The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Gender: Male
Age: 6 years old
Nationality/Ethnicity: Albino
Birthplace: Another Random NY Hospital.
Personality: Quiet, but can be childish and happy. He doesn't talk to anybody much, due to no one being around. He enjoys reading thrown out books, and learns basically through thrown out items.
Notes (hobbies, phobias, worries, ect.):He's afraid of hurting anyone, though his idea of 'playing' is not a trip to Merry Street. He's somewhat afraid of the power he's unleashed, and prefers isolation from others. Also, He will shortly find out that he has Dyslexia
Side (good, bad, or neutral): Neutral, will decide in a future thread. Everyday clothing:Ragged clothes, due to living on the street
Uniform (optional;if you become an X-Man, your uniform will receive an X-Men logo): Doesn't have a outfit, will just wear regular clothing....or else.
Pajamas: Doesn't own any.
Hair color and style: White, unattended Hair

Height: 3'5"
Build: Not very strong or muscular due to being 5, but relies on his gift to protect him. Scars: Little ones from living on the streets, ect.

Description of ability(ies): His mutation is to switch the spirit of himself, or another person with a marionette. They can't move while their in marionette form, and their body, who has the marionette's spirit (or no spirit rather) mimics what the marionettes body does. They change back within 10 minutes, but this may change.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): He can only switch their spirits for about 10 minutes with the experience he has now, but it might progress gradually. He can't just stop, he needs to finish up the time, otherwise, he'll get changed with the marionette himself, and receive a mild shock of energy.
Fighting style (if any):Really just doing anything he can to possibly live. He uses a Marionette to be able to use his power, or any stuffed animal or inanimate(sp?) object, will do, he prefers a marionette though.
History of your character: He grew up in New York, growing like any normal person, not growing wings, or extra tentacles or having any other physical mutation. His mother died as a result of his birth, and in turn, his father raised him in his estate. They had wealth, but not to much, and he was content with his life. However, on his sixth birthday, he received a toy marionette, which he soon became skilled with using. He spent most of his time playing with it, and one day had been playing with it in the same room as his father.Unknowingly how, his father had switched bodies with the Marionette, and had switched back, but for some reason, also unknown, had died in the process. It is believed that it was due to Matthew's lack of control. He left the house, haunted by the emptiness, and partially out of fear upon what he was, and wandered the streets. It became dawn, and he attempted to make his way home, but became lost, and ended up spending the night in a uninhabited alley. He used a cardboard box as shelter, occasionally finding new ones when they grew soggy or weak from the snow or rain. He has been living in the streets for about two weeks, and has grown incredibly ill, and near death. He still carries around that Marionette, his only alive(well, not technically) friend, believing it to still be his father.
