The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Daria teleported back into the labs appearing on an unfamiliar floor. She was sniffing the air for Emmy and looking for Jamal and Ruby. She didn't know where they were and was hoping to find them all in one piece.
She searched the floor which was relatively empty and decided that she must be somewhere on the top floors, away from the action. She did a good check, just in case any mutants were being stored on the quiet floor.
Unable to see Emerald or the kids she turned to find an elevator and get downstairs. When she got to the end of the hallway, though a huge metal gate slammed down and buzzed with electricity when she hit it. She shook with the shock and fell back to the floor. With more energy this time she was able to get back on her feet, a little shakey, staying slose to the ground. She turned, and another gate slammed down as well. Angrily she realized she was trapped between the gates and the wall. She could see, though, and prepared to teleport to the other side of the gate. However the power inhibitor box we nearby and her teleportation wasn't working.
A familiar scent filled the air. Daria snarled and hissed as Dr. Augelstein rolled out in the hall in a wheelchair. His skin was burned badly and his body slightly mangled.
"Looks like fusionist punished you good, huh?" she taunted, getting as close to the gate as she could.
"This is not the time to talk, Kitty. You're in my hands now." the Dr. Said in his thick accent.
"You think.." Daria said.
"You are mine. You are all mine and he can't have you. Niot Fusionist, not Mike, No one!!! I want you."
Daria roled her eyes. What a whack job. The old man wheeled himself to the gate, not close enough to touch it.
"I will keep you in a nice room, if you behave. I won't experiment on you, I will just admire you. Such power you hold, pretty kitty, such power you don't even know."
"No." Daria corrected. "Sucj ower you don't even know." She hissed and the power inhibitor burst into sparks and flames as she teleported to him. She knocked him to the ground, her claws sharpened and glinting in the light. "Thought you had gotten rid of my spirit, Doc? News for you. This Cat hasn't lost her Scratch!"
Dr. Augelstein lost his life.
Licking her hands, Daria walked to the elevator and got on, searching for Emmy.
Riruki was tired. She couldn't sleep, she couldn't eat and she was so scared.
Her hazel eyes darted from place to place. Sheh ad seen things, they had done things. Played mind games with her. Messed with Hina. Toyed with Hina so that she felt Hina's pain, dreamed Hina's nightmares even though she wasn't asleep. Riruki was very tired and couldn't keep her lids open.
She heard a familiar sound, a sort of bounding movement against the dirty floors. A massive creatrue covere in fur apporached her, a werewoman...Desiree.
"Desiree! You have come to save me!"
"Of course I did, Ruki. You know I couldn't leave you here to the dogs..." she drawled in her charming southern accent and grinned. She handed Riruki the vile and the psychic girl drank. Desiree pulled at the gate but couldn't break it's hold.
Riruki grinnned. "Stand back, I can do this." she said proudly. She concentrated, really thouht hard and logn and felt the pressure build up in her temples. A sphere appeared before her. It was red at first, then pinkish, then bluish. She furroewed her brow and closed her eyes and the ball grew brown and grew bigger, the size of a beach ball. Desireee stood off to the side as the ball hit the gate and sent it flying.
Riruki swooned for a minute as the guards apporached with guns to trap both mutants in the facility. "I just can' rest."
(Kill them all!!!!!) Hina demanded. Before Desiree had a chance to do anything Riruki shot a series of fiery spheres at the guards which hit them in waves of unbearable heat. They dropped their guns and hit the floor writhing in pain.
"Let's go see if anyone else needs help." Desiree said running off in the direction of Skoliro's cage.
Skoliro turned to see the girl. He wanted to answer her question but he couldn't move his lips. They had been taped shut after his attack.Listing to her other comment he immediately realized there were others. Slowly he stood, hunching over until he was on his feet. He straitened, nodding his head to the direction they had taken the man. The wanting to help made him stand, but now he didn't know how long he could remain up-right. The blood would made him a bit stronger, but that would take a little while to set in.
Riruki was feeling better by the minute but of course couldn't keep up with Desiree's pace. The werewoman pulled up to Skoliro's cage and stopped, sniffing.
"Yoo hoo? Anyone in this cell?" she asked although she did smell life, or someone freshly dead.
Riruki peered in too. "We're here to help, don't be frightened." she assured in her small voice."
Emerald had managed to free most of the mutants by smashing the door opening device on the side corner of the wall units. She had not been caught by any scientists yet and had managed to make it to the 3rd floor.
The she wolf looked around curiously, trying to find another row of mutants she could help. Her fangs had the tinge of blood on them as well as her hands but she didn't care, she was freeing her fellow mutants and that was all that mattered. The wolf sniffed the air, catching scent of some more mutants, Emmy rounded off a corner and when she did a powerful force knocked her into a wall.
The wolf girl let out a startled howl as electricity ran through her veins like a hot knife through butter. That was the bad thing about her ability to control over water, the fact that large doses of Electricity affected her more than most people.
Emerald noticed two hands holding her shoulders firmly in place as the electricity streamed through her veins. The wolf girl bit her lip in pain, unsquinting her squinted eyes to see who held her in this torcher.
Fusionist
The wolf girl saw the man was wearing Rubber gloves in order to prevent himself from getting that terrible shock Emerald was getting. Emerald let out a snarl and overcame her immense pain, managing to morph and lunge at the mad scientist himself.
Despite her discomfort she pinned the man down, snarling like a mad beast. "I will kill you!" Emerald vowed as she held The scientist by his shoulders.
She was about to take a bite out of Fusionists throat, Silencing him forever when something hard struck her side, knocking her off of Fusionist. The wolf whined in pain as she hit the ground, hard.
Fusionist smiled at Emerald's attacker. "Good job Ratskin." The man smiled at the complement. The man was dressed as a scientest but had a body of an orderly, but his skin was covered in rat like fur.Fusionist Smirked as he walked to wards Emerald, kneeling down next to Emerald, "You are going on a little ride Oceanwolf and this time you wont escape again." He whispered in her ear as he rose.
Emerald wobbly got up off of the ground, watching as The orderly got closer to her. He hit the bat to the palm of his hand slowly as he dove at the wolf, Emerald slid on the tile beneath his legs, causing him to run straight into the wall. The man let out a roar of pain as the Electricity surged through his body but there was one thing he didn't notice, that the employee bathroom was only a corridor away from where he was.
And were there was a bathroom there was water.
At that exact moment a torpedo form of water shot from down the corridor and upon tattoo. The man was not only soaking wet now he was getting shocked while he was soaking wet. His screams filled the air before, silence. The scientist was ether as Dead as a doornail or he could fake his death really well. But Emmy had a feeling it wasn't the latter of the choices.
Emerald morphed into her human form, finally feeling the extent of her wounds. Emerald had her jacket back with the Doc Prof so luckily it didn't get burnt but her entire back had been burned by the Electricity most of her ribs on her left rib cage where now broken due to the steel bat that slammed into it.
She had luckily had enough excess water for disabling the electrified walls in the corridor so she was able to lean up against one for support. Her body felt extremely weakened but she would never, ever, admit it. That was when Emerald realized that Fusions was standing right in front of her.
The madman clapped his hands, smiling in a pleasant way. "Bravo Oceanwolf, Bravo." The Scientist smiled, " You assessed your situation perfectly, well done."
Emerald growled at Fusionist and tried to morph into her wolf form but she found that she could not without causing pain. She grimaced at Fusionist, "Well done? Do you not realize i just killed one of you comrades?" Emerald asked hoarsely
Fusionist just laughed lightheartedly at Emmy. "Oh my dear Emerald, you are so naive. You very well know that your kind can be replaced very easily. Before you and your annoying friends got here i had already had tests done on 45 mutants."
"What does this have to do with me?" Emerald asked, anger rising in her voice.
"Well you see my dear child I would like you to join your sister Sapphire."
"Never." Emerald spat out.
Fusionist shook his head, "Now Now no need to be hasty." He smirked, "You wouldn't want to end up like your mother now would you?"
Emerald's eyes widened before letting out a snarl she was going to leap at Fusionist when he interrupted her again.
"Your mother lost control of her powers when you where taken, I had taken her family, her friends...everything so her powers where so Unstable that she froze the whole Island over."
"You're lying." Emerald said in a small voice.
"Oceanwolf, she didn't care for you and neither did you father you children where just bargaining chips for their own safety. But your mother felt so guilty that she froze over the island."
"YOU'RE LYING!" Emerald cried, clutching the sides of her head.
"You where nothing more of a tool to them, they never showed you love, they always thought everyone was better that you. Sapphire always had her studies, Ruby had her adorable little inventions, but what did you have?" Fusionist responded.
"Nothing." Emerald said, not even feeling her body slump down slightly.
"You where meant for nothing, when you where borough in this world you had nothing. Your mother wished you to be more lady like but you always disobeyed. Your father always wanted to stay from the lab but you still disobeyed."
"No..."
"Do you know why I always treated you so horribly? It is because I was reminded of your mother every time I looked into those deep eyes of yours. But i never Abandoned you did I oceanwolf?" Fusionist asked, with a smile on his face.
Emerald felt her mind slowly slipping away from her, she knew Fusionist was right about most things. She saw herself as a little girl the one that no one would talk too....no one cared about her, she was just there, they just tolerated her. Emerald's blue eyes where blank and her skin was a sickly pale.
"You will join me, Oceanwolf?"
(((daria's cue. If you cant tell Fusionist is trying to Manipulate Emerald, You all can post but make sure you dont interupt this moment. NO KILING FUsioNIST))
Raphael’s eyes shuttered slightly. Others were in the building, though he was completely oblivious to the crashes and other loud noises they were making as they were making in the building. His head was dazzled with the images the machinery and the behavior scientist were driving into his mind. The triggers being carefully implanted into his subconscious to make him controllable, and less dangerous to those who knew the way to activate those triggers.
Doctor Voyant looked up from the console to one of the aides near by. “That sounded like pounding,” she said, then gestured towards the door. “Go make sure it’s dead bolted. I never trusted Dr. Fusionist’s security and I certainly don’t want to be interrupted here.” She jabbed a finger towards the door again. “Go!”
The scientist sighed and got up from where he was sitting and went to the door and slammed the deadbolt home. He came back and sat smugly at his station.
“Good…” Voyant said, more to herself than anyone else. She knew that the locks on the door likely would not hold anyone of considerable strength, but she did feel confident it would give her the time to finish her digging through Raphael’s mind and leaving her own little tags behind. She resumed her work.

Daria, along the way caught up with Linda who had freed several mutants and taken notes on them.
"Do you guys party like this all the time?" she said dryly as she joined Daria walking down the corridor. The Cat Woman had locked onto Emerald's scent...and it wasn't a pleasant feeling.
"Well, sometimes we have keg parties but alot of the underage mutants, including myself, can't rally participate so we like to throw in one of these every now and then." Daria answeeed with equal sarcasm.
"Where are we headed, you know this place?"
"No." Daria said. "I smell emer-" she stopped and motioned for Linda to stop as well.
Around the corner, the scene with Emerald and Fusionist was taking place. She watched in horror, knowing Emmy could take care of herself for the most part. Finally, Daria heard him speak:
"You will join me, OceanWolf?"
"Not on my watch, buddy." Linda said shooting her gun. She didn't hit Fusionist or anyone for that matter but created a diversion for Daria as she teleported between Fusionist and Emerald.
"She already belongs to a team, Fusionist. She's an Xman."
"Oh." Fusionist mocked. "How could I have forgotten?" he laughed. "I heard about your escape, kitty. You've been very bad. I think I'll have to punsih you again. He snapped his fingers and Ratskin moved forward.
Daria laughed and hissed. "mmm, Lunch." she darted forward and knocked the mutant to the ground her tail waving in the air sharply as she bit down on his neck ripping out his jugular and chewing on it hungrily.
Fusionist winced with disgust. "I wonder why Michael is with you." he said. "You're such an...animal..."
Daria almost growled and darted at him to attack but in her anger she was vulnerable and he was able to throw her against a wall. She hit her head and fell to the floor blinking to stay the oncoming unconciousness.
Emerald snapped out of the self pity moment and saw Daria blinking in at out of COnceissness. Emerald let out a snarl of fury, momentarilly forgeting about her pain and lunged at Fusionists open back.
Fusionist whipped around with a taser, turning it on, causing volts of Electricity to go through Emerald's chest. It was not enough to kill her but it was enough to make her fall to the floor, withering in pain. Fusionist smiled at Emerald, lifting up his foot and pressing it down on the side of Emerald's head. The wolf girl growled weakly but it sounded more like a whimper. Fusionist merely used his other foot to kick Em in the ribs causing her to let ou a cry of pain. She was fadding in and out of conciessness.
"You know Oceanwolf If you just gave up, none of this would have happened." Fusionist sighed, "If you werent so damn stubborn like your mother I wouldnt have had to do any of this. Now you and Daria will be experimented on like the animals you are, I might even put you in a breeding program to see what kind of puppys come from a beast like you." Fusionist paused for a moment.
"I have to tell you one thing though, do you know why you are weaker than you usally are? Well it is because this coridor has a type of gass that is mixed with all kinds of animal tranquilizers. Making animals like you not as powerful as you would be. Oh well,Fusionist finished, turning to Linda.
"Would you like to dance dear sister?" He asked.
((TAG! I dont know how Linda fights so tag ur it))
Skoliro struggled to move closer to the glass. There was now two mutants that had come to help. Glancing over at the one had arrived first he looked the new comer up and down. He tried to mumble something but again could only mange a moan.Shrugging he attempted to point to the tape over his mouth.

"Sister?" Daria exclaimed blinking away the black dots. Linda sighed.
"You've always been such a bastard." she said sadly to Fusionist.
"And you've always been such a bitch. But what can I do?" Fusionist shurgged running at her with the taser. Linda stepped aside grabbing his wrist and twisiting. it. Fusionist fell to his knees but kicked her in the side so that she let go and stumbled back.
"Honestly, Linda. You can do better than this." he grinned.
Daria was slowly getting to her feet. Linda held out her gun. "Listen, I don't want to shoot you...but I can't be blamed if my finger slips."
"he's your brother?" Daria asked still confused.
"Unfortunately." Linda said. "But not for long." she shot a series of bullets but Fusionist dodged them all. The smoke in the room rose but no one could see through it. No one but Daria that is. Fusionist had a gun of his own and he cocked it. Before Linda could move Daria teleported in front of her.
"No!" she cried and took the shot in her arm. "Christ!" she screamed. But she didn't waste a second before she jumpkicked Fusionist in the chest. Linda grabbed his gun.
Desiree nodded and stuck her claw in the lock. she picked it and opened the gate.
Riruki entered and pulled the tape from his mouth. Desiree began to take off the chains that held him tied. Riruki nodded as Desire handed her a vile with a pungent liquid in it. "drink this. It'll counter any poisons given to you." sheh eld it so he could drink.
Skoliro grabbed the vile but didn't drink. He couldn't really. Leaning back he went to put some of his wait on the wall but stood up as soon as he was near. The walls outside where electrocuted, and he wasn't sure if these were.
Riruki frowned when he didn't drink the antidote. Desiree handed him a syringe. "you can inject it into your arm, if you'd like." she offered.
Riruki nodded and peered out of the cell. The coast was clear. "I would advise you to drink up or whatever. If you are going to escape your best chance is with us and the potion." she asured. The doll in her arms nodded."
Fusionist was kicked against the wall behind him, since the attack caught the mad scientest off guard. He staggered back before smirking, "I have more than one bullet," He said aiming at Daria but this time it was at her head.
Before Fusionist could do anything the arm that held the gun began to leak out blood. Soon little holes appeared all over his arm and blood began to pour out of them. Slowly Fusionists arm began to shrivel up. The man looked at his arm in horror and then his eyes went to the ground and saw Emerald barely sitting up with her hand held ou infront of her. Fusionist roared in pain, his gun dropping to the floor. With his free hand he threw a needle at Emerald and it hit her in the arm.
With that brief moment of distraction emerald lost concentration Fusinists arm stoped shrivling up. Even though it pretty shrivvled up it was still usable, barely. Fusionist looked at Emmy had fell to the ground blinking in and out of conciessness. It was a simple knockout serium but it was spiked with Ketamine, an Animal tranquilizer. It wasnt enough to kill you but It was enough to make you go unconciess.
Fusionist looked over at Linda and Daria before taking off down the hallway.
Emmy looked up from the cold floor at Daria and Linda, her head swimming. "Did....me...do...good?" Emerald asked in a slurred tone, chemicals setting in.
OOC: Me, Kaine, and Tristan were setting Skoliro free! >.< oh well...we'll just say we're in the room still too.
Kilala watched as two of the girls from the mansion came in to help she, Kaine, and Tristan with the bat looking mutant. They seemed to have the situation under control, so she stepped out of the doorway and looked both ways before turning back toward them. "I'm going to keep looking for more."
She left the room and made her way down the hallway, taking a right hand turn. Kilala heard the sound of a door locking and her ears perked up. She came to another room and peered inside the window to see more scientists working on another mutant. After sheathing the sword, Kilala tried to turn the lock carefully, but had no success. 'How the hell am I going to get in there,' she thought, looking around for options. These were the times she wished she had a teleporting mutation. She looked into the room again and recognized the mutant inside. Deltoid. 'He's from the mansion! Dammit...' A sudden plan came to her mind and she decided it was all she had.
Kilala removed her sword again and began attacking the window which was not the typical glass. After several attempts of shattering it, the scientists called for reinforcements. The first guard came down the hallway, getting a shot off, but she was able to duck the dart. She rushed the the second guard, killing him instantly with her sword through his chest and using him as a shield as the first guard shot again. She took the tranquilizer gun from the second soldier's holster and fired a dart into the first man's neck, making him drop to the floor.
After grabbing the ID of one of the soldiers, she flashed it at the window where Deltoid's room was. One of the scientists cracked open the door to be careful, but it was all the time she needed. Kilala raised her hand and engulfed the door with one of her time-slowing forcefields. She heard the scientist screaming frantically as his hand was also caught in the field when he opened the door. Kilala reached her arm through the small crack, putting her hand on the back of the man's neck, and smashing his head forward onto the doorway. He slowly sank to the floor and she pushed the door open completely.
"Time to go Raphael," she said, staring down the woman scientist, daring her to make a move.
