Personality: Karmalina is the kind of person you see as a celebrity heiress on TV. She is slightly different though. Although obviously spoiled and used to the better side of life, she is actually a very opinionated and intellectual girl. She sometimes hates her looks becasue everyone automatically thinks: Hot Blonde.....definantly ditzy. She is actually both beautiful and smart and usually will be nice to anyone, unless given a reason not to be. She is kind, sweet, loyal, and respectful to friends; and evil and rude to enemies. Get on her bad side, and your life is a living hell. Notes: Karma loves to dance. It is her top passion in life, although anything that involves Self-Expressionism brings joy to her. Art, Music, Dance, Drama, they are all on her list. She also likes reading and travelling. Karma has slight Hemophobia, the fear of blood. This is only her own blood however and only in large amounts. A scrape or cut is nothing, a gash or slash is something sompletely different. She has a fear of lots of water while in her Sand Form.
Allegiance: Karmalina is what you would call Neutral. She see's Good and Bad as only points of view, and therefore doesn't think she can be either. There will always me a Worse or Better person out there.
Everyday clothing: Karma's clothing varies tremendously due to the fact that she's rich and her mother's a Fashion Designer, but she prefers dresses or black pants and a white blouse. Uniform: When in combat, Karmalina will often sport black cargo pants with a tight black top with sleeves going just to her elbows. She also has tight black pants beneath the cargo pants. Pajamas: Karmalina will usually wear silk pyjama top's and bottom's with a silk or velvet bath-robe/house-coat.
Hair color and style: Karma's hair is a dirty blonde in color and goes just below her shoulders. Her hair is usually either wavy-curly, or straight. Eye color: A deep, Green-Blue. Height: 5'10" Build: Karma has the build every girl wants and every boy wants his girlfriend to have. She is fit, in shape, curvy, and lean. She is fairly strong, although is more on the agile and stamina side.
Scars: None. Tattoos: None. Piercings: 2 on each ear(Top and Lobe).
Description of ability(ies): Karmalina's Mutant Powers lie in the field of stealth. Basically, she is able to convert her body and clothing into Sand-Like particles. These particles are a sandy beige in color and are identical to sand, except for the fact that they move. Just by willing herself too, in her Sand Form, Karmalina can control what she does. She can fly, hover, and form into odd shapes such as an arrow to communicate with people. This helps her for stealth, survailance, and escape as well as espionage.
When Karmalina is in her Sand Form, she can stay in it as long as she likes and when she reforms, she retains her clothing only. If she is knocked unconcious or seriously injured in her Sand Form, she reverts to her original human shape and is very injured and suffers lots of pain. There is no remedy for this, other than Rest and Relaxation, so she tried to stay away from too dangerous of combat situations when in her Sand Form. She is also harder to sense with Telepathy or other Sensing Powers becasue she is so miniscule and her thought patterns are smaller, etc.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): With Karma's powers' positives come the negatives. The first, and possibly most important, is the fact that if being inflicted or suffering from intense pain(Bullet wound, stabbing, large gashes, etc.) she cannot transform. This is simply to do with the focus needed to transform correctly. Her second biggest "fault" is the elements. Although electricity won't effect her sand form, water makes it hard(if not impossible) for her to move around correctly. Fire casues her extreme pain and she will revert to her human form with severe injuries, both physical and mental. And finally, Wind makes it hard for her to move because she is fighting against it, although this may be resolved in the future. Fighting style: Karmalina has received thorough training with her powers, although she specializes in Tai Chi and is skilled in using Bo Staff's. Karmalina is also a member of the Shooting Range and is an Advanced Gunwoman,
History of your character: Karmalina Jezzabelle Dawn was born to a young, but well-known couple. Her mother was a 30 year old Fashion Designer known for her great creations named Melina. Her father was a 32 year olf, famous Spokesperson/Lawyer of Mutant Rights named Edward. When they gave birth to their lovely daughter in a private, millionaire hospital in London, England, they were ecstatic. This was their first child, and a daughter, just what they had wanted !
As Karmalina was growing up, she lived in the lap of luxury. She got whatever she wanted, although she didn't want a lot. Her parents were very supportive of her studies, and wanted her to be a Model or something else in the Fashion Industry. Karmalina didn't mind this and she was a Fashion Genius ever since age 6, the same time her brother was born. She was known for being a cute little kid, as well as an obedient daughter and great playmate. What else could parents ask for?
When Karmalina was 8, she visited the beach for her first time. Since her parents were so famous and rich, it was often dangerous for them to go to the beach, plus she was at her private school up in Ireland. When she got the chance, she loved it and played all day. She didn't seem to get tired and her parents noticed that, and then sent her to a new Private School that was beach-front. Karmalina embraced the blessing wholely and loved being able to go on her breaks to look at the waves and the ocean, as well as the sand. How she loved the feeling of sand in her feet !
When Karmalina turned 9, she began feeling different. When she told her parents, they sent for a nurse who came and checked her. It didn't seem anything was wrong medically, so they assumed she was hitting puberty. Although Karmalina knew that girls hit puberty as early as 9, she felt it was something different and began spending lots of time in the library at school. One day, she found out that it wasn't rare for children to hit puberty and gain Mutant Powers. The reason didn't make sense to her, but she read the rest of the Newpaper articles and soon found information on her father being a protector of these "mutants".
When she returned home on the weekend, Karma looked through her father's study and learnt more about mutants. When she felt that she knew enough, she realized that she may be one. In despair, Karma went to the only place that comforted her; the beach. Once there, she just shut her eyes and concentrated on the waves and the sand in between her toes. She felt an odd sensation and opened her eyes, only to find that she was a pile of sand ! With a loud shriek, she reverted to her human form with pleasure and started panting. She was exhausted.
From that moment on, Karma has spent her free time on the beach practicing her powers. When she turned 14, her brother was sent away to boarding school and she finally told her parents about her powers. Her father was happy, her mother...not so much. Karma was upset, but got over it and decided that, when older, she wanted to be a Mutant Warrior ! She could defend the helpless and fight the mean ! She could be like a Superhero ! Despite these fantasies seeming childish, she started taking Aikido and Bo Staff Training. She also began training further in her powers until she got to a point, at age 16, that she could change back and forth easier and for longer.
From ages 16 until 20, Karma led a fairly normal life. She continued her Martial Art's training as well as training her powers. When she turned 21, she began to drink only to find out that it effected her powers negatively. When that was figured out, she stopped drinking unless she didn't plan on using her powers and went to Design School for 4 years where she laid low. Nothing much happened other than more training and some serious advancement in the usage of guns. When she turned 24, Karmalina was told by her father that he was scared someone was going to attack his mutant daughter to make a point to him.
Due to this, she is now in New York, preparing for a meeting with her father and an old friend of his. Her father tells her that she will probably be staying in New York for a while and working for Mr. Antonescue, her father's old friend. She knows nothing other than that and awaits his arrival.

Sorry, I should re-word that. Telepathy is harder to use to FIND/TRACK her because her thought process and mind is so much smaller and harder to detect. Anybody with good Mental Powers could find her, but I mean someone with Below Average, or Low Average Mental Powers would have troubles. As for telekinesis, I have no idea why that one's in there. It might have been left over from my old profile, I just did a lot of re-wording and additions, I must have left that in by mistake. It has been removed ^_^
