Character's real name: Kilala Rose Mitsumoto Codename: Setsuna (It means “moment” in Japanese)
Gender: Female Age: 24 Nationality: Japanese Birthplace: Tokyo, Japan Personality: Sarcastic and guarded. Kilala doesn’t trust people easily and is very secretive. She has a very vengeful appetite against those that do harm to others who are helpless. Notes (hobbies, phobias, worries, ect.): Kilala fears losing herself in how angry she becomes. When fighting an enemy, she blacks out and the assassin comes out in her.
Side (good, bad, or neutral): Neutral
Everyday clothing: Usually black. She wears bodices and fitted, button down blouses with slacks or fitted jeans. Kilala will usually wear her black, high-heeled leather boots with everything she wears. Uniform (when you become an X-Man, your uniform will receive an X-Men logo): Though she is not an X-Man, Kilala wears a tight, leather bodice, with gloves, leather pants and boots. This is for when she goes out on “missions”. Pajamas: Underwear
Hair color and style: Long and black, though she changes the length and color a lot. By color, she usually adds a new color for highlights every month or so. As of late, she’s kept it pure black. Eye color: Brown Height: 5’8” Build: Slender, but curvy

Description of ability(ies): Kilala has the power to slow time with a force field she can create with her hands. The force field has an almost transparent appearance, but it’s somewhat frosted. Anything in the force field will be slowed. With enough power, she can freeze time in the force field for a few moments.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): Kilala cannot freeze time for more than a few seconds and when she does freeze time completely, it drains her entirely. She usually passes out. A telepath once told her that when Kilala does freeze time, her life force is also drained, which means time from her total life depletes. He never told her by how much.
Fighting style (if any): Ninjitsu and Jujitsu
History of your character: Kilala grew up in Japan for the beginning of her life-the first 15 years. During that time, she was trained to be a ninja as using children was a new form of warfare for special missions. Her father worked for the Shadow-nin, the force training the children, and was the reason for his daughter being part of the program. In a mission to steal papers at an unknown facility, Kilala learned about her mutation at the age of 14. The children were never told why they were going on the missions. The only thing they needed to know were the orders given to them. She and her partner, another young girl, entered a government facility and were cornered. They successfully entered the building without detection, but once they were able to take the papers, an alarm was sounded. They tried to make their way out of the building, but were cornered at the top floor of the building. The security guards held guns to the children and yelled at them for information. The two did not answer, as trained, and prepared for the worse. Kilala’s partner reached for her sword and without hesitation, a guard shot her dead. They aimed their guns at Kilala next as she stared down at her dead friend with tears in her eyes. The screaming of the guards began to muffle as her body filled with rage. An order on the radio informed the guards to shoot Kilala as well and retrieve the papers they had stolen. The guards demanded the papers again, but Kilala refused and only stared at them in rage. She ripped her mask off, revealing her young face. At this movement, the first guard shot Kilala in the shoulder. Kilala fell against the wall and gripped her wound. They could not shoot her knowing she was so young. As they lowered her gun, another man walked in the room with two bodyguards. She recognized him as a state official. The man ordered one of the guards to “dispose” of Kilala. He forcefully gripped Kilala by the collar of her robe and slammed her through an open window. As one of the security guards protested, the second bodyguard shot and killed him. That was the end of the rebuttals on her life. Kilala struggled as he held her high in the cold, rainy air, but he laughed heartily before dropping her to her death. As Kilala fell, the emotional trauma filled her body. Just as she was about to hit the ground, she slowed to a stop some 3 feet from the end. Kilala hung in the air for a few moments before falling to the pavement. After running home and telling her parents, her father threw her out the house, though her mother protested. Kilala lived in the streets for a few months until moving to New York. Because of her training, she was able to find a place to stay in a dojo where her new master took her in. He taught Kilala more techniques, but as the years continued, she became angrier at her father for what he had done. A few years ago she flew to Japan to reunite with her mother. They spent the day together and caught up on the missing years. When she arrived with her mother at the house, her father became enraged to see her there. He did not accept her as a daughter, mutant, and a failed ninja for the mission she could not complete for him and the Shadow-nin. Kilala voiced her opinion on how using children was immoral and a thievery of a child’s life, but he slapped her and ordered her to return to America. She said her goodbyes to her mother and went back to the States. Kilala now stays at the dojo, but has had some encounters with many who prey on those weaker than themselves. She’s become much like a vigilante and her sensei does not approve. He continues to help her focus and has given her the name Setsuna which means “moment” because of her mutation; saying her powers keep “moments of time” longer for remembrance. Kilala embraces her mutation but fears anger will consume her.
