Notes (hobbies, phobias, worries, etc.): He enjoys listening to music and sparing, which helps keep him from getting rusty. He likes working on classic muscle cars. He also likes getting tattoos. James goes to hardcore/ metalcore concerts and is usually found in the mosh pit.

Does not know how to control the amount of electricity he creates yet.
If he doesn’t think about what he is doing he can heat metal objects so they burn him.

History of your character:
James grew up in Detroit, mostly in his fathers car shop. His father was a mechaninc that worked on classic muscle cars, and was a seasoned boxer. James started learning to box at a very young age, but he got bored with boxing so he started to take Capoeira lessons.
His ability to manipulate electricity was discovered after he was in a car accident, in which they knocked down an electrical wire and trapped them in the car. James stuck his hand to the window trying to break it b/c the door was jammed and the electricity from the wire jumped to his hand and melted the glass right in front of his hand. After that incident he tried to figure out how he did this in secrecy, all he accomplished was discovering his ability to create electricity. James has never really thought about joining a faction of other mutants b/c he thinks that it would be too much responsibility for him.

RP example:The sky had been full of clouds for days now, but it only just started to rain. James was leaving his father funeral, he had died from a heart attack. With every drop of rain that hit James bare skin there was a small spark, he had no control over this. People were staring at him akwardly because he was the first on to leave, but he just couldn't stand to cry in front of all of those people. Opening the door to his dad's favorite car, a 1968 Pontiac GTO, he sat down and the tears started to stream down his face. He clenched his hands in anger because he could not beleive his hero was gone. James punched the dashboard, as he did the rain really began to fall down outside the window. He looked up and saw a melted fist imprint in the polyester of the dashboard. James wanted to leave this city where everything reminded him of his dad, he jumped of to the driver seat and fired up the engine. He arrived at his house and ran inside packing all the clothes he would need, grabbed his CD's and as much money he could find. James got back in the GTO and called his mom to tell her goodbye. He was going to New York, to find what he could do there. At the first stoplight he removed his dress jacket and dress shirt to reveal his sleeve tatoos, then he placed his lip peircings back in and reached to his nose to rotate the ring he had ther so it was visible. Reaching into his bag, James grabbed a tight black muscle shirt and put it on. Rolling down the window he threw the sirt and jacket out into the rain and took off.
