Personality: Spade is an anarchist/nihilist who suffers from Antisocial Disorder. More or less, he doesn't see people as people. He acts on a whim, usually without thought for the future. It's nigh impossible to see into his thoughts or plans, but they are indeed there.

Notes (Hobbies, Phobias, Worries, etc.): Spade has what could be described as an insane hatred for order. Therefore, he doesn't have anything to do with rules. He doesn't vote, doesn't play card games, or do anything involving order or rules. The only hobby he partakes in is painting, since it is(in his belief) free of rules.

Allegiance (Good, Bad, or Neutral): By society's standards he is obviously evil.

Everyday clothing: Spade wears a charcoal 3 piece suit with a black shirt and matching tie. This is a suit he tailored himself.

Tattoos: He has a sleeve tattoo on his left arm, depicting skulls and skeletons with vines intertwining them. This extends onto his hand, where on the back of it he has a skull clutching a black rose in its teeth. On his right arm is a sleeve tattoo depicting various monuments to civilization engulfed in flame. This sleeve stops at the wrist.
Piercings: none.

Description of ability(ies): Spade has darkvision. He can see in total darkness as if it were daylight. Also, he has the ability to see the flow of electricity. Thirdly, Spade can cause anything electrical to overload. This power has an effective radius of about one floor of an office building.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies):
Darkvision: Spade's vision is the result of a defect in his eyes. He can see in the dark, but normal daylight is almost blinding to him. Because of this, he wears sunglasses in the day, but still has trouble seeing. This also causes him to have headaches

Overloads: When Spade overloads something, it causes him physical pain. These incidents are brought on by feelings of intense anger, although he has learned to control it somewhat. Also, he cannot do anything to reverse this effect. Once he overloads something, he can't undo it.

Seeing electricity: He can do nothing to manipulate it, only see it.

Fighting style (if any): Spade implements many principles of boxing into his melee fighting style, although he fights dirty. He also implements Freestyle Wrestling into his fighting.

History of your character: Not much is known about the early history of Spade. All he knows is that he woke up in a train station one day about five years ago. He appears to be in his thirties, although his real age and name are unknown to him. Having no money, and no real use for society's laws, he quickly turned to a life of crime. He picked up the name "Spade" about the time he discovered his ability to cause blackouts. During a bank heist, he was shot in the leg by one of the guards. This angered him, and as he turned to return fire, the room went black, as well as all the systems going down in the bank itself.

Sample RP:
Spade selected a Djarum Black out of the pack in the inner pocket of his suit and lit it. He put the pack back in the pocket as he took a long drag on the cigarette. This was the place, and the timing was delectable. He looked at the building in front of him, a department store. It disgusted him, really. Such was the world he existed in, that nobody knew how to self sustain anymore. Instead they came to these monstrosities to buy their clothes and their food and their luxury items. He checked the strap on the messenger bag he was carrying, then began making his way into the department store.
"Sir? Sir, you can't smoke in here," said the older lady who was greeting people at the door. "And I'll have to check your bag." Spade opened the bag, and as the lady looked inside, her face went pale. He blew smoke in her face and she coughed. The electrical equipment in the stoor began surging and smoking. Spade winced, taking another drag on the cigarette. The power throughout the store went out, causing Spade to drop to one knee. The greeter was too surprised to notice Spade take his sunglasses off and produce a silenced 9mm pistol from the shoulder holster inside his jacket. He fired once, hitting her square in the middle of the chest, before standing up and making his way into the store. There was a scream from behind him and people began clamoring for the exit. He shouldered his way past the people until he reached the automotive section of the store; where the most flammable merchandise was kept. He set the messenger bag down and opened it, revealing six sticks of dynamite with the wicks tied together and rigged to an analog timer. The timer was meant to set a match to light off of a crude striking pad near the conjoined wick of the bomb. Spade had to resort to such crude measures, for if he were to use anything electrical, his power would surely cause the bomb to detonate. He wound the timer of the clock for five minutes and retreated out to the parking lot through the back entrance.

Outside the store, there was mass panic as people rushed to their cars and tried desperately to beat the rush of traffic out of the store parking lot. Spade walked down the street a ways to where his motorcycle was parked. He pitched the butt of his cigarette and started the motorcycle. Just as he did this, there was a massive explosion where the department store had been, and an inferno shot up into the night. Spade couldn't hide a smirk as he sped off into the night.
