*nods* I think what you're saying makes a lot of sense, Raina, and if some people get attached to a certain NPC, it would be cool for that range of ability to be shown. You should totally do it. With Luke's attribute profile idea, that's now an option that's officially in place, for both NPCs and PCs. Yay! For the more faceless NPCs, I think it would be easiest for them to have the total nullification ability. Anyone disagree with that simplicity? Again, people can create NPCs that are weaker, as well, if they need/want them for a thread.

sorry i didnt reply earlier, and i havent read everything yet so i apologise if i am repeating someone elses post i just havent much time before the next lecture...
Zephyr makes good points on my mutation, firstly yes as i said, for practical reasons any projectile mutant attacks should dissipate. It places all mutants on a level playing field and is unequivocal in its regulation. Secondly, to another point made i would assume if i was caught in the adept aura mid-transformation that i would fall apart and cease to function. Iff the aura halts my ability to transform then it follows that mid-transformation intervention would be fatal. I agree the weapon would cease to function,
Also, so to make it clear. Slade's replication of matter would alsocease to function with his transformation ability, this would mean that his low level healing/restocking of ammunition would not be viable while in the range of an adept.
