This thread starts off at the end of a public event, a rally for mutant rights held by business leader Pompei Yuen (a Chinese manufacturing tycoon who recently immigrated to the States). Pompei gives a long speech to her supporters, which is televised on major networks (CNN, FOX, etc..).

It is joinable after the fact, meaning that any post should take place after she's finished her speech. :3 You can attack her, bomb the rally, try and recruit her for some nefarious group *wink wink* or just be one of the many mutant rights supporters/activists gathered at the event. Whatever you'd like to do is fine with me and I'll run with it no matter what it is.

Feel free to chat her up, but the thread isn't meant to last more than a couple/few pages, since she's about to go home. Enough time for a few people to talk to her or react to her speech. ^_^`

Also, I encourage reaction posts. Meaning, you can post in the thread as being from another location, watching it on TV, and not interrupt the flow of the thread since you're technically not there. Or you can make mention of the rally and her speech in your own threads that take place simultaneously or after mine.
