It was still early enough that most of the passengers on the train were asleep. Ranger trolled through the train looking for a good mark. After a few minutes of searching, and picking locks, he found a room with a sleeping couple that had left their bags easily accessible. One of the trackers easily found a home inside a purse. To hide the other tracker Ranger cut a tiny hole into a jacket and slid the tracker in. It dropped down into the material inside the jacket. Those were the best places he could discern to stick the trackers where the couple would make sure to keep them on them whether they go home, to a restaurant, a hotel, or all of the above.
Before returning to the room, Ranger took a detour to collect a couple bottles of water and a diet coke for Noel. There were still eggs for Noel to eat and he was still full from his excessive dinner.
”I’m back.” Ranger said before opening the door to the room. Unannounced entry when the occupants are on alert is how you get ventilated.
”We’ve got a half hour until our stop.” Ranger said looking at his watch, ”Thoughts on keepin’ our movements chaotic?” Anything they did needed to be handled with cash. Credit cards would give them away and ‘borrowing’ someone's car risked local LEOs identifying them and the agency swooping in. That didn’t take grand theft auto off the table, merely meant to not do it haphazardly.
Ranger took the opportunity to change shirts. Instead of a button up he went with a polo and a jacket to wear over it. He paused only a moment before he switched from jeans to khaki pants. Instead of the cowboy look he normally sported, he was switching to the dress of a professional shooter.

Noel did not ventilate the Ranger. Nor did she spare a shred of concern for the couple that ended up with their trackers. Maybe she should have, or maybe she should have trusted the agency more. Maybe it was too ironic that having one herself felt too controlling right now.

"Go by dirt bike?" She sighed, afraid he might have thought that was a serious suggestion. She still had so much to figure out. "Honestly, I've worked so hard at containing the chaos. You also seem like trouble has jumped you more than once. Maybe we just, give in to the minions of chaos. Go to the mall, are there still malls? They always have cars just laying around." Again, kidding. Kind of.
"We are going to have to face the music from today either way, aren't we?"
