The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

I say it would be a good idea to capture a whole one. Even if it's all broke to hell. Fully working would be bad, but having some key systems totally screwed up and the thing not operable again, I don't see the problem with that.
Hades, Kaz's second form would be able to carry nearly as much as Abyss, but Kaz will only have his second form up until Kaz starts training Calley.
Ted: Unless Shogun's sword can cut through Adamantium, the answer would be no. Granted the Stalkers are made of a mix of Adamantium and Titanium (Essentially it's a low class Adamantium: Adamantium Beta) making it less durable than Adamantium, from what I've understood from Syn, it can't be broken/pierced/dented/etc except by Adamantium itself.
No, Shogun's swords are not that sharp (I should know, I have it to him). Personally I'd be happy if you could bring me a whole Stalker, but it doesn't need to be in once piece. If we can bring in enough bits to make a full one Ingram (and I assume Gearhead and Hades) can extrapolate from there.

Aww, plastic looses to adamantium. Ah well. I think that maybe we could use Abyss's ability to carry loads of stuff in the void, and use it to unleash horrendous amounts of explosives on a stalker, and steal anything that hasn't melted/been blown into tiny pieces. But there is a problem: we need to get one on it's own.
If you people have problems with disabling him in one piece, Mandain could do the trick, if horus wouldn't interfere that is. Mandain is able to destroy the technology inside the stalker making it unable to do anything really, but then he would need to hit something else then the adamant, something where you can see a wire or something electronic.
So basically you need something to create a chink in it's armour, and hope that horus doesn't interfere? Again, I refer you to the Abyss/huge explosion idea
Ok, I have the beginnings of a plan for the Stalker grabbing raid. We take a team which must have Abyss and Sapphire but the rest of the team is variable. The plan is to lure a team (3 or 4) Stalkers out into a battle. Abyss unleashes the clones who grab a Stalker and pin it. Everyone else is to keep the other Stalkers off Abyss. Abyss then uses a high powered laser cutter to cut the Stalker up into bits. The bits are placed in high speed cars which have built in signal jammers that will prevent any single from any piece getting out.
Once the cars have left the clones pile into the Stalkers while everyone else gathers around Sapphire who teleports them away. The clones are then left to return to the void. This will be a highly dangerous mission and probability of injury is high, but I reckon that it would be a good start for the resistance.
I think Hunter's idea sounds like it will work. If I am correct about Nox's ability, that she can control the entire spectrum of light waves, she may be able use her ability to block radio signals being sent to/ from the Stalkers. She might be a good one to have on the team too.

As much fun as this sounds, Shogun would be a poor choice, as he sucks in fights against robots.
But cool sounding plan. Shame there're no huge explosions lol
And for the team, I would suggest: Abyss and Sapphire (d'uh), Nox, Ali (if she can create hot enough flames to damage/distract stalkers) and Mandain (though he'd only use his powers on the ones we're not trying to bring home). Whoever gets used on this mission, if it goes well, could stay together as a permanent team. Just a thought.
Nox could certainly prevent any radio signals being emitted, and could possibly even concentrate enough of the stalker's heat to destroy some of their wiring. Not sure about the later, but she’d be happy to give any plan in which she could help a shot.
