The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

Hearing Tarin say that the teams playing in this game were good to watch, and seeing the grin that he gave her, Lee nodded and leaned forward to set the remote on the coffee table.

It was only as she was sitting back again that she realized consciously that she had just willingly put baseball on. After they had already watched a game that day. Not just for Tarin to watch, but for both of them to watch.

Damn it.

Lee had planned on putting up more of a fight about watching baseball, had planned to tease Tarin far more about how boring it was before she would come close to giving in and admitting to him that it wasn’t as bad as she had thought.

She had just come out and all but shouted that he had been right about baseball. Damn it.

Taking a deep breath, Lee pulled her feet up onto the couch to curl up beside her as she silently settled in to watch the game.
