The walls that make up the perimeter of Isabel's room are painted a soft, light pastel blue, all meeting the white ceiling and the wood floor. Off to the left rests her bed, piled up with at least three or more pillows, the sheets and comforter all bunched up into a mess. She never really had gotten into the habit of making her bed every morning. Go figure. Pushed up against the far wall is a second bed. In contrast to Isabel's own the other bed is still neatly made, though that may be because Isabel doesn't have a roommate and therefore the bed has no occupant. Next to her bed stands a small bookshelf, more empty than full, but she'd managed to get her hands on a few of her favorite books, which now rest there.
Over to the right stands a bureau made of light colored wood coupled with a large square mirror mounted onto it. Scattered across the top are random bits of jewelery and a hairbrush as well as various little bottles of paint as well as paintbrushes that she'd picked up from a few inattentive painters out in Central Park. Those paints were currently being used to paint a boarder along the top of the walls in the room. That boarder is of an aquatic theme, so far containing various types of exotic fish, some currently only shapes and colors while others had more detail to them. Why fish? Well, They were fairly simple to paint and they're supposed to be good for relieving stress. Since Isabel can't afford the upkeep of a real aquarium, she figured this was the next best thing. Besides, she liked the way they looked.

I’m just a well-adjusted gal who likes to leave a serious amount of mayhem in her wake.
