Personality: Naveed is a bit of an oaf at times, but very passionate. He generally is hard to read personality wise. He can be rather cryptic due to his abilities.
Notes (Hobbies, Phobias, Worries, ect.): He is Raina's brother, and thus very over protective. He doesn't speak much, and when he does it's generally in short open phrases. He's headstrong, and really just wants Raina to come home. He is the prince of their tribe and can be a bit of an oaf at times. (well, mostly)
Allegiance (Good, Bad, or Neutral): Neutral, may lean to bad but only because he's very extream. He's the kind of character, the bad may try to take advantage of.
Everyday clothing: Very rugged. Generally loose and full of holes.

Description of ability(ies): Whenever Naveed tells someone to do something, they do it. Very simple. He has to say it specifically, and he has trained himself not to mess up. He can say "please go home" and it will have no affect but if he says "go home." you better believe you're going home. Also, I've decided that when Navi is purposely giving someone an order, his eyes with glow red. I must have your permission for Navi to control anythng your character does. If you've ever read the manga ES he's sort of losely based on that main character. Naveed can convince you that you've been life-long friends even if you have never met him before with a simple sentence. Thus Naveed has the power of SUGGESTION
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): well, he has the potential to detroy lives with this ability, and he already has. He's been cast out of the tribe for the death of a rival that made him angry and he said "drop dead". And they did. It can come in handy bossing people around, but Naveed has been so scarred from the experieince he rarely talks and when he does it's only in short phrases. What he says need to be incredibly specific to work, so he can't say something like "lose" and the person he's fighting will lose. It's too general. Navi has little to no social skills because of this and because of his inability to communicte with people he gets himself in a lot of trouble. He has all the regular weaknesses of a regular human being, which makes it very hard for him when people are on his back. His power works less on mutants, and rarely at all on mutants with any telepathic abilities. His abilities only work within reason. If he tells someone to do something, it has to be within their ability to do it. So no telling a human to fly if they can't And again, it's all about being specific. He can't say anything too long or complicated either. So no 1/2 hour speals about robbing a bank, lol. Naturally his powers don't work on anything material.
Fighting style (if any): he's trained as a warrior for the tribe, so like Raina he has a hunting spear that he can use in offence and defence. He has hightened senses.
History of your character:
As mentioned, Naveed is Raina's brother. He is older, and very protective. He fought with the elders when they cast Raina away. Raina didn't know her brother was also a mutant. There have been no legends about mutations like Raina's when it comes to Naveed's powers.
he kept himself busy being the tribe's main hunter, able to control his prey. He is the prince of the tribe.
Naveed is an angry sort, since he is unable to communicate. When he first realised his powers he kept them hidden- but in a feat of angry passion with a rival he told to drop dead- Naveed has barley spoken.
The tribe is still unaware of naveed's abilities- they assume he murdered his rival, but Naveed being a little power hungry believes that if he can get Raina to come back home (or any other powerful mutants), they can both be elders and rule over the tribe making things easier for those who may be gifted like them. He's got techincally 'good intentions' but they're more like Magneto where he doesn't mind hurting people in the process of gaining his freedom.
He has tracked Raina to NYC. He left behind his childhood friend Flloyd.
Just an important note, pretty much copied and pasted right out of my message with the mod:
i'm not intending to have him so powerful. He's actually based on an existing marvel character. From inhumans (blackbolt) A command like "lose" is too losely inturperreted. It has to be very specific, and having already accidently killed someone, Naveed's main form of fighting is purley physicial. My interest in having naveed as a character is not to run around telling other mutants what to do, I feel I've demonstrated very well with Raina how I am creative in not being an over-powering mutant. I purposely made Raina weak and I purposely write her as having challenges with her mutations that don't include it running crazy and super strong.
I want Naveed to be the kind of character everyone wants on their team when he has no interest in helping anyone but himself back home in his tribe- thus making him vulnerable to manipulation by other mutants.

Sample RP:
He grunted low in his throat. "Move left." he whispered, and the caribou that was racing ahead of him did so. He could easily tell it to die, but Naveed never used his speach that way. He would earn his kill like all the others using his talents, but he would not cheat.
He stalked it through the snow, like a lion in the grass- his brown eyes searching the open white space.
With a lunge he leapt - spear in hand, the caribou leapt too. But Naveed was too quick, and his spear plunged into the animals side spilling crimson all over the white. "Feel no more pain." he said stroking the animals face as it struggled to breathe and it's eyes closed.
After a few moments he gutted the animal and pulled it up onto his shoulders and headed back to camp.
They thought he didn't speak, as a way of mourning for his sister's departure. If they only knew.
