The energy is a bright red compound bursting at a force of 60 PSI blast pressure. Blowing through most man-made concrete structures, her blast is very dangerous. As the blast utilizes trace amounts of plasma from her blood to project through her palms, overuse can make her light-headed and, if continued past that, cause her to black out.
Strengths: Adapting to social situations to blend in and keep attention off herself.
Weaknesses and Limitations: Besides the use of plasma in her blood stream to use (currently anywhere between 3-5 blasts before lightheaded, 2 after that to cause blackout), her blasts are approximately 6 feet in length at the longest (and uses enough plasma to constitute 2 blasts in one), can travel a total distance of 25 feet, has little to no mass, and is 9 inches in diameter at all times (no wider or smaller).
Physical AbilitiesGeneral Physical Capabilities: Outside of being flexible (she did ballet and gymnastics until her powers developed), she has average capabilities, no better than any other person.
Fighting Style: No fighting training of any kind. Only what she's learned in Kung Fu movies (which is not much)

History Of Your CharacterHistory: Lilith was born in Grays, Essex. She was a bright kid, straight A's in school, tons of friends, and great at what she did recreationally. At the age of 4, she started doing gymnastics, and at the age of 5, began ballet classes. Outside of the occasional internal itch, she seemed a healthy and active child. At the age of 9, while emptying dishes, she heard her parents arguing in the next room. It didn't happen often, so when it did, it bothered her. As she gripped a glass, her discomfort caused her power to surge, sending a vibrating shockwave through the glass, instantly shattering it. As the glass pieces hit the floor, her parents came rushing in, all confrontation forgotten. As they eventually laughed it off, her father joked about her “super strength”, telling her how she could grow up to be a hero, lifting buildings off of people. Nothing was thought of it, and they chalked it up to the heat from the dishwasher weakening the glass.
Fast forward 2 years with no real incidents (that seemed overly abnormal... the occasional broken dish or glass being the exception), and Lilith, at the age of 11, being picked on by a couple boys. Typical boy vs girl behaviour, threatening her as boys often did at that age, and one of them lifted her skirt, laughing at the girly underwear with his friends. Getting mad, she pushed him, and a small shockwave burst from her hands, not yet visible to them. Her push sent the boy flying back 13 feet, colliding with the side of a parked car. As the boys ran over to help, she ran off, scared by what had happened. Refusing to tell anyone about it (and obviously the boys weren't going to admit to a girl beating one of them up) it went unnoticed. As time went on, Lilith refrained from major social situations, losing friend after friend. Her grades started slipping, and as she spent more and more time in her room, her parents became worried. A few weeks after her 12th birthday, and she had started counseling.
As the years went by, and no causes were found for her withdraw from her peers, she stopped going. But the strange behaviours didn't end. At the age of 16, while reading a book at the school, just a year her senior, came up to her, trying to flirt a bit. After she showed little interest in him, he tried a different approach, sticking his finger in her book and pushing it down, lowering it so she would focus on him. She told him he wasn't interested, and tried raising her book again, but he slapped it to the ground. Clenching her fists, she told him to back off and leave her alone. Neither of them seemed to notice the glow emanating from her palms, and after he placed his hands on her, his attempt at getting her to stop ignoring him, and began his verbal assault, trying to make her feel low about herself so she'd date him out of a need for confidence, she snapped. As she screamed for him to leave her alone, she threw her hands down violently, and a brilliant beam of plasma streamed straight through the floor, down through the lower 2 stories, before blasting a hole clear through the ground. As people ran screaming and the school was evacuated, she left, running off to her parents house and locking herself in her room.
As things cleared up, and her parents no longer thought she was safe where she was (too much crime and chaos, her father exclaimed) they decided to move out into the country side. She was homeschooled the last two years, before her parents thought her idea of going to school out of country was a good idea.
At 18, she moved to New York and began studying computers. As the field didn't often see blonde and curvy girls, she found a lot more people seemed interested in being her friend, predominantly guys. She instead got her bartending license, and stuck with that, figuring the people she'd deal with wouldn't be able to remember her face anyways, and as many bartenders she'd seen were either men, or rather beautiful women, she figured she would be mostly overlooked. The next 4 years saw her doing relatively well for herself, being given raises, getting hired at better and fancier locations, until her job supported her bills and herself without struggling to make ends meet. She still worries about her powers, and strives to keep herself out of bad situations, but her life is simple and she believes she needs nothing more.

Sample RP:(Discovery of her powers)
It was a particularly hot day in Essex, especially on the street corner where a couple little boys were harassing a girl they knew. They'd mostly grown up around each other, same schools, same classes, so they knew who she was, and knew her circle of friends. As they walked around her, they tried getting a rise out of her.
Darian, the 'leader' of their group, said “Maybe we could invite her to the pond. I hear the frogs there are the size of cars and extra slimey!” The other 3 laughed. One added, “or maybe she wants to jump in. We could help her out and go throw her in!”. She stuck her tongue out at him.
“Ooh. I think she wants to LICK the frogs!” One exclaimed, and she quickly pulled her tongue back in. “No I do not! Leave me alone.” She said, trying to speed up so she could get home. They matched her pace. “No... I think she wants to go out back of your house, Jake, and poke that dead cat we found.” Said the last boy, laughing. She scrunched her face in disgust. “You guys are nasty. Go find a mud puddle and throw it at each other.” She snapped, obviously getting irritated, but not enough for their taste.
As the boys circled around and around, laughing and continuing their torment, Darian had had an idea of what to do. Coming up behind her, he hoisted her skirt up and drew the other boys attentions. “Frilly undies with hearts. Isn't that sweet?” He said, laughing as she spun, forcing him to drop her skirt hem. Turning on him, red faced, she pushed him, putting all her force into it. A shockwave erupted from her palms, sending Darian flying back. He hit the side of a car with a loud “THUD” and stayed there, dazed and in pain. As the three boys rushed over to help him, Lili bolted, no longer concerned with where she was going or where she was, only knowing she needed to get away from that whole situation.
Finally free of the situation, she stopped, panting for breath. Though she hadn't been paying attention, she'd run most of the way home. She sat against a tree, still panting, every sound making her jump, thinking she was in trouble for something she didn't even know she could do.
