Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

Guys and gals, it's that time again, where I am putting out the plea for more threads. I am very close to a Jack power-growth and am thus most in need of Jack threads (I'm desperate enough yup consider soloing which I scarcely ever do). However, I would not turn my nose up at a Chase thread or two, either. (Gina, however, continues to be popular and needs no threads, so unless you have an enticing plot, I'll probably pass I threads for her.

Chase is a twelve year old human-shifter who resides at the mansion. He is your quintessential moody tween. His shapeshifting ability is accompanied by a psychometric ability (he can glean memories from personal affects). I'm game for all sorts of shenanigans, on or off campus. (Or perhaps you want a thread with Delta 7, the brainwashed SUPER soldier? Wanna get hunted? Wanna capture him??)

Jack is the manager are Inferno (Havens nightclub) and campus security at Xavier's. This no-nonsense Nantes shrimper is available for just about all of your shenanigan needs. Making trouble at Xavier's? Going out for a drink at Inferno? Let Jack be there to assist. (Blue, alternatively, is a feral, nonverbal rendition of jack whose main drive is her predatory or survivalist drive.)
