Appearance
Hair colour and style: Due to the fact that Duke goes through transformations, he loses his hair in the process. Depending on his last transformation time, he can either be bald, have short hair, or have long unkempt hair. His natural hair color is dark brown.
Eyes: His right eye is purple, whereas his left eye is green. When his first form his activated, they become bioluminescent. This is how his eyes look in his other forms as well, his human-like feature.
Height: 5’8 in his first form, 7’2” in his second form, and 9’6” in his third form.
Build: Thin, but gets more muscular through evolution.
Visible mutation: (if applicable): Eye color.
Scars/ Tattoos/ Piercings: Several small scars find their way onto Duke’s body when he transforms and kills in the random nights. They are all hidden on his chest and back though.

Everyday clothing style: Duke often wears a beanie along with a tan military jacket. Along these novel pieces of clothing, he wears plain colored T-shirts that are usually nature colors such as brown or green. He also wears jeans that may have holes in them. He wears black skater shoes as well or whatever he feels like. These types of clothing change often as well.

Character
Personality: (How you character behaves, social tendencies, quirks, etc.): Duke is a calm and reserved fellow who prefers not to be bothered or grow attached to others. This is because of his mutation. On this inside though, he is just a teddy bear that wants to be hugged. He may sometimes come off as a jerk or snob, but that’s just a defense mechanism. As he gets to know people (which he rarely does) he opens up more.
Hobbies/ Interests: He enjoys martial arts and playing video games whenever he gets the chance. If Duke ever comes across a path he has never traveled, he gets the urge to explore deeper while keeping his guard up.
Job or part time job and description: (if applicable): May come to this later.
Jobs can be established later through in character RPing. If you plan on working at the mansion it will have to be approved.
Fears/ phobias/ concerns: The reason why he is afraid of his transformations, he is afraid of getting close to others. This usually causes nightmares that will trigger them. He is also afraid of small spaces, even if he doesn’t show it. Duke hates fighting and hates whenever he has to fight.
Special talents: (not related to mutation): Duke is an excellent thief who knows how to break into stores and other places without leaving a trail or being caught.
Morality
Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: (please explain): At this time, Duke is currently neutral. He lives life as it comes to him and can care less about the lives of other people. If your mom dies, he won’t really mind. If he kills someone, he’ll know its wrong and he will feel some guilt, but for the most part he can care less.
Mutations
Mutation description: Duke’s body naturally produces electrically charged dragon adrenaline cells which circulate throughout his body consistently. The effects of these cells are much stronger than that of normal human adrenaline and multiply the effect by over 6x the human cell. The charged cells stimulate his muscles, of course, this effect can only be achieved once Duke has gotten battle prepared so he cannot just have the effect whenever he wants to. Like the adrenaline of a human, Duke’s adrenaline must be triggered and then his strength, acrobatics, speed, and reflexes are strengthened. His natural muscle also builds, increasing his defense to physical blows.
If Duke has received a certain amount of electrically charged adrenaline cells in his body, the effect of them being dragon cells comes into play and his body goes through a sort of metamorphosis. He goes into his second form which appears more dragon-like. His neck and arms extend a foot, his canine teeth grow, and his finger nails grow into fangs. He also grows a thick two foot tail. His muscles also become shown and his back becomes hunched so that in this form, he looks half dragon, half human. He also grows medium sized wings for short flight and the effect of his adrenaline increases by 1.3. He still retains his human mind, but he has become more beastlike and may lose control of himself in battle. He also grows approximately one and a half feet in the process. Horns are small in this form.
Duke’s third form has only been achieved once, a form that furthers the dragon appearance. His neck further juts out, teeth grow larger, and his skin become scale-like and as hard and takes the color of graphene. The adrenaline effect of the second form is multiplied by 2, but this doesn’t come without a cost. In this form, it is hard to tell that this creature was once human, but some of the dragon’s features, if studied close enough are human-like such as a small portion of the bone structure. The wings grow larger and allow for extended flight of up to a mile before rest is required. An axe-like tail is grown as well, and the horns are also bigger.
Strengths: With each form, Duke’s strength, acrobatics, speed, and reflexes increase to an extended level. With each new form, the effects of the dragon cells within him give him dragon-like instincts and appearance. His dragon features can also be used once acquired.
Weaknesses: Starting from his third form, extremely cold temperatures have a stronger effect, but decrease on lower forms. Also, his third form has the capability of killing him if he stays in it too long for over 60 minutes. Otherwise, he will be completely drained of energy and may end up in a coma. His third form also relinquishes Duke of 80% of his human instincts making him almost completely beastlike. His second form has these same effects but to a smaller degree. This form can be kept for about 6 hours before the user reverts back to his first form without any energy left. If he is in it for any longer he can risk death or coma. His first form comes naturally to him, but his adrenaline must be triggered. The reason for these time limits is like that of a humans, adrenaline only lasts a certain amount of time before losing their effect. Since these are dragon cells, their effect is increased and extended with a higher consequence. His first form can have its trigger for a day before wearing off. Duke also hates his ability and has trouble controlling when he mutates when pumped. Nightmares may also trigger is adrenaline, and in his later forms, his human mind is constantly in seizure.

Explanation: In his first form, Duke uses a lot of martial arts, but as he goes through his changes, his attacks become more aggressive. His third and second form allow for biting and claw combat as well as flight tactics. His tail can also be swung.
Pros for fighting style: Through evolution, his attacks become more diverse. Attacks also become quicker and more aggressive. Because of the adrenaline, acrobatics and reflexive responses are also increased. Flight is also acquired in later forms and can help the user in combat.
Cons for fighting style: Fighting too long in any form can leave the user weary, put in a coma, or death in later forms. The muscles of the user become strained and shocked as the charged cells continuously burst within the user’s body. The user must transform in order to acquire these later uses of abilities and is not strong to start off with.

History Of Your Character:

Born in a small part of Phoenix , Arizona , Duke was raised by his loving parents. As he grew from a toddler into a small child, Duke began to become more and more violent towards his parents. Eventually, his parents were killed in the middle of one night and Duke was left alone for several days. When his house was finally checked up on, they noticed the rotting corpses of Duke’s parents with their son standing over them; they took the young child and put him up for adoption. Duke was then adopted by a couple in New York at the age of 5. Duke then seemed like a normal kid who did normal things. Over time, Duke’s adoptive parents noticed that his eyes began changing color randomly throughout the day. Duke also began to excel in sports and in school, but that seemed ok to his parents. At 15, Duke had a flashback nightmare of him killing his original parents, triggering his second form. He then destroyed his house and killed his adoptive parents, waking up in the middle of the rubble the next day. For the next few years of his life, Duke learned to become a pickpocket, how to rob stores for clothing and food, and even joined a small gang for a while until he killed them all. He now travels with a dog named Yubel and sleeps wherever he can. Duke has also stolen a car and usually will reside in it. Duke has only gone into his third form once, and that was when he joined a small gang who picked on him for being quiet and killed them all. He was then put in a coma for several months.

Sample RP:
It was a dark and cold night. The rain poured as the subtle footsteps of a teenager and his dog walk into the uncertainty. The lights of the streets weren’t working this night, and the sirens of police cars rang in the distance. There weren’t any other civilians on the street, nobody. As the man continued to follow his dog in front of him, he searched for somewhere he could rest for the night. His clothing had become soaked, and he was wary of catching pneumonia.
As he turned a corner into a business district, his mind began to rattle once again. Thoughts seemed to dance within his head and he could no longer control then. They were too strong, the blood, their corpses… all of it. The young man fell to his knees, and to this event, his dog came up to him, whining and licking his hand. Duke turned his head and gazed lovingly at his dog, Yubel.
“I guess we’re having an event tonight, aren’t we…” Duke looked at the ground as his dog continued to whine. “If it comes to it, you know what to do, run until morning, okay?”
Yubel whined, but continued licking Duke’s hand. Because of his “events”, both Duke and Yubel were forced to live on the streets, even though he resented it. He resented himself, if it wasn’t for this… curse, everything would be fine. Duke slowly turned his head and looked at the hand that his dog had licked and turned it over gazing at his palm. His mind had a short seizure and his and seemed to transform into that of another side of him, the darker side of him…
The rain seemed to become heavier and the darkness of the night seemed to increase. Duke, still on his knees, dropped a few silent tears onto the ground. Yubel stepped a few meters away and Duke’s mind felt like it was about to explode. The pain was malicious, thoughts shot through his head like a seizure at its strongest level. There was screaming and soon after, nothing.
