The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

As much as I hate to say it those tests need to be completely rerun, but not on people. Rats or chimps. *Delphi says, it truely is the scientific soultion.* And a blood progression chart, we need to know how fast symptoms should be appearing. This facility kinda skipped ahead on the way things are normally researched, I understand the desire but this needs to be handeled corectly . . . right? *Del asks, a little unsure of her self.*
Virus, ok. Well if you've already induced it in rats, you already have an estimated time frame for when symptoms should apper, right? *Del asks trying to remember her lab information.*
What the-are they immune. I mean do they carry some genetic code we don't that fights this thing? *Del asks, throughly confused.* Should we be moving on to other primates?
*Del looks down at all the information.* Actually I want a few days to sift through the information and see if I can find any similarities between the dfferent infected and tentativly 'uninfected' groups. And re-examine the symptoms. *Del repileis honestly looking over at a desk also in the room but empty.*
*Delphi sits down at the papers and starts to approch them from the main scientific angles she has been taught. She is fully engrossed an un aware of the passage of time.*
Humm . . .? *Del asks looking up. She looks a little mussed up now, hair pulled back, pencils in it, glasses on her head, and a developing red spot from rubbing her temples.* Oh lunch, I guess I didn't realize the time.
Jocelyn knocks at the door and waits for someone to answer. She's dressed in a nice pair of black slacks, heels, and a black blazer with a green cami underneath, looking very business-like. There's an ID tag hanging around her neck, and another one clipped onto the bottom of her jacket. She's carrying a pinkish-colored folder of some kind with her. She knocks again and waits patiently for someone to come to the door.
"Well, the time is Lunch, and for you we have tazo peach tea and turkey artachoke and goat cheese on seasoned bread, and for you we a light ale and a black pepper fetta and salami sandwitch on jalapano cheese foccossa." He says, setting the lunch out on the table. "Careful, they're hot."
Jocelyn looks at Aric, then past him into the room. She clears her throat. "Yes...I'm looking for a Dr. VanDeKamp. I was told by Dr. Grant Vaden from Vaden Labs to deliver this to him." She refers to the folder in her hand.
