Character



Personality: She tries to be very polite and respectful in her manners. She is kind and caring to those around her and will try and help put those around her. Her twin sister however was particularly good at getting under her skin.



Mizuki is an over achiever if asked to do things she will do her best to do it in the best possible way she can. In this light she can often take on to much work or help to many people. Failure usually leaves her sad and apologetic but she normally bounces a back well.



Since the brutal incident with her sister she has become much more withdrawn and scared of being around people. SHe believes herself to be extremely dangerous, to the point of requesting being sent to the Xavoir school so she would not further endanger her family. She wants a cure or a way to turn her power off, being entirely terrified of herself and her power.

Morality Mizuki is a good person who simply wants to help. The idea of hurting or killing another person is a deeply sad thought to her. She would never steal and tends to give people the benefit of the doubt.She would try and help someone if they were getting robbed but would try to do so so that no one got hurt.



Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Good. Mizuki while a bit depressed and afraid of herself, is more afraid of hurting others then herself. Knowing her sister liked to get under her skin, she requested to be sent to Xavoir's schools to prevent a second incident.



Mutations



Mutation description: Polar Bear Shifting. She can shift into a much bigger Bear form granting her the strength, speed and instincts as an actual polar bear.



Strengths: When in Polar bear mode Mizuki weighs in at just over 1'000 lbs and can stand over 10 feet tall. She also gains a bite force of over 1,100 lbs per square inch and a set of six inch claws on each hand capable of doing quick, brutal damage. The cold no longer bothers her and she can swim four hours without need for a break. She is much faster and tougher and stronger then a human as well being the largest land predator on earth. She also gains the instincts and aggressiveness of an actual polar bear which can help her with dangerous situations. She can flip a car or lift over 600 pounds when transformed and a layer of blubber makes her skin able to take damage better then a human.



The bear mind weighs on her even when she has control making her more confident and aggressive. While still very unlikely to kill she is much more apt to rough them up





Weaknesses and Limitations:

Polar bears can get heat stroke in a matter of hours in temperatures much above 50F. The transformation eats up a lot of calories in her body, making her hungry after changing. As such she can not transform if she does not have enough energy built up in her body threw food. The result being that Mizuki takes in roughly five times the food an average teenager might after a transformation.



Mizuki's power is triggerd through being scared, fear and anger and is tied into her fight or flight reflex. This makes her own fear of her power only make the issue worse as it increases how much danger her mind believes her to be in. Her need to overachieve and the stress of doing so also plays into fears.



Mizuki must also fight the instincts of the bear for control and until she gains mental dominance of the bears instincts, she is prone to acting exactly as a near full grown Polar bear would and since a change eats up a lot of calories, often a hungry bear willing to eat any prey it finds handy, including Friend's. If not hungry and their is a way out however the bear will typically try and flee to a place with fewer people around.



Physical Abilities



General Physical Capabilities: Mizuki is not very strong or quick as a human and has no physical defense training at all. Her options are basically flight or polar bear mode.

History Of Your CharacterMizuki grew up in a strict Japanese household when it came to academics. Mizuki liked school however and usually got very good grades. Her twin sister was much more the class clown and cared far less for grades much to their parents annoyance. While her sister did try to get under her skin Mizuki got used to it and normally took it in stride. Mizuki had friends and few people disliked her as she would help almost anyone.



Her father often went on long business trips to America and Australia so the girls were raised by their Mom much of the time. on their ninth birthday Mizuki's sister gave her a live garden snake as a present which Mizuki threw box and all in freight.



Nether girl knew they were Mutants until their 11th birthdays when at school they got into a loud, heated verbal fight. Filled with anger and scared of her angry sister and the trouble they were likely in for being so loud and disrupting classes. Mizuki turned into her polar bear form as her sister turned into a grizzly bear. Unable to gain control and in a tight space the pair fought one another would complete savagery. The fight caused a considerable amount of damage and ended with Mazuki hospitalized deep claw marks in her back from her sister.



Now 12 and healed she is eager to restart her schooling and find help for her power. Believing her power dangerous and knowing her sister would likely try and provoke her despite the danger she and her parents decided that Xavoir's school might be best for her.

Sample RP:



Mizuki's face burned in anger as she looked at her sister feeling, the cold wet stain on the back of her uniform. Her sister thought it was funny. Get her sister yelled at for a stain, just like she had hid her homework the night before and almost made her late to class. Her sister usually did not go this far and the thought on punching her sister echoed in her mind.



Mizuki was to furious to notice as her vision had sharpened even as some of the color, seemed to fade. She began to grow worried when she visibly saw her sister shrinking in front of her. She was about to ask about this when she felt her head hit the ceiling hard. And her words came out as a roar of challenge. She moved her hand's and felt power and she moved heer still forming paw in front of her face.



It was then she felt instincts that were strange and new. Hunger and it was so hot. Find food and find somewhere colder, she needed to do these things. Instead she heard an answering roar and felt something big and heavy strike her shoulder, something gave way under her as she fell on her back, it did not matter. She needed to eat and before thats she had to drive this other bear away. As the Brown bear approached, Mizuki swung her giant paw, the thought occurring she could eat the other bear if she killed it. She rolled onto her feet and rose onto her back legs again her head hit the ceiling.
