Nicki took Kaz's hand as he led her towards the kitchen/dining area. It was big, bigger than the Mansion's. Nicki couldn't help thinking about cooking on the large stove. She smiled widely, looking around in semi-awe. She turned to Kaz.

"This place is a kinda huge..." she chuckled a little, looking around yet again.

Kaz smiled as Nicki saw the Dining Hall. "This place is kinda huge..." Kaz chuckled along with Nicki. "Well it should be. I can't think of how many mutants actually live here, but I think it's over a hundred. I haven't met all of them, haven't even seen most of them. But we have kids and teens here..and you know how they like to eat." Kaz walked Nicki towards the kitchen area. "Hey there. Food smells great." Kaz spoke to the kitchen staff.

"Robbie, I see you've got the stoves under control." Kaz laughed, Robbie had six arms and two heads, and was standing in the corner of the kitchen where the stoves were. "Of course I do, what do you think I am, one of you two armed one headed freaks?" Robbie laughed, his tone joking.

"There are people workin in the kitchen 24/7. They'll make anything ya want, or you can make your own stuff if you'd like. Kitchen's open all the time."

Nicki raised an eyebrow slightly as she noticed the multi-armed/headed man leading the stove. It didn't matter that she had just seen Kaz in his new form, seeing someone with a bunch of arms and more than one head was still a bit odd. But she was handling it a lot better than she would have a few days ago.

"It definitely smells good" Nicki smiled to the man, Robbie, and watched him for a little, trying to figure out what he was cooking and trying to make sure she could have the information later on. It was a little intangiable for her to absorb, but taking notice of the ingrediants and such wasn't too difficult.

Nicki looked over to Kaz, trying to focus on his thought pattern. She hadn't had much practice absorbing people's thoughts since she had overloaded and she knew it would be the easiest with Kaz. She could find his thought pattern and tried to clear it up to be able to hear what he was thinking.

Kaz turned his head to regard the freezer door opening. "Well if it isn't the Big red Hulk." Before he could introduce Nicki and Abyss to each other, Abyss beat him too it. "So who was causing trouble in here? And what exactly did they do?" Kaz was at a loss, he hadn't been in the kitchen in the last day or so, he hadn't eaten in at least a day, he was too....shocked with his new form to concern himself with such small matters such as eating.

Nicki smiled brightly as Abyss came over and shook her hand. She blushed slightly at the mention that Jupiter was speaking about her in length. "Nice to meet you. I hope you've only heard okay things..." Nicki smiled as she pulled her hand back and it flew immediataly to her earlobe.

"Yeah, what was going on?" Nicki laughed, looking around. "And why are you taking care of it if it was Pluto's doing?" Nicki asked, only able to gather that Pluto must have been like Jupiter due to the name.

"See told you." He made a quick comment to Nicki, playfully and gently elbowing her arm. "Hey!" Kaz said quickly when he got the joke. "I'll have you know her taste in men is exceptional, if I do say so myself." He winked at Nicki. Looking at Abyss. "Ya know, I think I said something to Jupiter about this, but I can't tell you guys apart. You gotta wear a patch or something that says which one is which. It would have prevented the whole mix up of who did what here." Kaz laughed a bit. "When did this all happen? The place looks spotless like always."

Nicki smiled as she was dubbed 'good people'. "Yeah, I know my taste in guys can be a little wonky" she smiled, poking Kaz in the stomach. "But I think Kaz is a nice variation away from that" she smiled, turning her attention back to Abyss.

"Yeesh. That's amazing. Major too and like Kaz said, this place looks spotless" Nicki smiled looking around before slipping her hand back up to her earlobe and pulling. "So um...how many of you are there?" she asked quietly, embarrassed.

Kaz nodded as Abyss spoke. He took Nicki's poke with an 'OOF' sound. "I swear she's the only one who can do that." Kaz said, playfully grumbling. "I suppose you have a point Abyss. Confusion always helps. Still...there aught to be something...like maybe a button on each of your shirts is a different color or something." Kaz shrugged as he made his silly suggestion. Looking around, he did notice a couple things missing. "Now that you mention it, I think I met him before, there does seem to be some stuff missing."

When Abyss popped his neck Kaz looked at him hard. "Oh now you've gone and done it..." Kaz proceeded to pop every joint from his head down to his toes. Each pop was clear and decently loud. "I can't help it I swear. I hear or see it, I gotta do it." Calling to the clones. "Yeah, you better hurry! This girl can kick your ass..." He waited for the clones to come out before he finished, "....In a contest of brain power." Kaz smirked.

Nicki listened as the boys cracked everything they could. Nicki did the one thing she could think of: she popped her knuckles.

She slapped Kaz's arm as he mentioned she could kick these guys' asses. Sure, she was okay in her given fighting field but if they were all like Abyss and Jupiter they could break her in half with a flick of thier fingers. As the guys ran out, she was already the same shade of red as they were.

"Oh um, hi there guys. I've met one of you before...whichever one is Jupiter..." Nicki smiled, focing herself to chill out, not feeling so bad that she couldn't tell them apart knowing that Kaz couldn't either.

Kaz laughed at Abyss' comment about arthritis. Kaz shrugged at Abyss' question. "Not all to sure actually. Just givin me girlie a tour. The rest is up to her." Looking to Nicki. "Show her the living quarters, if she decides she wants to live here." When the clones gave their own greetings, Kaz said it again. "I swear I'm gonna give you all name badges.....Or write your names on your foreheads so we can tell ya'll apart."

Nicki chuckled lightly as all the guys greeted her, smiling warmly at Jupiter. She was very glad he had stumbled into the med center when he did.

Nicki smiled brightly as Kaz called her 'his girlie'. "I don't know. My pretense of wanting to go out and take a tour was really a guise for meeting all the people around" Nicki smiled, chuckling a little. "Basically I'm fighting every urge to not ask if you a library" Nicki threw a glance to Kaz.

When Pluto popped his collar Kaz laughed. "Ok Pluto, now I know who you are. That's a start, one outa seven." Kaz looked at Nicki and thought for a moment. "Hmm...Should I tell you the truth or just leave you guessing? IF we have one, what would you do?"

"Yeah I noticed that. Not even the little tykes are up running around. Aren't they usually bouncin off every wall?" Kaz's eyebrow raised when Abyss mentioned a trip. "Oh, where you thinkin of heading?" He moved passed the seven dwarves into the kitchen, "Hey babe, you hungry or thirsty?" Kaz opened the large fridge and pulled out a large glass bottle of root beer. "Damn...still kinda war..." Kaz didn't finish his sentence before Tony reached over, took hold of the bottle and iced it. Tony couldn't speak, his tongue was removed by some mutant haters when he was younger, but he was a cool guy, quite nice, a great cook to boot. "Thanks Tony." Kaz popped the top and took a sip of the ice cool drink.

"Ugh! I still smell like food. Whoever came up with biscuits and gravy should be shot."

The red-headed pair made their way through the halls to the cafeteria. Despite the melee several days ago, they had made it a habit to drop in and pick up several packs of granola and trail mix, and bottles of orange juice, before heading out on their daily chaos runs.

That day they looked considerably better than when they'd left the last time, drenched with water and plastered with who-knew-what-it-used-to-be. They were wearing matching green tank tops that read 'Born to Shop' across the fronts, and that didn't quite cover their middrifts. Amp had on a pair of beige cargo shorts, and Vibe was wearing ivory capris with a gold chain-link belt.

Just inside the door, Amp stopped short. Vibe was bent over slightly, fiddling with her hair, which was flipped over her face, so she bumped into her sister.

>Hello? A bit of warning next time?< She flipped her hair back and frowned at her sister. But the frown quickly turned to a smile as she saw both Kaz and Abyss. Then the smile turned to surprise as she noticed there were more 'Abysses' than the last time they'd met.

"And here we thought we had the twin gimmick sewn up," Amp teased. "Hiya Kaz. Whoa! What happened to your hair? You look like an add for Hair Club for Men."

>Or bait for a barbershop quartet,< Vibe added with a grin. >And what's with the ears?< She walked over and stood on tiptoe to check out his now pointed ears. She made a face at him, then laughed silently.

Then the pair noticed another girl present. Their expressions became fairly bland as they gave an in-sync 'once-over' stare. As one they raised their eyebrows.

Nicki laughed as Pluto popped his collar. "Oh I like that. Very 1980's. Quite fly" Nicki laughed again, turning towards Kaz as he offered her a drink: she could never resist a nice cold Coke.

Nicki had just taken a sip when two bouncey balls of energy in twin bodies, exploded into the room. They fussed over Kaz for a moment and then turned their attention towards her. She pulled on her earlobe slightly as she noticed them both giving her the once over. She smiled, a bit forced, but still honest. "Um. Hi. I'm Nicki, Kaz's uh...girlfriend?" Nicki finished as if asking, not that she was unsure about the answer (they had settled that earlier) but more just nervous in talking to the girls.

Kaz heard footsteps near the hallway entrance to the Dining Hall and looked towards the door to see Amp and Vibe. Vibe bumped into her sister and Kaz smiled at the two. He handed Nicki her coke as he walked to stand next to her. He chuckled at Nicki's comment to Jupiter. "What happened to your hair? You look like an add for Hair Club for Men." Kaz laughed at Amp's comment and looked over at Nicki with a knowing smile. She was the only one in the room that knew about his new form. "You probably don't want to know." He answered with a small laugh. When Vibe came over and inspected his ears, he felt a bit odd, but he gave the girl a small smile.

Kaz draped an arm around Nicki's shoulders as the twins looked her over. As he did he formed thoughts, that Nicki could pick up on, about Vibe being mute and unable to talk and Amp being completely deaf. "Shoulda known you two were in on the destruction. Nicki," He motioned towards each of the twins in turn. "This is Amp, and Vibe.
