Mutations
Mutation description:
Kang is able to manipulate and accelerate bone growth, by heightening his bone cell growth to localized points on his body, like his knuckles and fingers. As a result of this ability, he heals almost instantly from bone fractures. These bone growths can be modified to be pointed, like a rudimentary claw or rounded out to be a simple force multiplier. He's experienced some semblance of a healing factor with his skin and muscle, but not to the same degree.
Weaknesses and Limitations:
His ability to heal himself is limited to rapid healing in his bones, almost instantaneous, however, when healing skin and muscle tissue, his healing factor is only 5-8% faster than a human's. Due to this, Kang cannot make his bones into weaponized protrusions, and instead strengthening them to augment his martial skill. Unrelated to his powers, he lacks considerably in ground grappling.
History Of Your Character(TW: Pregnancy complications/Miscarriage)
Khemkaeng was born in a small village just outside of Bangkok, Thailand to a Thai mother and an Canadian father. His parents met while his father, Dorian, was training at a Muay Thai training facility. For one year, the two were nearly inseparable when he was not training, and from that union came two pregnancies. Kang was the first, but he would never know his would-be sibling, as there were complications in the latter half of the first trimester, resulting in miscarriage. Kang was 18 months old during this. While his father fought through his grief, Kang's mother battled severe depression. Shortly before Kang's 3rd birthday, his mother and father opted to return to Canada, to raise Kang near Dorian's family, only there was issue with getting his mother into the country as a citizen. She was unable to leave with her now fiance and son while the Canadian government took their time. They came to a resolution too late, however, and just before they'd planned to marry, Kang's mother was diagnosed with bone cancer at Stage 4, and died 3 weeks before they were to be wed. Time passed, and as Kang got older, he grew to have the same interest in fighting as his father, training with him as young as five, into adulthood, up to his first Muay Thai bout in France. It was at this bout that he discovered his abilities, after a broken elbow healed almost overnight. All he does now is travel, fighting in underground circuits to make money.

"You're... you're a freak!"
Kang's father's words rattled around in his mind as he downed another bottle of Soju in some back alley bar in Osaka, Japan. He knew nothing of the Japanese language, but through sheer luck, he'd found a fight club that didnt ask too many questions about his ability to bounce back after so many rounds. He'd made almost enough to fly back to the States, but he'd had one bad fight, knocked out cold by some behemoth of a man; supposedly, some disgraced Sumo wrestler. His jaw had set, and his buzz was renewed, planning to stick around long enough to fight him again.
The heat from the overhead lights enveloped him once more, as he stepped out of the shaded corner he'd claimed as his own, handing the host the buy-in of 150,000 yen, and slapped his back, feigning pain in his jaw in. away his opponent could see, laying the groundwork for a bait and switch.
Kang tuned out the announcer's introductions. His Japanese was worse than his Thai, and that had also fallen to the wayside. He waited for the bell, doubling down on his faux jaw injury before covering his right fist with his left hand toward his opponent, who did not reciprocate. ...
Kang would remember that... Suddenly the bell rings and the lights intensify around him as both fighters moved forward. Kang, at a steady pace, he stretches out his jaw, making it pop within earshot of his opponent. He offers his knuckles to 'touch gloves' as it were.
'No respect.'
Kang pulls his arm back but flicks out a cheeky backfist to keep his disrespectful opponent in check. He steps forward, throwing a jab, this time with commitment to do some damage, but his opponent dodges and counters with a leg kick. Kang checks the leg kick sending a shock up his opponent's shin, and follows up with an overhand left, clocking his opponent hard on the chin.
He closes the distance and pulls him into a clench before hammering a knee into his ribs. Once... twice... the third one is blocked, but that second strike knocked one of his opponent's ribs loose. Kang shoves him away, and throws a hooking palm heel strike at his opponents liver. Blocked. Lucky bastard, but Kang presses the attack, knees, palms and elbow strikes while in close.
As his opponent takes a retreating step back, Kang loads up a heavy round kick, but misses by centimeters. He chases his momentum in a circle and swings his hips in and upward, as he leaps, grabbing his rear foot, twisting in the air. He uses his lead leg as a crosshair, as it passes over his face as he launches his foot like a coiled serpent out at his opponent's head, landing with the sound of two hollow coconuts slamming together, and the sound of several foot bones breaking upon impact.
Both fighters fall to the floor, one out cold, the other in severe pain. As the referee runs up to examine the two combatants, he checks the Japanese man, who was soundly knocked out, but no visible signs of serious damage, he turns to Kang, who, to his surprise, is already standing up and moving the toes of the foot he undoubtedly broke just a moment before. The skin at the break was still inflamed, yet he witnessed this young half-Thai man stand up and effectively "Walk Off" a broken foot. The referee, unsure what to do next, turns his attention to the other fighter, and manages to get him upright.
