The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Koga walked up the stairs and crossed into the female side of the hall, he had grabbed lunch for a friend, that he simply didn’t get to talk to enough it seemed like a year since they had talked last, but no that would be when they first met in the Park, It was amazing to sit around with someone who understood the greatness that was laying out on a hot rock in the sun, the intricate details of being cold blooded in New York.
He had every kind of fresh Fruit he could think of, he already prepared it in the kitchen for consumption, He also had red velvet cheese cake and Apple pie all of this was put in bowls on a large tray, he forgot something to drink, but between all the juicy fruit they had, they weren’t likely to be parched. He made way to her room and placed his fingertips on the bottom of the tray, if he could climb walls he could certainly handle the tray one handed for a moment or two. A quick rap on the door and he called out. “Dolly! Itss Koga, I brought lunch, Are you home?’
He wore jeans and a tee shirt proclaiming Q! he never did learn what the shirt was about but he certainly loved it. just odd enough without being obnoxious.
Dahlia was lounging in her room. Oh it had been over a year since she'd left home. She was fourteen now and unlike the earlier days of her mutanthood she was living in the Mansion instead of the Sanctuary. The reasons didn't matter anymore. She'd moved and was happier here. It had taken several months but they'd even managed to half convince her that she wasn't a freak or monster. She was still dubious about that one, and wasn't that a fun word she'd learned when Dahlia had started attending school again, but she'd see how it went. For now she was just happy to have a good place to live and go to school. They'd probably insist she meet her parents again eventually but they hadn't yet and that was the important part.
While she was lounging on her bed and thinking a knock came at the door followed by a voice she knew pretty well. Koga was here! With food no less. It took a concentrated effort for her not to turn bright red instantly. He was so nice! Hopping off of her bed she went and opened the door.
"Hi Koga!"
He had a whole tray full of her favorite foods with him. It made her proud that she'd gotten so much better at controlling her colors. Otherwise she'd be far too red to do much other than stutter right now.
"Come on in."
Dahlia stood back and held the door open so Koga could come into the room. It was a little messy but unlike other rooms the mess didn't contain clothes. Just papers and disorganized stuff. No, no matter how they'd tried the people here hadn't been able to get the lizard girl into clothes. They were just too awkward for her.
“Dolly!” He hadn’t ever really taken the girls lack of clothes into account, that’s how she looked when they met, that’s how she moved around the school, if he could have gotten away with it, he would have. She seemed to ‘lose’ anything that was given to her to wear. But again, not his concern, his concern was that she was settling in well, making friends, enjoying at least some of the classes.
“Thanks.” He replied as he moved with ease into the room, he set the tray onto one of the desks that was in just about every room in the school.
He wasn’t too worried about situations that might have looked compromising to any outsiders looking in due to the simple fact that everyone at the school knew he was crazy for Gina, they had gotten grandly this last year and while she wasn’t exactly an adult just yet he was loyal to her, possibly to a fault. So he hadn’t the slightest worry about being in a room with a teenage girl alone, the door was likely to remain open, and even if it didn’t he knew himself, there was no way he would let a situation even get remotely to out of hand. He knew the girl was fond of him but she had a good head on her shoulders too.
He plopped a juicy piece of watermelon in his mouth. "Howss it going?"
