The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Got a plot in mind?
MRO plots are player-created the Mods facilitate and organize the big ones, but we get the ideas from you. Do you have a plot in mind, and want to know whether it needs Mod approval? Check out our plot guidelines.
Hunter: 1) First Mission and Explode-a-Kitty Collars (talking Calley through his mission, guiding him into the mansion) 2) Result’s of the Sanctuary (talking Calley through his mission, listening to the X-men's planned assault on KP) 3) Iris’s bedroom (talking Calley through his mission, locating the hacker and planting surveillance equipment) 4) Clashing Blades (sparring with Kaz, both maintaining human levels of speed and strength, but utilising my centuries of experience to win, five cuts to two) 5) Black Talon (recruiting Kaz to the Kabal)
Shield: 1) Iris’s Return Home… (trying to contain Iris, then fighting Ted, then coming back to help with Iris again) 2) Michael and the Beast (leading Ted through the mansion, utilising my immobility and destroying a classroom in the process) 3) Come Out Come Out Wherever You Are (me and Ted wrecking the library, me hiding and Ted seeking) 4) Caging the Beast (containing Ted so he can de-transform) 5) Iris’s Return Home, Continued… (trying to control Iris as we travel through the mansion, using my invincibility to brave the ice maze and gather people round Raina who is keeping the ice at bay) 6) Iris’s Return Home, Drawing to a Close (finally getting Iris to calm down after I carry her to the danger room) 7) Iris’s Return Home, the Aftermath (recovering from what happened after bringing Iris to the infirmary)

Okay....I love you Lady J but I want this to be easier on both of us that have to read these since I am the only one here besides you that can do attributes. Not only that I dont know about you but to read each of these posts and find out how many points each person should recieve is a little grinding. I am gonna be the one that is doing most of this since you are gone alot so I want to kind of make this less difficult.
How about this, everyone mod your post and put a quick explanation or large explanation on why you think you should recieve these points for these places. It will be easier for me and Lady J whenever she gets on. You can still give us a link to the post just in case if we think you are overexagerating.
Also...no sucking up to us saying that we are just amazing just so we can give you more points. Not gonna work.
Lets just do it this way and see if it works better.
"Look, I... I may not be an explorer, or an adventurer, or a treasure-seeker, or a gunfighter, Mr. O'Connell, but I am proud of what I am."

okies.....I think I need some clarification. Are we to post the thread that DIRECTLY involve the haywire plot, or the threads our characters were in DURING the plot (even if the threads effect our character and play a part in how they reacted during the plot)? Will these be general points that we decide where to put them ie: *minor summary of thread*, *mod response* 'you get 9 points to distribute to your attributes, where do you want them'?; or will the mods be giving out point specifically for certain attributes, ie: *minor summary of thread* *mod response* 'you get 3 points to mentality'?

*Sighs* you just have to make things difficult dont you Kaz. I guess I was a bit vague.
I am pretty sure you shouldnt get over six points for the plot unless Lady J said something. Next you give a summary next to each name of the thread of why you think you should get it based on your roleplay skills. And have how many points to which catagory should be added.

Though I do greatly enjoy being difficult, it makes life so much more interesting, it wasn't my intention. Yes you were vague, so I was unsure and confused about these things. You've sort of helped with it.
Simply: Summary after Thread Name, you decide how many general attribute points we get, we say where they go.
Or: Summary after Thread Name, You have US say what category of attribute point we think we deserve for thread, YOU decide how many points to put in that category.
And no matter what, the point total and where they will go will be done by PM correct?

Emmy, I can do attributes too, Lady J sent me an e-mail about how I was going to help with these. So just tell me what you need me to do. I have at least 2 hours a day to get on and check things out.

hmm...Abyss, That's a pretty good idea. I like it. Though I'm curious, what about those like Syn and I who have gotten 600+points in the Haywire plot? I know myself, All of mine have been Haywire.
Syn - Foyer-Enemy at the Gate- (assisted in giving the X-Men a guided tour as well as doing all she could to show Sanctuary isn’t a threat)
Gymnasium-Aquatherapy- (recruiting Amp and Vibe)
War Room-Brainstorming & The Beginning- (discussing the plan of action for capturing Jack)
New York City-Mettaliar & Iara’s Kidnapping- (tricking, zapping and capturing Mettalira and Iara)
New York State-Getting Haywire- (Was the only one able to touch Jack and had to constantly fight to counter her ability eventually becoming immune)
New York State (Lots of time in) King Pharmaceuticals- (inside) playing mind games with the captured mutants especially Iris and Sentinel, introducing Jack to the captives to see their reactions, taunting Kaz, sending Iris off to the mansion with a dose of Haywire. (outside) Fighting Tricity and directing the twins to locate Fade
Infirmary- (discussing the coming registration bill on my pretty new cell phone)
Also, I'm not sure if these ones count but I'll list them just in case. Foyer-Unexpected Greeting (received an audio CD from Hunter giving instructions for Dorian or Syn to meet him in Central park.
Central Park-Meeting The Mystery Man (Meeting with Hunter and used mutation on him to get more info out of him than he had intended which made him very uncomfortable as he realized he underestimated Syn) Shame on you Hunter.
I'm also over 700 points which from what I've read is another 5 points.

I'm not exactly sure how to say this but, I have an idea.
Six points the maximum plot point award seems small, I propose it is upped to 8. If we think about it MotM is 5, so the plot reward is just barely over that for something that spanned so much time and took so much effort over the course of months. Also Caption Contest and Challenge both give 2 points as a reward for coming up with something witty and creating a nice picture. Both of those are a third of the maximum reward for the plot.
What I propose is the maximum points allowed for plot reward is 8, and Caption Contest and Challenge reward go to 1 point each, as they are mainly for fun and don't have an effect on the RP, so they shouldn't affect things to strongly, it would also give more of a feeling of accomplishment for the plots and those involved when it was over.

Nika - Iris' Return Home, continued - battling Iris while she's going Haywire (maybe points for mutated strength and agility)
Iris's Return home, drawing to a close - fighting the creepy ice (maybe a point for strength)
Iris's Return Home, aftermath - staying with Iris and making sure she's ok (I can only think of possibly a point for mentlity because all she mostly did was show her loyalty to her friend)
I'm unsure whether I'm meant to be posting here as Zephyr was never directly related to the Haywire plot, so if I'm out of line just send me a PM and I'll delete said post.
