulative. The more damage done, the easier it becomes to damage the person, but it takes a while so there is a good chance for her to be harmed or for them to get away. If they get away, their soul energy does recover more quickly than any physical injury would. *When focused inwardly to boost her physical abilities she essentially overclocks them for a short time. Personality: Maddox is quiet, but it's less of a focused, intense quiet and more of a "what's that weird stain on the wall" quiet. When he does talk, it's usually with a wry sense of humor or a bitingly sarcastic tone. Normally, he's easily distractible and a generally charming and likable person, but when it comes to a potentially dangerous situation, his focus is perfect. He's a professional through-and-through, and once he's got a mark in sight, you'd be hard-pressed to keep it from him. Unlike other people in his line of work, though, he's opposed to killing, and not just because it's messy. While he won't ever get in the way of a "necessary" kill - one that if he intervenes, he puts himself in serious danger - but he will go out of his way to avoid unnecessary violence, and might stop others if he deems their violence unnecessary. Mutation description: The main aspect of his ability is instantaneous teleportation, but only to a "marked" location. He cannot arbitrarily teleport, for that reason - he must first clearly see the location in order to mark it. (This does mean that he could see a location in a photograph and mark it, making Street View his best friend.) Marking is permanent, but he usually doesn't remember if he's marked a spot until he tries to teleport there and either fails or succeeds. It's also a passive ability - any location he sees is automatically marked, which is why he doesn't/can't catalog every location he's marked. When he attempts to teleport, if it is to a location he's marked, he will merely vanish out of existence in his present location and reappear with an almost unnoticeable delay in the targeted location. He can take one other person with him while teleporting, and needs to have skin-on-skin contact for the other person to successfully go with him. If there are multiple "options" - for example, he is grabbed while trying to teleport someone else - then he can select which person he actually wants to teleport. Meanwhile, if his target location is not marked, he will merely fail to go anywhere, with no other consequences. To aid him in marking, Maddox's eyesight is highly enhanced, meaning he can clearly see about twice the distance that a normal human can Secondary mutation description: While Maddox has told people that he can track someone anywhere based on their scent, that's not the entire truth. In reality, once he has someone's scent - and his sense of smell is also enhanced for that reason - he can determine which previously marked point they are closest to. This was unhelpful when Maddox had very few points marked, but as he grew and continued to travel the world (and with the development of the oh-so-helpful Internet) it grew much more effective. Physical Abilities: Maddox is fit, in that he works out and monitors his diet, but he's not any any sort of peak of human fitness. He's just fit enough to hold his own in his line of work (but he is a really, really good runner, because that skill's so very important when you're a professional thief). He has no formal fight training, but Maddox is fast and smart. If forced into a direct confrontation, he could probably get a few punches in, but he'd be more likely to rely on his mutation to give him the upper hand.
Relevant History: Maddox was a thief-for-hire affiliated with the Black Rose, the crime organization Kirsi fought to take down. When he decided to go to America, he realized that he'd need proper resources in order to come in semi-legally to at least keep the government off his back. Hearing that Kirsi was aiming to move to America as well, he used his power to find her and gave his pitch, explaining that they'd raise little to no flags if they came in as father and daughter. Presently, they share an apartment in the city. Their relationship could be considered friends, as neither would be too happy if something happened to the other. Using Kirsi's connections, Maddox was able to affiliate himself with some major organizations - Ragnarok included - meaning that he's also loaded with valuable information on the seedy underworld of the city.

Note: (Added 6/2/2017) River is an M-addict. This allows her to activate her inactive x-gene but she is trying to get clean. However, this is her mutation when under the effects of M.
The reality is that River's ability, had she been born with an active x-gene, would have allowed her the gift of teleportation. She would have been able to teleport in the blink of an eye to anyplace within her line of sight. To achieve this, she would have been able to enter an alternate dimension that travels alongside the current one, piercing through it on one end, traveling through her faster than thought, and popping out the other. However, because her x-gene is only activated through the use of M, her abilities are several hampered and -- dangerous.
As of right now, because her powers are not evolving naturally, teleportation is only achieved on the astral level. When River takes M, she is able to willfully project her consciousness, her essence, outside of her body, but unlike other mutants with similar abilities, she is only able to travel and enter the other dimension which she has dubbed "Bliss". When her astral form enters this dimension, every pleasurable sensor in her body is activated. She feels such joy, pleasure, and arousal triple timed, and all without the need to physical or mental stimulation. Her astral form is in a constant state of "Bliss" whenever she enters the dimension and it is an addicting feeling; when she is separated from it, it's agony. Even taking another kind of hard narcotics wouldn't bring her to this same level of satisfaction so it is not an option for her.
Because her powers essentially manifest as a LSD trip, River is utterly addicted to it. She feels things so much more sharply in the Bliss dimension, she forgets her troubles, and she never wants to return back to her body. However, since her powers are dependent on M, the trips to Bliss are short-lived and come with devastating withdrawals. She becomes moody, snappy, somewhat paranoid of other people. However, she is doing all she can to stay off of M, but the draw of another trip to Bliss is an enticing one.
Lastly, though she hasn't tested this yet, River does have the ability to bring others with her into Bliss. By touching a person when she takes M, she pulls their astral form with her into the Bliss dimension, but only when her power first activates. If she is already in Bliss, someone discovers and touches her, they won't be pulled along. It has to be at the beginning of the journey only. Additionally, the guest can only remain there for as long as River is there. She cannot leave a person's consciousness behind when she returns to her body, no matter how much they beg and plead.
History Of Your Character
River was born and raised in San Diego, California. She developed an interest in music and an early age and took to it like a duck to water. Her parents strongly encouraged her talents, getting her into whichever classes they could afford. River developed in a happy, loving, and strong family into the strong woman that she is today. She learned early on to stand up for herself against strangers, however she never really learned to do the same with people close to her. They, unfortunately, always manage to find the chinks in her armor.
It was in high school where River discovered that she had an interest in the same sex. It was a nerve wracking few years, but when she finally came out to her parents, they were accepting of her life choices. They encourage her in any way that they could, but only asked that she strive for her education first and foremost.
Eventually River graduated college and started taking minor jobs working as a part-time harpist for wine bars and various other organizations. It was through connections she made from years of working like that they she joined the Little Traveling Symphony – it was also here where she met Belladonna Honey. River felt an instant attraction to her and, while Agnes was reluctant at first to accept a date, persistent and cuteness eventually won out and Agnes accepted. It was only a year later that River proposed.
The two are going through a rough patch at the moment, as River has been passive aggressively blaming her fiancée on her inability to find a job in New York City and is currently working with the Little Traveling Symphony again. However, she shall return soon and who knows what she shall find...
