The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

A shadowy group is gaining power, drawing in people who are curious, vulnerable, or malicious, and turning them into Mystics. They are recruiting people into their ranks to spread the influence of magic in the world, but for what end goal?

Cait could not believe she had managed to get the tickets for the show so easily. Normally they sold out in a few days from going up for sale, but here she was, all dressed up and waiting for Mal to show up for the show. He'd suggested them seeing it together, and with a little work and a lot more money than she liked to think about, here they were. Or here she was for now.

Coming to the Rocky Horror Show was always amazing, the guys more dressed up and flamboyant than the girls and she had to admit, there were some really good looking guys strutting past in high heels and tights. Probably pulled them off better than some girls she knew.

For herself, she'd gone with a pretty well made Meatloaf costume, complete with fake injuries and slightly paler skin. OK, maybe she had put a little bit too much time into this side project and yes, she'd had to pull in a few favours and doled out a lot of ice cream to friends, but it was worth it. Dressing up was the best part, you just couldn't go to a showing and not cross dress. It was heresy to even suggest that idea. Worse if she'd not, Mal would probably tease her for days.

Speaking of, where was he? Totally should have been there by now. God she hoped he was in the full outfit, just like the picture she'd shown her.
