The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

I find it hard to choose. I'm torn. Both Fade and Fiona's are good works, nice job in using photoshop. But Abyss' is simple and he made it from scratch....and I find it funny/cute. *Will think about this for a bit before voting*

Good! Thank you! That is the point, I don't want ANYONE to be discouraged because of photoshop, you have just as good of a chance at winning than Fiona and I (Fade) do, so please. If you can put photos together whether using photoshop or paint of scissors and glue that you can scan to the computer, please do compete. Of course, it will have to be for next month, but please do try. Thank you, Kaz, for looking at it the way it should be looked at. *gives you a cookie*
For some reason that I don't quite understand Fade's doesn't quite do it for me. I think it may be the photo choices, as Wolverine looks to tmae in them for my liking.
Abyss's is good, but the big round Wolverine makes me laugh (having played around with paint myself I know that it's not easy to get exactly what you're looking for, but I'd have tried to get a more muscular body).
Fiona's is, for me, the exact image I get of Wolverine when I think of him. Him looking to hae been completely battered, but still getting up and carrying on. For that reason I'm voting for Fiona.
I'm all for simplicity. I think that Abyss should win for many reasons. He has stepped up to the plate against two extremely talented photoshop users. He has used Paint! And his picture is showing 3 forms of Wolverine with a saying. All in all, it's funny, simple, displays 3 sides to Wolverine, and is well done. I vote for Abyss!

This may not be the correct place for this but I figured since this months challenge is about Wolverine I'd give ya'll a tidbit about him.
After much digging, I'm going to put to rest any thoughts that Wolverine/Logan/James Howlett is a man of average intelligence, or a man with even less.
From the Marvel Database, a snippit of his abilities: Master Tactician: Though seemingly brutish, Wolverine is intelligent. When Forge monitored Wolverine's vitals during a Danger Room training session, he reported Logan's physical and mental state as "equivalent to an Olympic-level gymnast performing a Gold-medal-winning routine whilst simultaneously beating four chess computers in his head", which gives something of an idea of the level of sophistication and tactical processing Logan is capable of utilizing while in combat.
Tell me that doesn't make Wolverine even more badass. I dare ya, Bub.
I know, I always figured Wolverine as smart, but I found that out not too long ago and was like whoa! Man, I wish I was Wolverine, well maybe not his past, but definatly his powers and abilities.
