The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Mutations
Mutation description: Warren is able to convert energy through and into his legs increasing his leg strength and speed enabling him to accelerate to a max speed of 170 mph. His body has adapted towards the rigors of high-speed running. Thus his cardiovascular and respiratory systems are many times more efficient than those of humans. He metabolizes an estimated 95% of the caloric energy content of foods (normal humans use about 25%), and the chemical processes of his musculature are so highly enhanced that his body does not generate fatigue poisons, the normal by-products of locomotion, which force the body to rest. His joints and skin are tougher, smoother and lubricated more than those of a normal human being to deal with friction. His tendons have the tensile strength of spring steel, and his bones contain an unknown material significantly stronger and more durable then calcium to withstand the dynamic shocks of his feet touching the ground at speeds a human could never withstand. His practical reaction time is several times faster than a normal human's and the speed at which his brain processes information is heightened to be able to perceive his surrounding at a high speed. Warren's lachrymose is more viscous than normal, preventing rapid evaporation and allowing replenishment of the surface fluids on his eyeballs under the influence of high wind velocity to occlude his vision. His super speed automatically allows him to compensate for any G- force difference.
Strengths: Able to transfer energy into and through his legs increasing his leg strength. This enables him to run and jump at superhuman levels. Weaknesses: Only able to transfer energy to his legs, meaning he cannot punch really fast nor do anything else at an accelerated speed.
Secondary mutation description: As a byproduct of his enhanced physiology Warren is able to take more damage than an average human could with stand.
Strengths: Can take more impact damage then a person normally would. Weaknesses: Still vulnerable to knife wounds and gun shots.
Fighting Style Explanation: Utilizes leg strikes mostly, trained in Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do, uses his speed to out maneuver and counter his opponents, sometimes running and bouncing off the wall or leaping after running at his opponents to deliver a “super kick” Pros for fighting style: Faster than anyone else, kicks deliver devastating damage. Cons for fighting style: Has to stop running in order to attack, leaving himself vulnerable.

History of Your Character Warren Clarence Peace was born in George Washington Hospital on December 4th 1991 to Maria Carter and Clarence Peace, her boyfriend at the time. He spent most of his early childhood growing up in the Anacostia area of Southeast D.C. (District of Columbia) up until he was five, when his mother passed in a car accident. This left Warren with his father who immediately cashed in on the life insurance policy and moved them out of the city into nearby Prince George’s county, Maryland. Warren never really forgot or got over the death of his mother and it showed in his academic life with failing grades and frequent fights. His father realizing this immediately enrolled the boy into football and martial arts in an attempt to give his son and outlet for his frustrations and a dream to pursue. As Warren grew older he progressed more and more in these activities, quickly gaining high acclaim and attention from various private schools around the area for football, and winning various tournaments. By the time Warren was a sophomore in high school he played wide receiver, safety and special teams, quitting martial arts to pursue football after getting his second degree black belt. Two years later he was one of the most sought after high school recruits in the nation, until his father died from a severe heart attack. This left Warren with nothing but a high school diploma and shattered dreams, losing his scholarships after a few run ins with the law. Warren attempted various jobs in an effort to support himself but failed, eventually resorting to thievery and pretty crimes to survive. It was in a botched robbery attempt that Warren discovered his powers, while escaping police pursuit he was able to execute a getaway. In 2009 Warren joined the United States Navy; he was later discharged for conduct issues. With no place to call home he moved to England where he fell in love with the ideas and practice of Parkour and Free Running. Living off his savings from the military and earnings from odd jobs here and there he devoted his time to developing his powers and his new found hobby. Warren would spend the next sixteen months overseas before returning to the U.S., his last whereabouts was Queens, New York. Role-play where did you learn about this site? Google. Do you have any other characters on MRO, if so who: No. Sample RP: He could hear the dogs barking behind him, and the faint sounds of the police radio, they were gaining ground on him. His chest ached with fatigue as his mind repeatedly told him “you can’t stop… keep running”; sweat ran into eyes, his lungs desperate for air and his heart begging for a much needed rest. Planting his foot he cut into a nearby alleyway, hopped a steel wire fence and took off again barely two seconds past before the canines ran into the same fence, their barks and growls warning him of what awaited his capture. Gasping for breath he caught himself on a wall before he collapsed. Eyes looking from left to right as he treasured the few seconds to catch his breath. “Show me your hands!” a female voice cried as a flash light illuminated the surrounding wall and area. His heart rate quickened as his eyes grew wider. “I said show me your damn hands!” Her pistol sights trained on his torso. His heart rated surged upward again he could feel it beating inside his chest. Part of him considered reaching for his own pistol tucked in the back of his jeans, another part thought better of the idea and told him to run. They stared one another down for what seemed like an hour before he made his move. Dipping his shoulder and turning his hips he attempted to flee to the alley way, he heard the click of the hammer draw back and combustion of the internal reaction firing the round. Head snapping back to face the officer as the muzzle flash filled the air he expected to feel the impact of the round hit his chest, but as he turned he could see the bullet fleeing the barrel. A surge shot through his body as he took that first step, he could feel an energy surge through his legs as he was propelled forward, and right past the officer. His vision was blurred and he ran into a wall ricocheting into a connecting alleyway. in the alleyway his vision blurred slightly by the speed at which he moved. He looked to his left shoulder see the officer turn the corner she was as surprised as he was. “Freeze mutie!” she shouted firing three more rounds in his direction. These weren’t as trained on him as the first round. His vision still slightly blurred he ran, colliding with the female officer sending them both to the ground. Before the officer was able to recover Warren picked up her gun, her hands still gripping the weapon tightly. “Not so fast…” he smirked pulling his right arm back before delivering a sharp jab to the officer’s gut. “I think I’ll take this….” pulling the pistol from her hands as her gasping form fell back to the ground. Tossing the pistol Warren smiled admiring his abilities before the sounds and lights of more squad cars filled the alley. He looked around for an escape route as move officers turned the corner. “They’re down this way!” the officer yelled as he led a team of five men into the alley. They turned the corner as a light breeze blew past them, seeing no threat they tended to the woman. “What happened?” he asked her. “It was one of those mutants…and he’s fast..”
