Personality:
Jace is oftentimes called lazy, however that's not entirely true. He relaxes when he can, it just so happens that that's a large portion of the time. Naturally, he waits until the last minute to do something that needs to be done. When he actually starts any work he has to do, he gets it done pretty fast. His motivation being that he'll get to relax the sooner he finishes.
He generally keeps to himself, not opening up to someone until he's known them for a decent amount of time. Despite this, he's also very outgoing. He just neglects to mention any details about himself.
Morality: Neutral in the most basic sense of the word. He doesn't have much reason to do any good or bad in the world currently. He simply goes with flow of the world around him, much like the waves of a beach.
Hobbies/ Interests: Video games, soccer, classic rock n' roll.

Mutations
Mutation description:
Hydrokinesis: Jace has the ability to control and manipulate the water around him as well as within underwater. Some ways he can use this ability include blasting someone to knock them away. Making a wave to traverse the area around him faster. Creating a wall of water to slow down incoming projectiles, as water is not solid.
Weaknesses and Limitations:
Jace can only manipulate water within fifteen feet from him. Due to water being a liquid, he can't use it to block projectiles with enough force, only slow them down. He can only control the water around him, he can't create water. Jace can only control five separate pieces of water at a time at a maximum weight of 60 liters. While Jace does have fine control of the water he uses, he has to be able to see the water. As a result, he couldn't pick a lock with it, but he could control it inside of a cage. If Jace overuses his ability, he'll begin to get migraines and nosebleeds and, eventually, pass out from exhaustion. Lightning is also especially effective against him.
History Of Your Character
An only child, Jace was born and raised in Miami, Florida to David and Melanie Nguyen up until he was about fourteen. At which point, he had an accident while he was swimming at the beach. His friend was drowning, so he pushed the water away from him. As a result of saving someone, his family was basically kicked out of the community. No one said it, but it was obvious that they weren't wanted there. As a result, they moved to Manhattan, New York. He was enrolled in a nearby school and his parents told him to avoid using his abilities at all costs. He complied, but only on the condition that they'd allow him to get a tattoo of a trident. They agreed to the terms and thus far there hadn't been any more incidents.

"Time to wake up, you're gonna be late." David said, turning on the light as he left the door ajar.
"Five more minutes." Jace replied, throwing his pillow over his face to block out the light.
His father responded by opening the window and letting the cold air in. After three years, Jace still wasn't used to the harsh winters of New York.
Through shivering teeth, Jace says "I hate you." As he got up.
Unfortunately, his mom was at work this morning, so his dad was the one waking him up today.
After adorning himself in his usual simple outfit consisting of brown Khaki pants, a white tee shirt with a logo of the game station five, his tan boots, and his white zip-up coat.
It was his first day back to school, his senior year of school too. Yet, all the blue haired boy wanted to do was stay home. He'd gotten used to seeing his mom more over the summer, but that wouldn't be the case once classes started. She worked night shift most of the time and did chores around the house while he would be in class. So naturally, she'd be asleep by the time he got home. If only night classes were an option.
He was, surprisingly, just on time for his first class of the day. The teacher gave him a look as he took his seat, noticing her shining necklace that seemed to make her the center of everyone's attention. It was gonna be a long first day.
