Lee nodded when Tarin said that his next appointment wasn't until 5:30. So he did have a fair bit of time still to have lunch, but not necessarily enough for other activities they had previously talked about when he had an open afternoon. Especially not with Kevin at home.
"I'm glad it'll be a quick rest of the day," Lee commented. Hopefully his headache would subside at least a bit before that next appointment.
"Do you need a few more minutes, or are you ready to go get food?" Lee asked. Tarin hadn't been in great shape when the link was ended, and he hadn't stood up yet, so Lee wasn't sure if he was ready for a walk down the street right that moment.

It would go quickly, Tarin knew, once the appointments actually started. The waiting was obnoxious though, especially when he just wanted to go home.
Did he need a few more minutes? Picking up the water bottle and taking another drink, Tarin shook his head, ”Nah, I think I’m good to go..” he said, thinking that the walk might help the ibuprofen circulate better and kick the headache more quickly.
Pushing back and standing up, Tarin sighed a bit. He still felt a touch woozy and the headache was definitely still there, but he was ambulatory enough for the short walk to the sandwich shop.
”Let’s go…”
