The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Abyss set at a table in the war room a dark but satisfied storm cloud, he had hand picked a few individuals, whom he could trust to do this right and were free to do it, he would try to wait for a few but, he only had so much patience an really one would do. He ached to do this himself, but he had the information he requested from Lisa and he was simply to busy but he couldn’t suffer the man to live any longer.
Dr. Allan Clapp, He was smooth, smart, handsome and most importantly deserved to die a most horrific death. A manila envelope set on the table in front of him. With photos of him, his family, his car, his house, the office he worked from. And anything else one might need to track the man down. Next to that sat a G.P.S. filled with all the locations he frequented.
Today Dr.Clapp would meet the wrong side of karma. Abyss smiled a toothy wicked grin as the first individual entered.

The water cut off an Gore looked down, the floor was covered with clunks of dirt and Gore would only feel clean for so long. He made his way through his room, the being left just like he left it. Gore dropped all his weight on to his bed, the dead weight landed on the mattress as though he was laying on the softest cloud. He laid there closed his eyes and quickly got comfortable. No sooner did he fall asleep a knock came at his door. His head turned looking at the door hoping the sound would cease but he had no such luck. As he opened up the door a man stood on the other side. “You need to get to the War Room, ASAP” and turned around and left. Gore didn’t think anyone new he was back but thought it would be worth it just to check in and see what’s up. Gore pushed the door open and saw the room to be empty expect for Big red sitting at the far end of the table. Gore took a seat lounging back in the extra compfortable chair and smiled. “Ah so its been forever since I seen you big guy.” He reached in his pocket and pulled out a bag of Jolly Ranchers. “I couldn’t interest you in maybe cherry or watermelon jolly rancher well we wait could I?”
“It has been awhile, but your timing couldn’t be better. I’ve got somebody that is aching to be turned into a crime-scene and I’d like you to head it up.” Abyss held up a hand to catch the hard candy. “Either sounds good.” He caught the piece of candy and set it down next to the folder and GPS. He was all business at the moment. “ Few know about my early days, but I want you to go wreck havoc on a bit of it for me. When I first started to mutate, my parents took me to a shrink. For the voices in my head you know. Long story short. The shrink talked my lovely parents into abandoning me and leaving me to his guardian ship. He promptly sold me to a laboratory for testing.” He slid the folder over to Gore along with the gps.
“Dr. Alan Clapp is deceased as of today. I want you to make that statement true. And I want you to do so in a fashion that the media can’t put in the papers. I want you to do it in a way that the hardened crime scene investigators have to take vacation to settle their stomachs. Take who ever you like with you. All the information is there. I would gladly have done this my self, but I have things to ten to here and quite frankly, I want him dead yesterday.” He popped the candy in his mouth after unwrapping it. “ Tell him before he dies, that Avello’s voices say hello.”
Aura walked into Sanctuary from a long walk which had been meant to relax her, it had failed and she was still quite tense. Even as She walked i the door, a staff member approached her and told her to report to the war room. Aura's focussed changed from trying to relax to going to see what this was about. , pulling the hair tie out, her hair spread out behind her in a brown wave, as she made her way through the halls. Her emerald eyes paid close attention to where she was going, scanning the path. as she had never been called to the war room before though she had been shown where it was.
Aura opened the door and scanned the people within the room, a large red mutant as an African American, both people she had never seen before and she was unsure who was in charge. Still she had arrived early enough to hear Abyss's plan which answered most of her questions quite quickly. "Sounds like a fun job, is it boys only, or am i aloud to play as well?" She said moving into the room, she looked young but she was quite use to the battlefield. She would obey the orders given to her. "So if i understand this, we are ordered to be extreamly brutal?" She said more then a hint of delight in her eyes.

The envelope slid coming to a stop right in front of Gore. His eyes focused back on Abyss well he finished giving out this request that he was sure he would rather carry out himself. But Gore never felt bad about carrying out someone else’s dirty business. The door behind him swung open with what appeared to be a new resident that the sanctuary was housing. But this was nothing new. It was always people coming and going, hell Gore was proof of that. Gore’s hand grasped the papers that were enclosed in the envelope and quickly glanced through the file. He looked up at the girl who was now sitting at the desk with him and tossed her a picture. “This here is the target, the target…” He paused. He froze as he was excited from all the thoughts and images that started racing through his mind. He could look at the images and already see the look, the fear, the tears and blood that would shed from there unwilling limbs. Gore quickly cleared his throat trying to finish his sentence. “The Target doesn’t die until he watches everyone else die and listen to each one of his loved ones thank him for the fate he brought upon them.” Gore’s brown eyes looked up at the order member and wondered just how she was gonna fit in on this plan. But that little brat Isabel was just as sick and twisted as him if not more, just cause of that little innocent look that would fool anybody. And in time Gore would find out if there is someone else that shared his kind of fun. Gore coughed, and a cloud of dust appeared from his lips. His eyes closed once more picturing the scene of the events that would happen tonight. “So five souls, the doctor, his wife, son, his son’s wife, and granddaughter… All die tonight.” He whispered under his breath. His eyes opened and a tear of blood dripped from the corner of his eye. Slowly rolling over the surface of his skin the tear fell from his face only to hit the table as a small pinch of dirt. “If you have no input on this we take off as soon as you’re ready.” He said putting the ball in this new girl’s court to find out just how eager she was about ending an unwilling person’s life.
Isabel's curiosity had been peaked at the summons she received to the War Room. It had been ages since she last remembered that particular room being used for any kind of group meeting, and longer still since she'd so much as set foot inside it. While the meetings in the War Room were certain to lead to the missions that would be explained within its confines, it still included a meeting. She didn't much care for meetings. Talk was boring and wasted time. She didn't so much mind getting the bare essentials laid out for her, though the excessive planning that those involved usually started up did little to catch her attention for very long. She was much more fond of the action that was to follow. Though, much to her delight, a handful of the Order's more recent escapades had involved very little talk before those involved were pushed into conflict. She didn't mind the rush in the least. Creating carnage was something she was good at, and she always strove to do her best in the areas she succeeded in.
Upon entering the War Room, she found that she wasn't the only one that had been called. Abyss, who had seated himself at the head of the table, seemed to be the one in charge of the operation. She was only mildly surprised with this. While she by no means underestimated the Big Guy's mental capabilities, he just seemed more to be one for creating havoc, rather than organizing a strike. That wasn't to say she wasn't pleased to see that he was the brains of the operation. Isabel loved when Abyss, as well as a few other senior Orderlings, put their brains to use and handed out all kinds of interesting missions. With the Big Guy at the helm, she was also sure that there would be plenty of opportunities for her to have a little fun. The other two in the room she easily identified as Aura, one of the newest additions to their group, and Gore, an older member that had gone missing for a short while.
"Dusty, it's been forever," she commented, using her nickname for the blood manipulator, rather than the alias he went by. "Nice to see that you've decided to drop by for a visit," she continued with a small grin, moving past him and the girl, ignoring the various chairs and seating herself on the edge of the War Room's rather large table, giving a nod of acknowledgment to Aura as she did so. "Hiya Abyss," she spoke again, turning to smile at the Big Guy from where she sat herself before looking curiously over at any pictures and other bits of paper that had been set out on the table. "Sorry I'm a little late. Mind filling me in real quick so I know what's going on?"
I’m just a well-adjusted gal who likes to leave a serious amount of mayhem in her wake.
Abyss smiled at the pair of the two new entrants and Gore, This Trio wouldn’t disappoint him, and it would be good for Aura to get out and about with a couple of veterans. As for Gore and Isabel they could always use the fun.
“Extreme brutality would be a yes., a hundred times yes.” He paused then reviewed for both of the females. “Isabel, Aura as Gore has just stated, The Dr. Is the main mark, but I don’t mind in the least him suffering as much as possible before he goes. Get to the Dr. make him suffer and end his life. Fairly simple.”
He looked to Gore, “You have the right idea and I am sure the three of you will be more than enough to make this happen, if you care to refine your plan on the way, which is fine, if you want to play it by ear that is just as well. The sooner You start, the better.” With that he stood. “ and on that note I have to go attend to the business that is keeping me from tidying up this problem my self.”
He then looked to Isabel. “ does that bring you up to speed?” He had always heard Isabel yawning during planning sessions, he would find it hard to find that she was holding up the process of getting on with it.
Abyss had some research to do on the New York government. He had a couple of interns stashed away in important places bringing him information. Tonight would be the first step on getting a better hold on the city. A meeting that unfortunately couldn’t be rescheduled.

Gore looked around the table after Abyss recognized Isabel’s boredom. And truthfully Gore would have to agree with her on this one. With what this mission was sitting around in the war room was gonna get them know where. With a small shove Gore pushed himself away from the table and rose out of the extra comfortable chair. “I’m pretty sure we can pull this off on the fly, and don’t need to plan anything. So when ya’ll ready just give me a holla.” He said as he turned around and walked out the big double doors exiting the War Room. Gore walked down the hall towards his room. Going out on this mission in his PJ’s probably wasn’t the best option. As he made it to his room, he started searching through all his clothes. After only a few minutes of looking he found himself dressed in all black. Black T, hoodie, pants and timberlands. Now all he had to do was wait. He didn’t think they would take to long so he would get to comfortable but laying down wouldn’t hurt a thing he thought. As he laid down all he could do is think was the things he wanted to do to this family, how he could make them suffer, and who would be slaughtered first. The excitement was rushing through his veins he could feel their lives already at the tip of his fingers… Gore jumped out of bed ready to go. He couldn’t wait in his room anymore. With a quick jolt he was out his room and looking for the girls so he could get things started.
Aura watched Isabel walk into the room and smiled, she was hoping the girl would show up, ever since they first met, Aura had wondered what her powers were, as well as Gores now. "So looks like a fun Mission" She said with a blink. She listened to the Recap of what they were to do, and was glad when Abyss grew so excited about the brutality needed for this mission. That was good she liked jobs whare she could get creative. "A bunch of Humans should be easy enough to play with without much of a plan. Even if they had a few guns it would prolbely not be very hard to get through, certanly not with the group she was currently with. She figured Isabel was powerful and Gore looked like he might be to. She walked out of the war room at the end of the meeting, tieing her hair behind her. She was ready and so awaited the other two, in the hallway she saw Gore emerge from his room. Already she was bringing her aura into view haveing the slight glow run from finger to finger, it was somthing she did when she was excited. "This should be fun" She said to gore with a smile.
Isabel waited as patiently as she could, though fortunately waiting and listening was much easier when Abyss was so blunt with his intentions. She could put up with phrases like 'extreme brutality' and 'suffering as much as possible'. The Big Guy always had been perfectly clear when he wanted something done. There was rarely any bother with flowery words or delicate hints at what was expected. Short, sweet, and to the point was so much less time consuming. The emphasis on blood and guts didn't hurt, either. Her smile easily grew into a grin as the Big Guy turned his attention to her and quickly caught her up on what was going on. "Clear as crystal, Abyss," she confirmed, having to tilt her head back slightly to keep him properly in her line of vision as he stood.
As the room quickly emptied, Isabel followed suit, though she didn't bother going to her room to gather anything, since there was nothing she needed for this mission except her mutation. She wasn't quite sure about the other two as she'd never seen them fight, nor had she seen their mutations in action. She didn't bother to rush right out because of this. She would allow the others to gather what they wanted, if anything needed to be gathered, and she'd find them soon enough.
Sauntering down the hall in no huge rush, despite her building excitement for the mission, she found her two teammates quicker than she thought she would. It looked as if they'd be traveling light as well. Without bothering to stop, she passed the both of them, headed out toward the Sanctuary's Garage. They would need to borrow one of the vehicles in order to get to the man and any other place they might stop on the way in order to prolong his suffering, as per Abyss' orders. "You two coming?" she called back, not bothering to look over her shoulder and find them. "I don't need you two straggling along behind and getting in the way."
I’m just a well-adjusted gal who likes to leave a serious amount of mayhem in her wake.
