Well, MRO, with the site continuing to flourish and real life continuing to be a thing, the Mod Team is hoping to bring on some new helping hands! We’re looking to expand, and this time, we are expecting to add 1-2 new mods to the team. Typical Modly Duties:On average, expect to spend 1-4 hours a week putzing around with Modly tasks. 60% of that is working with members on new character applications; the other 40% of the time is site maintenance (updating the Taken Mutations list, checking affiliate links, preparing for April Fool's, ban-hammering the occasional Cbox troll, working on the newsletter, etc.) Requirements:- Ability to load Gmail (aka: the Mod Mail. aka: where we do most of our work). If you can't, close this message and go cry in the Cbox.
- Professionalism, a cool head, and the rare ability to take a deep breath and let things go. Sometimes newbs, or even older members, will get very very angry with us. If you take things personally, this is not the job for you.
- Confidentiality. What happens on the Mod Board stays on the Mod Board, whether it be player drama or a very enthusiastic Team discussion on changes to the site rules.

Minimum of ______ months on MRO. If you're interested, even if you just joined yesterday, apply. You know what we do with members we don't pick? We groom 'em for the next time there's a call out. Trivia: a majority of MRO's past Mods were first picked when they'd been on MRO less than a year.- Ability to load and navigate Discord, where we do a great deal of Mod communication. How the New Mod Call Out Will Work:[/s] Step 3: Announcement of your shining new Mod(s)! We'll be picking 0-2 people.
