In some ways being able to heal from minor wounds pretty much instantly was as much of a blessing as it was annoying. Sure, she didn't have to deal with long-term pain, and she wouldn't ever have to worry about permanent damage... but the power tended to separate her from whole groups of people.
For example, as she picked herself back up off the pavement for the billionth time and shakily got back on her borrowed skateboard, the small gathering of men, women, and kids that had gathered around her watched on in obvious confusion. One very nice boy had offered to show her how to use a skateboard after she had expressed interest, and though he had protested, loudly too, that she wasn't ready for some of the more elaborate tricks she had eventually convinced him to let her go down one of the ramps.
Now there was a nice little splatter of red on the ground when she kept landing on her face, and she'd lost count of how many times she'd broken and re-broken her nose. Still, she was having the time of her like standing like a wobbly noodle on the board, hoping that the next time she went down she'd make it all the way without falling off.
"Kay, so... remember. Balance is key. Try not to flail, and for god's sake don't close your eyes this time... got it?"
She nodded, focused and already zoned out of what he was saying. She pushed off slowly with her back foot, got herself somewhat stable on the board as it gained momentum, and hit the crest of the hill just as she dropped into the stance the kid had shown her. This time she was gonna do it~!
SLIPCRASHTHUNK
The board went skating away merrily on its own while she slid slowly down the rest of the curve on her face, before landing in the exact same bloodstained spot as before.
Humiliated, she remained motionless for a moment before letting out a guttural grunt of disapproval over the whole situation and lifting her face. Her face was a little bloodied, but already healed. The gathered crowd broke into a cacophony of noise; some groans, some laughter, mostly a lot of faces meeting palms.

Curious about the crowd, Raine wandered over to one of the bowls at the skate park near campus. She's never actually been here, always meaning to stop but never taking the time.
There was a nun on a skateboard. There was a nun falling off a skateboard, much to the delight of the crowd.
“Ohmigosh!” Raine didn't hesitate, but instead threw herself down the curved slide of concrete in order to help Mother Cowabunga to scrape her nose of the ground. “Do you need a doctor? How bad is it?”
Raine glanced down when she felt something seeping through the knee of her jeans.
Blood.
Ohmigodohmigodohmigah!
She was handsier than she might have usually been, grabbing to woman's face between her hands and… and watching her nose set itself?
In fact, Raine had a gnarly bruise that was half healed from an X mission that she felt… heal?
“Sweety, you're making it quite obvious that you have more… blessings than most.” her eyes asked the next bit for her. Was that okay?
