The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

*tricity dodged a hit from the hollagram and fell to the floor, hurting her back from the gash she sustained last night. she stood up again and swung her bow around, destroying the hollagram. the next one popped up behind her, but she flipped to the side, and out of the way. the hollagram swung a sword at her, but she blocked with her bow, swinging it around her head and smashing it down on the hollagram's simulated head. it disappeared and the next hollagram came on immediately. tricity stumbled backward and fell on her back, completely out of breath. as the hollagram swung down with its sword, she rolled out of the way. she got to her knees and vomited, the hollagram striking her in the back.* computer: "hit, simulation complete. results; hardest difficulty, 40 evades before hit. would you like to start again or return to the menu?" *she breathed heavily and vomited again.* computer: "i'm sorry; invalid response. would you like to start again or return to the menu?" THE MENU you piece of crap... computer: "main menu; choose a simulation or end program." end...program... *the computer system audibly shut down and tricity sat back down in indian style to catch her breath.* shit... *she stood up, putting her bow back in the weapons rack and readjusted her all black unitard. after bracing herself against the wall, tricity began walking to the door. her mind began to race. she'd done this difficulty many times before and had no problems...but maybe the doc was right. tricity reached the door, but as she grabbed the metal handle, she felt completely dizzy. her knees gave way from beneath her and tricity fell to the floor.*
Orion walked by the Danger Room heading toward the Garage where he was hoping to meet up with Ire somewhere. His eye caught the blinking red diode that indicated that someone was using the room. Sticking his face up to the window he saw noone. At first he didnt see the limp form by the door. As he turned to go he happened to see the distinct color of her hair sticking out just enough to catch the light.
*tricity opened her eyes and decided moving wasnt the best idea since her head was still swirling. she coughed again, remaining in her position on the floor. her stomach was cramping and she felt naseous. as tricity put her head back down she heard the door open.*
Orion bent low and picked up tricities limp form. She smiled weakly at him. He turned and requested the computer to tell him the difficulty level she was training at. It told him and he raised one eyebrow. She had done this before, what had happened. He wondered if the safety systems had failed. He asked and the computer informed him all system parameters have been in perfect working order.
"It is not unlike you to overdo things hun but it is unlike you to fall in training on this setting. Whats wrong?" Orio had opened the door and was helping to support her on the way to his room which was closer than hers.
i dont know...it's probably because i skipped lunch. *she lied, bracing against him.* anyway, how are you?? *tricity became lightheaded again and started to collapse.*
"Well right now Im holding you up and trying to find the real reason your body failed you this time. Seeing as the only time Ive ever seen it do that before is when you thought you were pregnant." Orion said at first chuckling and by the end his voice was serious but calming.
no way hun! *she said, nervously laughing. some of the kids were passing by the concerned faces, but she waved them off and told them everything was ok.* really, it's probably because i didnt eat or something...
"Delilah?" Orions voice was deep and low but a smile indicated he knew something was wrong. All he had to do was call her name and she knew he wasnt going to be fooled easily.
Smiling Orion said. "Think Ill have a chat with the Doc prof." as he helped her down the halls. She seemed to be getting better but still requiring help every few steps and up stairs.
Smiling because he found out what he wanted to know he covered it up by responding with. "No, hun for my arm. I want to make sure the bones dont need setting. For that I need the Doc." He pushed the door open to his room and they entered it. Sitting her down he asked her if she wanted anything.

Walking in Ire eyes widened. The chamber was empty but Ire could see where things may appear at a given time. It interested him but he was still one for a good old battle.
