The de-aging plot is here! HOW SUPER has been working on an experimental chemical serum. (Geneva who?) The goal was to de-power mutants, but the experiment was deemed a failure when the effects seemed to de-age mutants without eliminating the X-Gene and its accompanying powers. The project would have been destroyed, had one of the mutants involved with the project not escaped with multiple syringes and aerosol devices filled with the special serum. Now, she has a goal: Give mutants and those close enough to mutants to breathe it in the gift of newfound youth. NO BUT LITERALLY HOW Either through aerial diffusion (think smoke grenade) or injection (a shot in the arm).
WHO CAN DE-AGE?
Anyone. This is a chemical de-hancement so human, adapteds, and mutants are all welcome to fountain of youth it up. IS IT PERMANENT? - If you want to have your youth and eat it too, you must have your character injected.
- If you would like to enjoy the fountain of youth temporarily: inhale the diffusion.
HOW FAR DO WE DE-AGE? How much did you inhale/inject? We do not suggest aging down below 10. We allow you to choose for yourself. MEMORIES (OR LACK THEREOF) OF YOUTH Those injected would lose memories down to the age they are reverted back to, while those who inhale the gas might have a chance of retaining some of their more grown-up memories. (It’s up to you!) HOW DO I SIGN UP? Reply to this thread and consider that as tacit approval without a mod having to explicitly state your approval. You then have permission to change the age on your application. PLEASE, PLEASE add a note to the age section that this is a de-aged character, otherwise we will never trust the math on our applications again. I AM SPECIAL If you want to do something funky like a gas/injection hybrid consider if it is:
- Likely to happen.
- Possible at all.
- Worth explaining over and over for the rest of your life.
- Maybe just don't. This is for fun and meant to extend playability of our beloved characters. When you ask for exceptions it can often feel unfair.
