The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Sitting in the Hell Beast, Kitra felt her watch vibrate.
Her eyes widened slightly. <How to do this, and figure this out fast. Ah there we go.>
"Hey Tristan, I'm sorry but I just realized that I have to see a client tonight. I know, odd timing but I have odd clients. If you would pull over here then I can get to my client on my own. Thank you and my apoligies for this evening."
She handed Tristan, Calley and Nika her number, "Please call me if you need anything." She felt her phone vibrate this time.
"Hello... Yes Sir I'm on my way now." The Car had stopped and Kitra stepped out and waved to the others in the Hell Beast. "Yes Sir my sincere apologies. Ok sorry about that Derrick. I had to fool them. Where are you....oh nevermind I see you."
The dark green SUV with Derrick in it, rounded the corner and she got in.
"Kitra, Mr. Antonescu has already informed me where to go."
"Thank you Derrick." Touching her watch she spoke, "Sir, my apologies. i'm on my way now."
OOC: Sorry guys. If you want to call me do so in my apartment thread and thanks.

Calley
Calley took the number, and waved bemusedly after Kitra. "Bye," he called. He sincerely hoped she lived at the Mansion--with his ties to the Kabal and the Sanctuary, the Mansion was the only mutant hotspot left that he hadn't truly fanned his whiskers at. One way to find out: he'd be calling that number. But for now...
He blinked, turned to Nika, and asked the question that had been weighing on his mind: "Can I touch your ears? Or would that lead to me witnessing my own maiming?"
The cat girl accepted Kitra's number and watched the girl get out of the car. "Take care."
Nika then looked to the boy who had asked about her ears. She was much more calm than her earlier encounter with the poor guy. "I'm really sorry about earlier." She leaned her head towards the guy. "Sure you can touch them if you want."
"Night Kitra." Tristan said accepting the cute girls number. He shoved it into his pocket. He set of again down the street. Tristan looked over to the girl with cat ears."So your a mutant huh. I guess your with the X-men or something."
"Yes I'm a mutant and from what I saw back there so are you." For a moment Nika thought about herself as an X-Men team member then she shook the idea from her head. "No I'm not an X-man. I'm just myself."
Tristan turnned onto another street. "Yeah i stayed at the mansion for a couple days and i guess i just couldn't fit in so i left." He turned to another street. "Thats why i live here." He pulled up to a large garage door across from a small park.

Calley
Calley made a little whoot noise, and went for the ears. They were just as soft as they looked. He started scratching them, 'cause he happened to know exactly how good that felt. He was still scratching them when he asked curiously, "X-Men? What's that?"
He noted this Geo guy's garage. He also noted its location, its owner's name, and its owner's power. One never knew when the little things one picked up would prove... useful.
Nika couldn't help but purr as the guy scratched her ears. She blushed a bit as she didn't mean to purr. It was those darn instincts again.
"From what I understand the X-Men help people when they can. They help mutants and humans because they want everyone to be friends." As she spoke she watched as they pulled into a large garage.
Tristan pulled into the garage and closed the door behind them. He looked over as the cat girl purred. He gave a little chuckle. "Well this is home." He switched off the car and climbed out flipping on the lights revealing a large garage filled with clutter and various car parts. He walked over to a small kitchen in the corner.
Getting out of the car Nika looked around as the guy proclaimed it to be his home. "You live in a garage?" she said as she picked up a spark plug and then set it back down. If this really was his home then she felt a bit sorry for him. "Did you get thrown out or something?"

Calley
Calley looked around approvingly. "Cool," he commented simply. And roomy. And messy. And full of things to pick up and nudge with your foot and generally get entranced with. Calley liked clutters. "Wish where I lived was half as interesting. Got any orange pop?" He asked, looking hopefully at that fridge.
Tristan ducked into the fridge and grabbed an orange color can and threw it into Calley's direction. "I thought all you New Englanders called it soda."

Calley
Calley raised the wonderful orange can in a toast. "Not if we're raised on midwest-produced commercials." He popped the tab, and took a gulp. He let his eyes roam the garage as he did. "So you got plans for this place? Looks like you're setting up to be a mechanic, or something." Or at least, there was enough car junk littered about that Calley was getting that impression. And the guy had mentioned his job bein' down here.
Tristan nodded and took a swig from his own can. "Yeah i'm a mechanic i'm thinking about calling it 'Geo's Auto' my friends used to call me that before i... well you know."
