OCC: This is after Shrapnel and Gore escaped from the camp...

It didn't take long in the air for Jason and Shrapnel to hit ground. Jason turned to Shrapnel. "You know we gotta get some clothes cau..." Stopped dead in his tracks. "What the hell man your naked! You mean you cared me all the way here naked?" Jason was ready to fall over and die. He was happy to be out of that place. But the man that helped him out was naked for goodness sake. "Yeah we really need to find some clothes cause we stick out and you, yeah your gonna get us sent back!" Jason looked around it was late. Real late. There had to be something open or something that he could break into. Just then he caught a corner store closed. "Wait here." he motioned to Shrapnel as he skirted across the street. In minutes Jason came back tossing a black shirt and some shorts to Shrapnel. Quickly changing he realized two things one that it was a little cold in NYC for shorts and then he looked at Shrapnel. "Hey you gotta name cause walking around calling Shrapnel is getting a little old and weird."

"Nice to meet you, V." He said sticking out his hand and giving V's a firm shake. "The name is Jason." He looked around and began to walk out the alley. "I know a few people here and there that should at least be able to put us up for the night or until we can find out what the hell is really going on here." He said motioning for V to follow him. Jason walked down the street feeling the cold breeze on his legs. "We need to find someplace quick." After minutes later Jason stopped at an old building. Windows bored up. Trash all around the place. "Lets go to the back." he said walking down a dark alley. Jason came to a big metal door. Looking to his left and right He put his hands on it and pushed. It wouldn't budge. 'hmm' he thought to him self. he raised his hand up and pressed this little button on the next to the door and waited a few seconds. Jason could feel eyes looking at him through the cracks in the windows. Every know in then you could hear someone whispering then the door budge open just a little and just pulled it open the rest of the way. "Man you got good navigation skills you dropped us off by a Mutant safe house.. come on lets go in."

"Um sir, sir you should wake up" said a small voice in Jason's ear. His eyes opened slowly as he felt little hands shaking him back and forth. He sat up rather quickly turning to your his left. "What is it boy?" Jason asked rubbing his eye realizing he still had some odd weight on his wrist. "That on your arm. Its transmitting some sort of beacon." The boys said closing his eyes. "Its telling someone where you are." Jason quickly jumped realizing he was in a whole heap of shit. Jason rushed over to a window looking out the cracks between the boards but nothing. How could he have been so stupid he thought! Whatever that mutant did back at the camp only worked for a short time there had to be something he could do. There was nothing in this world that was gonna put Jason back in that camp on alive anyway. Just then the boy walked back over to Jason. "Sir, i think i might be able to help." he said in a soft innocent voice. "But how?" Jason asked with desperation in his voice. The boy reached his hand out placing it over the bracelet. "There, its off." the boy told him. "But how?" Jason asked again. "I just told it to turn off." With that the boy turned around and walked away. After the boy left Jason sat in a corner all by himself going over all the actions from the course of the evening. Leaning over and tearing a small metal pipe off the wall he braced him self for pain. The pipe was now braced between his arm and wedge down under the bracelet. With all his might Jason pushed hearing two loud snaps. One being the bracelet and the other being his wrist. He felt his blood hardening under his skin as he grunted in pain. Standing up Jason looked down at the bracelet still laying on the ground and walked out. Making his way through all the mutants laying sleeping on the floor he found V. Moments later V and Jason walked out the back door and down the street. Eyes peered out the windows watching them go.
After a few blocks both V and Jason thought it would be safe and quicker if they had split up to look for the lab. Not to long after that Jason decided to back track a little. Finding a small building with a roof top Jason peered over to the building they had left keeping a close eye on it. He new there was something funny about that boy. Everybody in that house was there for them selves. If they were to help anybody there would have to be something in it for them and this time helping Jason they would have got nothing. After about 2 hours of watching it finally happen. A loud bang and the sight of the building getting raided. It seemed like there were more people raiding that house then it was when the US went after Saddam. He new that boy was not there to help him. Just get him out the house so nothing would happen to them. Served them right he thought to him self. After watching them get beat by anti mutant cops and dragged off to the prison camps Jason turned and left. Keeping his cool and staying in the shadows Jason looked for anybody he knew that could help him find the Labs. Shit there had to be something he could have done.
