Personality: Vladimir is a cold man, naturally hateful do to
oppression, especially around humans, but when around other
mutants he is a great person, very strong with a leader
personality, he loves to help his fellow mutant and pushes
others to reach there highest potential, sometimes he may
come off blunt but its only because he cares, he has a good
temper but humans set him off really easy, and even worse
then that is mutants that don't accept their superiority of
the rest of mankind

Notes (Hobbies, Phobias, Worries, ect.): He has a phobia of
being trapped in this world of mutant oppression forever and
never causing change, that his life will be meaningless and
after he dies everything will remain the same, he enjoys
rigorous training and loves pushing his body to its fullest
potential, he's a master strategist and battle is his bread
and butter, especially if it means eliminating some humans in
the process

Everyday clothing: He usually wears a combat vest, with a
bandanna and camo pants with either a black skin tight shirt
or army fatigues, he always wears steel toed combat boots
that have metal on the full bottoms of them

Build: Very muscular from extensive training, very broad shouldered and tall, around 350 Lbs of muscle and bone

Tattoos: He has KGB tattooed on his back with the pic of a hammer and sickle crossing each other below that

Description of ability(ies): Vladimir is a Magnopath, meaning
he manipulates magnetic fields, in regular terms he has the
power to control and manipulate metals as well as project his
own personal magnetic energy field

Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): He has no sense of touch at all aside from the feel of metal, this is due to the fact his parents pushed him to train his power so rigourously that it developed much to quickly and caused his sense of touch to pervert and become only able to detect the touch of metal, as well as his incredible hatred for humans, as this causes him to have a hard time
socializing with none mutants in a calm none hostile manner

Fighting style (if any): Master marksmen and heavily trained
in KGB fighting techniques as well as several weapons
proficiencies he gained from training

History of your character:
Vladimir Markov was born 28 years ago to two mutants
in Russia, both his mother and father were high powered
members of an anti-human organization that operated
underground, they planned revolution night and day and taught
there son growing up that he was far superior then an
ordinary human and that it was them that should be in
control, the Homo Superior.

His powers manifested very young at the age of 7 to
be exact, this was probably due to the mutant lineage he had,
regardless though, he was pushed very hard by his parents to
train his power and practice at controlling it, they said
there was few worse then a human, one was a mutant that loved
humans and another was a mutant that didn't have control over
their powers, they said they were like apes, he was home
schooled as well mostly taught of what his parents viewed as
important, mainly being different fighting techniques,
marksmanship, the core classes needed to pass the states
graduation test and military and revolution strategy, not to
mention the bulk of what he did which was what his parents
called "Gift Exploration" which was a nice way to say he was
forced to practice his power extensively in the privacy of
his home and with other children of parents in the
revolution.

Eventually he graduated Home schooling at 18 and his
parents told him with his superior fitness and military
strategy he should join the Russian army and be their mole,
he gladly accepted and quickly joined and rose through the
ranks, having superior skills in the military field to the
other soldiers he had no trouble adapting and pushing through
the tests, eventually ending up in the KGB as a commander at
the age of 27, however it was at this time that his parents
and other members of the radical anti-human party were
discovered, and brutally executed by the government.

He immediatly left the KGB out of disgust for the Russian
government and traveled to America where he heard another
group of Anti-humans were forming, he figured this would be
the best place to put his talent and expertise and carry on
the legacy of his parents.
