Hello all MRO residents,

Due to my lack of entertainment on the boat, I have been creating a medival world which I would like to turn into a posting site, like MRO. I have some experience in the process of the creating proboard sites, but lack the skills to run one by myself. Therefore, I am putting out a general call to see if there are any on those who are interested in being a Mod and helping me bring this world to life. Below, I will provide a basic concept of my vision. I will provide further details to any interested parties.

The idea for the world can largely be accredited to my current reading of the Games of Thrones, but it is only vaguely similiar.

The world is roughly divided into eight different provinces, each with its own distinguishing land features. I have not come up with a name for the land. These lands are ruled by lords and their courts, both big and small. Mythic creatures also inhabitat these lands. The time period is set around the medival times with knights fighting with swords and arrows. However, there are a few magical items that help to enhance society.

This is a very vague overview, I know, but if you would like more information please reply below or PM me. As I mentioned before, this is a developing world, and things are likely to change. I would love to have someone to bounce ideas off of.

Also, if anyone likes the idea and would like to join when I am finally home and can get this thing up and running, please do not hesitate to post below or PM me. I have many ideas and a lot of vacant positions for possible lords and ladies. It will be first come, first serve.

PS: I was not sure whether to post this here or under general chat, but since this that to do with the creating of another site, I decided it would be best to post here. And of course, MRO would be gloriously promoted on the website, if it ever comes to life.

Posting here is good. I'd suggest that any interested parties reply by PM/email/other private means rather than posting to this thread (and to keep any not-MRO-site-building talk/recruitment off of the Cbox/Tbox), but beyond that... good luck, Shade!
