Gregorio strode confidently down the sidewalk, mostly ignoring the looks of shock and fear from people when the noticed his strange appearance. The only people he acknowledged were those who greeted his passing with a sneer or a muttered curse. To those people he locked eyes as best he was able and smiled toothily in a way that conveyed no mirth at all but rather restrained malice. It was entertaining to see the bigots hunch in on themselves with the primal human fear of the other, and Gregorio allowed himself a quiet laugh as they scampered ever quicker about their business. Gregorio was in an extraordinarily good mood on that day, for a variety of reasons.
First off, it was a bright, cloudless and very sunny spring day, one of the hotter ones so far. That meant there was no chance of rain and the warmth of the sun felt amazing on Gregorio's skin. Then you had the lucky break that Gregorio had run into the previous day. A little man in a drab brown business suit had approached Gregorio about guarding him on his way to some meeting. Normally, the toughs weren't leased out to people, but the guy knew Vladmir apparently, so Gregorio had done the job with no problems and gotten a hefty tip for his service. Combine that with the fact that Gregorio had no jobs on that wonderful morning, and you had a nearly perfect day. So Gregorio was going shopping. His trenchcoat was starting to get tattered, and there was a hole in one of the pockets that was intolerable. He also wanted to take a look around and see what other things might catch his eye: the money was burning a hole in his wallet.
So when he shouldered his way through the throng of people crowding the mall's entrance, he made a beeline for the map and tried in vain to locate some sort of big and tall men's clothing shop. When he could not see something of that sort after a couple of minutes, he turned to the first person he saw and asked them "Hey. Do you know where I could find a big and tall clothing place? I can't find it on the map."

Warren had spent most of his days since he had arrived touring the city. From midnight strolls in Central Park( with the occasional robbery), to riding the tour buses through and around Time Square( a few stolen wallets here and there). Now he felt it was time to cash in on his glorious luck and treat himself to something nice, the only problem was finding the food court on this map. "Hey. Do you know where I could find a big and tall clothing place? I can't find it on the map."
Just from the man's vocal tone Warren could tell he was big, but not as big as he expected. As Warren finally laid eyes on the his appearance wasn't what he expected either. "Naw slim," as he eyed the man over again"...but you might wanna try online. I think your stuff needs to special ordered." It was clear this fellow was a mutant, and even though Warren knew it was rude to stare he couldn't help but ask himself. "What the hell happened to your nose?"
Tell me I didn't say that out loud ! He screamed to himself as he grinned casually at the man.
