The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

Well, things certainly seemed to be looking up for Mariusz. Paige and Chloe had decided that they both wanted to accompany the feathered mutant to his father's party in a couple of weeks so that little problem had finally been solved. While the Czech man certainly didn't see either of the two women in any sort of romantic light it was, at least, a burden lifted from his shoulders to not have worry about the whole date angle. It was true that he wasn't really looking forward to taking either of the girls shopping since women tended to take forever when it came to shopping, especially clothes shopping. Still, that seemed a small price to pay really for having the problem solved since it had taken entirely too long to solve.

In truth he knew who it was he would have preferred to take, but he hadn't been able to find the woman to ask her and had been forced to look to other alternatives.

He was just opening the door to his room when the cell phone in his pocket rang. Pulling out the phone Mariusz examined the number on the called ID. It wasn't a number that he immediately recognized. He hit the button on the phone to accept the call and put the device to his ear.

"Hello?"
