He is loyall to his friends and fearsome towards to his enemies, and would rather die than break a vow. The only trace of his ancestral language is his slight french accent that pops up in times of stress. Special talents: Uinma is a very talented sculptor, and can carve small figurines with amazing detail.

Mutations
Mutation description: Uinma can a small explosion to occur anywhere within about a one-hundred foot radius at will. This explosion is generally about five feet in diameter, and is strong enough to blow the leg off of a person, or rip through two inches of steel like butter. The explosion has to be where Uinma can see it, and he has to snap his fingers to focus his energy. Strengths: A strength to Uinma's power is that he can incapacitate people at range, and stop cars and trucks with a fingersnap. Also, this means that he never has to worry about fire for food if a situation arises, and he needs no weapon. Weaknesses: Uinma has to snap his fingers to activate an explosion, and sometimes when he snaps his fingers explosions happen when he doesn't want them to. Also, every time he starts an explosion it uses the energy from his own body to start it off, and therefor decreases his core temperature. After a little while, he can get hypothermia.
Secondary mutation description: As a result of the extra metabolic energy his body needs to store in order to fuel his explosive mutation, Uinma's arms from half-way above the elbows down are at a temperature hot enough to melt metal within about a minute. He can concentrate for a few seconds and increase this heat so that it is hot enough to melt metal within around fifteen seconds. Also, his natural core body temperature is at about 350 degrees farenheit. Strengths: This allows Uinma to defend himself hand-to-hand very effectively, and he can melt metal if he needs to. Weaknesses: His hands are hot enough to cause burns on human flesh if touched for too long, and his body temperature is hot enough to occasionally cause his clothes to burst into flames. Though Uinma's skin is less damaged by fire due to it's higher temperature, and his hands aren't at all, it still can burn him.
Fighting Style (if applicable)
Explanation: Uinma fights by finding a relatively safe place from which to blow the entrails out of his enemies. When that fails, he will use what is called the bear style of kung fu, which is a newly developed form used only by his tribe and a few outsiders. This involves careful, aimed punches with all of the weight of the body behind them, which is then followed by a grapple move or another heavy punch. Pros for fighting style: His muscle and natural body-weight allow him to deliver strong, solid punches, and his arms burn his opponents during a grapple. Cons for fighting style: If one of his punches misses then he is put very off-balance, and is susceptable to trips and shoves, among many things.

History Of Your Character: Uinama was part of a very primitive tribe that lived in Antarctica. His tribe was actually the descendants of a French exploratory team sent to Antarctica to discover if there was anything there worth having in the early 1800's. This team's boat crashed on landing, and about half of it's 50 or so mixed crew died. The rest plodded on with the mission, having no boat with which to return in and very little suplies. They found a tribe of people that were dying off due to mutations resulting from inbreeding, and settled in, slowly giving up their civilization over the generations until they were completely ingrained into the tribe.
Uinma was born to the Chief of the tribe and the daughter of the shaman of the tribe. He almost died in the first crucial moments after birth, but the medical knowledge of the shaman saved him. He grew up not in a life of luxury, but in hardship and trials. As the eldest son of the Chief, he was expected to be the best and strongest in everything, so that one day he may take his father's place. In this way he grew up, learning the strange language that had it's roots in French that his people used, wrestling to prove his strength, and hunting seals and walruses to provide food for his tribe. One day, a week or so after his twelfth birthday, he was telling a story around the campfire in his fathers hut to a few of his friends, when he suddenly began to feel a little too hot. He began to shed his clothes, to the amazement of his freezing cold friends, until he was clad only in a loincloth, and was comfortable. It was then that they noticed his arms were glowing. His father and the shaman were called in, and they both decided it was a blessing of Badunta. Finishing his story, Uinma snapped his fingers to emphasis a dramatic ending, and the side of the fur-lined igloo exploded, showering them with melted ice and burning furs.
Three years later, Uinma had become the pride of the tribe. His ability meant that he could hunt seal and walrus from afar, with little danger, and the tribe never had to worry about fire or lack of shelter. There was no doubt among them that Uinma was god-blessed, and destined for greater things even than Chieftainship in the tribe. Then the scientists came. They came looking for the walrus population, to moniter their numbers, and found a primitive tribe. The tribe greeted them with welcome, giving them food and shelter for a couple of days. After those couple of days, just as the scientists were about to leave, Uinma came back from a hunting trip. The scientists quickly noticed Uinma's mutation, and asked the tribe for permission to take him back to France to study him. The tribe excstaticly agreed, and so off Uinma went. After a month or so, he had learned French, which was not so different from his native language, and English. Two months after that he had learned about Xavier's School in America. After a short discussion, his hosts agreed to take him to America, where he might better learn his powers...

After walking a bit, Uinma made it to his gate just in time to slide into place in line. Taking his seat, Uinma noticed that the plane was full to bursting, and couldn't help but think A plane, a heavier-than-air aircraft kept aloft by the upward thrust exerted by the passing air on its fixed wings and driven by propellers, jet propulsion, etc. In French un avion. Then the flight attendant called attention to herself and said, "C'est le vol 1248 allant à New York l'aéroport international, attachez s'il vous plaît des ceintures et préparez-vous au vol, le merci." She then smiled and said "For those speaking English, this is flight 1248 going to New York international airport, please fasten your seatbelts and prepare for flight, thank you." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Walking out of the landing ramp and finally stretching his legs, Uinma looked around at all of the unfamiliar sights surrounding him. Everything had changed from French to English, but one thing stood before him that he definately recognized: two golden arches, with the smell of grease wafting out. Taking his order to a sitting area, the only chair open was next to the man who he had sat next to on the trip, an american artist who visited France for inspiration. Taking a seat, he simply nodded politely, as the man was on his cellphone. The man had been startled at first when he had noticed Uinma's mutation, but had quickly recovered, even going so far as to question Uinma about his tribe. Uinma had gladly told the man all about his tribe, and the man had seemed genuinely interested. Just then a voice came over the intercom, saying "Uinma, please report to baggage claim, your ride is here." Tapping his neihbor on the shoulder, Uinma mouthed "I must to go." The man smiled and nodded, and pulled out the sculpture Uinma had given him when they first met. Maybe America could be better than Uinma originally thought...
