The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Alright, it is official, this is now a monthly CONTEST. All wishing to compete must create a photo creation, approximately 7 inches wide and 4 or 5 inches tall. I just don't want anything that has only ONE photo to it claimed as your own (NO STEALING OTHER SITES' WORK!).
Each month, there will be a new theme. Post your creation and around half way through the month, I will put up a poll and we will vote on what our favorite creation is and the winner gains attribute points. Now, don't be scared if me, Fiona, or Oppressor posts ours', this is a FAIR competition. I myself will not put my name in the poll to be voted for unless not enough people enter the competition. This is fair, if you put your's in, you have just as good of a chance as any of the photoshop-owners do, just play the game and if you win, hip hip horay, and if you loose, at least you will have gotten some practice, good luck.
Post your creations here for July. This month, our theme is: WOLVERINE. Whether you choose the cartoon Wolverine, the Hugh Jackman version or a mixture, it does not matter, so long as it is on the lines of our dearest Logan. Good luck to all of the competitors, I hope you all have fun.[/b]

Now, this is an idea that I saw on another website (but they were all far advanced and I could never make the same stuff that they did) but what about challenges?
I was thinking, let's say, two characters (made up on the spot) Grazelle and Papercut (not very good on-the-spoters, but bear with me) are on the website. Grazelle has an advanced paintshop program while Papercut has paint. Challenge another member. Let's say Papercut wants to challenge Grazelle. First, she will state what their theme is (science fiction, horror, highschool drama) and they both have to make a picture relating to that theme. Post the photo and then other members can vote or give feedback.
Now here is the fun thing: Limitations. The challenger can state a limitation that both (or more, considering how many are competing) MUST FOLLOW!!! For example, if the challenger says that only simple Paint can be used instead of any advanced programs, then both must use paint. If they state that no photos can be used and only paintbrushes and/or text can be used, then the competitors must abide.
Voting will work like so: You have one week (possibly longer if this is edited) to post up who's you think is the better of the competitors. The winner, I am not sure at this exact moment, so I might just ask our lovely Ms. Tricity if attribute points may be able to come with the first prize winners.
One last thing, if you are not challenged, feel free to either A) request in so maybe you can win or B) just throw in your name to gain feedback, but know that you cannot win without permission from the competitors. It wouldn't be fair if myself, Opressor, Fiona, or anyone else that has quite some experience jumps in at the last second and steals all of the votes. The competitors have the right to deny your request, in which case, again, feel free to put in your own, but you can't win, not even if others vote for you.
I, myself (Fade...at the moment), will not challenge anyone unless another challenges me, I do not want this to get into an "I'm better than you because I got 2 more votes than you" thing. Let's play fair, play nice, and please do not ruin the game with nasty comments.

MK. So I had some difficulty with the hair. That was a hard one, fun never-the-less, but hard. I tried my best on the hair, but unfortunately, this is what I came out with (I am a perfectioniste with this stuff):
And when I took away the non-glowing hair and non-glowing clothes, this is what I got:
But I don't know which one you would prefer. I am working on the avatar right now and I did not know if you wanted the name to be Sunshine...so tell me if you didn't or if you want any other changes.
