I've never RPed in a forum setting before so I'm looking for tips, suggestions, on how to get started. Or if anyone wants to start an RP up! My goal #1 is that I want Celeste to get enrolled in the school so she can finish up her schooling.
I was reading on the Idealists Guide to the X-Men that to join the school as a student, you just arrive at the mansion grounds or call ahead. I'm presuming this just means making a post in the Mansions ground on the forum? I feel like I'm ~overthinking~ some things, haha. >.< Sorry being such a newb.

And in terms of tips, the biggest one I can give you is popping into the cbox! It's the best way to get integrated into the site and get some plots rolling.
I'm happy to thread with ya as well. I've been a bit slow the past couple weeks but I will gradually be around more and more again. As I noted on your profile thread, Devon's a known mutant psychologist. He helps run a charitable organization, volunteers at a homeless shelter that accepts mutants, and has had some mention in news and online media. We could of course randomly run into each other in the city, NYU, central park, etc.
And if you become interested in Haven, well that's a whole other conversation but let's get you interacting with the people first. Everyone's awesome and sure to help get you into threads!
Let me brainstorm some ideas (which Booker might be a good bet since Celeste tends to spend a lot of time in libraries, right now at least haha) and I'll PM you once I think of a potentially good one.
