The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Deja quickly noticed the guy and smiled. She quickly noticed him moving back. She then closed her eyes and only heard her thoughts. Then all of a sudden, two guns were in the palm of her hand, literally. She then did a roll to the side of this guy protecting her and shot the two bots. "Are you okay?'' Deja then smiled, and looked at Calley, as Deja began kicking bots to the ground. "Yeah, if you would do something about the bots, I would love that!" Deja then continued kicking and punching bots, staying side to side with this immovable object.

Michael was glad the girl was up, but things weren’t looking so great. While she took down a few bots he kept the rest of them off her. Although he didn’t have time to focus and become immovable, he was still invincible, so could put himself in the way of blows without fear.
“No need to worry about me,” he told his new partner, “I’m invincible remember. You just make sure the ones you knock down stay down, I’ll keep the rest busy.” Teamwork, this was what they wanted, and to be honest the only way he could help, as on his own he couldn’t do much damage.

Ted struggled with the lock, knowing full well that Fade could decide him too injured to continue, and haul his furry butt outta there. That was something that he was not about to let happen. He heaved at the lock all the more, and noticed it start to bend. Yes! Just a little more... He gave an almighty heave, and it bent some more. Damnit!

Calley
A girl with guns, a furry guy on the floor, and an invincible guy at his side. Cool. "I'm Calley, by the way. Just sayin'. 'Cause I won't be able to talk for awhile." He took a gamble--five bucks said that there was a spare set of clothes, somewhere in the Mansion, that he could borrow once this was all done. And these weren't the super-expensive-incinerating clothes Hunter had given him. He'd left those in the jeep. Frankly, he didn't want to find out if Doc Jimmy had put any other surprises in them, especially given his current... less than stellar standing with the Boss Man. These clothes were a set that he'd borrowed from a certain bartender, awhile back.
So he shifted, and gleefully left them in tatters on the floor. A large Bengal tiger stood where Calley had, wearing a black spiked collar with a tag that read 'Morg'. Kinda cool. With a flick of his tail, he pounced on one of the robots, and began mauling it with glee. He was purring. Loudly. It sounded a little like there was a happy thundercloud in the room.
Nail, despite his initial vigor to get in on this training, found himself regretting it a little bit. Just as the program got started, they were transported to a empty street in the middle of New York, with clockwork muggers looking to give them a beat down. At first, he didn’t know how to react. He watched as Ted fearlessly waded and attacked the bots, seemingly totally unafraid of injury. Nail didn’t have time to play spectator though. He barely had enough time to block a bot with a crowbar with his forearm. It seemed to stagger back after hitting the hard diamond, and Nail took his chance and stabbed it where a person’s gut would usually be.
He realized this was much better than actually fighting. It was almost fun actually. It wasn’t like fighting another person, where you might injure them. In here, he could use his abilities to his full extent without hurting them. In fact, he could have a little fun and test himself.
A group of three bots where menacingly closing in on Nail, but he was only regarding them as targets. Pointing his blades at the two side bots, he concentrated, and extended the tips of the blades to pierce through the bots at great force. The middle bot seemed to stop, and look left and right to try and figure out what had just happened to his friends. Nail wondered if he could do what he had done at KP. He focused on the tips of his blade that where no within the two bots and faint reddish glow emanated from the puncture holes.
With an explosion of energy and bot shrapnel, the three bots where demolished. Luckily, nails body had reacted on its own, and produced a thin layer of diamond on his front which luckily deflected most of the shrapnel. His blades retracted to their previous sides, and the diamond layer sunk back into his skin. Nail stood still, his mouth agape at what he had just accomplished.
Nail realized very quickly however that others needed help. He watched at the crazy man was now in the middle of a group of robots, and seemed to be going through a transformation. The bots were looming over him, seemingly reluctant to beat on a helpless lump.
Nail saw his opportunity and run over to the group, slashing a few bots out of his way as he went. He placed his palm on the ground when he believed he had gotten close enough, and concentrated once more. His diamond exoskeleton molded with the cement, and seemed to slither and solidify quickly as it made its way toward the group of bots. When it reached the center of the pit, Nail willed it to form a thin pole in the center of the crowd, before becoming a mushroom shape to protect the helpless Ted. The sparkling crystalline mushroom now took on a more deadly aspect. Tens of Spikes shot out from its top, stabbing nearly all the bots and dropping them.
The mushroom and all the diamond used withdrew and receded back to Nail, which had recovered to his previous status.

Naomi so far didn't seem to be doing much. She had been sitting in the middle of the room looking partially amused, and partially like she didn’t know where to start. Before she seemed to have made up her mind however, a group of bots came upon here.
Before they could attack her however, she had flicked a finger at their weapons, and each bat and crowbar fell to the ground with a loud thud, without even bouncing.
“Those are obviously far too heavy toys for you boys to be playing with.”
Focusing on one, the bot seemed to become weightless and hover in mid air. Naomi gave it a quick kick, sending flying above its friends. She waved a had at it in mid air, and the bot seemed to plummet like a truck from mid air onto its friends, crushing all of them.
She picked up one of the baseball bats and tossed it lightly into the air. It seemed to float like a feather on the wind for a moment, before crushing down one two bots who where closing in on Deja.
“Hehehe. These things are pretty fun to… how do you say... Mess with?”
Naomi kept up her little routine. Disarming bots who threatened to hurt Deja or any other members, and using the one that attack her to crush others. She almost seemed to have it down to a little game.
“Anyone need some assistance? I would be more than happy to help.”

((OOC Sheesh you guys move fast. Ok here we go))
Nika followed the others into the famous Danger Room. She had a flashback of her previous experience. It was actually quite fun but she only had Iris to rely on for help. Now there was a whole group of mutants. Maybe things would turn out differently this time.
Before they got started they heard Tricity's voice come over the speakers. It was a surprise for sure, but it also gave the young cat girl a confidence boost. They were being watched by the headmistress herself as well as Fade, Deathstar and Neena.
The scenery in the room changed and a group of robots appeared. They were already making their way towards the mutants as if they had vinegar put in their oil or whatever they used. Nika watched Ted assault the robots with no fear at all. Deja and Michael seemed to have made a good team as Michael protected Deja and the girl was spraying the robots with...bullets? How in the world is she doing that?
Nika's was drawn from the the bullet firing girl as she cought a glint of light out of the corner of her eye. Turning to face where the light came from her eyes were met by a robot as it was getting ready to strike at her. The bot swung it's arm and the cat girl attempted to catch it to keep it from hitting her. Well, she did catch it and it stopped from hitting her but wow did it hurt her hands.
While holding the robots arm Nika gave the thing a thrust kick which sent it back and falling to it's face. Quickly she leapt up and landed on the robots back. Another quick move and she grabbed the robots head and twisted it until it came off in a shower of sparks.
Ok, so this won't be as easy as anrgry farmers she thought to herself while looking around at the others.
Deathstar layed low as she watched with suttle amusement as the new ones faught off the robots, even though it was a level 1, Deathstar feared waht might happen as the levels progress. "Enough lougin around people, lets take them out!" she says sarcasticly as she clamped her fist together and dashed toward two weapon wielding robots. As she ran she leaped into mid air landing a kick of one the robots sending him flying back a few feet, as she landed on her feet she quickly picks up his bat, swinging it with full force to the other robot head, "thats how you do it" she says jokingly to the damaged robot silently patting herself on the back.
She looks around once again trying to weed out any student with weaknesses, Ted seem to catch her eye, she gazes at him with concern on her face, What the hell is going on with him, whats happeninig? she says in her mind. "Sentinel!, is he alright?" she asks while she steady stares at him not being aware of his tranformation. While yeling out to Sentinel, another robot strikes Deathstar's back , she counterstrikes while sending a crushing elbow blow to the head, sparks of electricity surrounds its head as the robot collapses down.
Quinn placed his coffee down and leaned in as he watched the many students in the danger room, one of the girls started shooting, catching Quinn's attention, something distracted her though and she lost it, falling to the ground. Quinn made a quick mental note of the incident, watching as someone went to help her. The girl was fine and regained herself as Quinn's gaze fell on another mutant.
This time his focus was on the mutant on the ground, he seemed eager in the beginning, but after a quick hit he was on the ground, not moving. "The kid said he would transform, and bring out "the big guns", but if the transormation starts with a simple hit, and he is vulnerable afterwards, he could be taken out with ease. A deadly weakness." Quinn thought to himself. The others had some interesting gifts, one could seamingly move objects with her mind, one could control and creat diamond, one could even transform into a tiger. Quinn decided to sit back and silently wait for something to happen, so far this little training excercise was paying off.

Nicki looked around as everyone started moving together. She was slow to move, unsure of her physical abilties. Her powers didn't do much in this kind of situation, how could she really help anyone? Sure, she could fight a little but she couldn't exactly make bullets like the girl in the corner.
Nicki was pulled out of her thoughts when she saw a MuggerBot going for Nika. Instinctually, Nicki performed a roundhouse kick, knocking the robot down. Nicki smiled to her roomie and immediately felt more at home in the fray. She decided to moove and started attacking bots, keeping close to Nika so they could watch each other's backs.

(OOC: Sorry, I got a bit overwhelmed and lost, so if I have timing or details mixed up or wrong, please let me know. Thanks.
The first thing Neena noticed when she reached the melee was Deja and Shield teaming up, and working very well together. She was pleased to see Deja in action and confident. She may have been young, but she was making a good start.
The next thing she noticed was Ted, down for the count it appeared. She knew he wasn’t, but she was curious to see how long it took him to wake up. She observed the others to see if anyone would come to his aid in the meantime.
A low rumbling noise reached her ears, and she glanced around to find its source. Her first look was upward, wondering if Tricity and Fade had added inclement weather to the scenario. No, no rain or thunder. Then she saw the tiger.
<“Now where’d HE come from?”> she thought curiously, and moved in for a closer look. The oversized cat seemed to be having a field day mauling at the robots, so much so that he was purring. Neena squished a sudden urge to hop aboard the feline’s back and snuggle into its fur. Instead she grinned, and moved on.
A loud explosion caught her attention next. She turned in time to spot Sentinal, partially covered in his armor, and an exploded bot. He then turned toward Ted. She hurried over as well to watch his spike attack, dodging Naomi as she did. She was still pleasantly amazed that such a small woman was capable of lifting, and dropping, such heavy items with ease. Nika also seemed to have quite a bit of strength in her small frame as well.
Nicki moved to the cat-girl’s side, and quickly took up the battle as well. They appeared to have the teamwork thing down perfectly.
"Enough loungin’ around people, lets take them out!" Neena grinned. <“That’s it Deathstar. Get ‘em fired up. Let’s see what they’re really capable of...”> she thought to herself, scribbling quickly on her board.
So far no conflicts, except with the bots. That was a good thing, for sure. She moved further into the battle to continue observing, dodging robot parts as she went.

Calley
((ooc: Assuming that the cloaker only hides your appearance, not your smell, Teacher Neena. Do tell me if I should modify this. )
Calley was happily pinning another robot under his weight--it was fun being a big cat--when he caught a smell going past. A smell without an owner. He looked around briefly. It had gone... that way. Invisibility mutation? Just for kicks, he picked his next target to be right next to the ownerless smell's current location. One of the bots attacking a young woman with glasses... and Nika? Yay, Nika! He hadn't noticed her smell in the room. Stupid human nose. And yay, tiger nose. He bounded over to join the two young ladies in their gallantly epic battle against the robots. On his way, he made sure to twine--with a rumbling purr--around the ownerless smell's location. Though he wasn't sure if he actually hit it--it seemed to be moving past, towards another student. But it was the thought that counts, right? He pounced another 'bot, and started mauling.
Deja kept fighting by the immovable objects side, preety well. She performed a nice hook to one of the bots and a roundhouse kick top another. Thats when she noticed someone down. Deja looked at the immovable object and Deathstar. She then yelled. "Deathstar, cover this guy beside me!" Deja then handspringed her way to the guy on the floor, with wolf like appearance. She then put her concentration on ted. "Comeon, lets get up." Deja then grabbed him, trying to push him up, but to no avail. She then layed their and concentrated. "she began thinking about a gorilla. All of a sudden, she was able to lift Ted up, and speak to him. "Comeon, get back in the game. Dont giveup! You must try." Deja then pulled, him back in the room. When she was attacked, by two bots. She quickly, got her military guns back. "Time for action!" Deja then shot the two bots, noticing two bots behind Featherweight. She quickly , got her guns, and nailed, the guys effortlessly. Deja then ran back to the immovable object.
Tristan was in utter shock when he entered the Danger Room and all this was going on around him. He recognized Ted, Deja, Micheal, and Nika he had met them before. He couldn't figure out how an entire neighborhood had gotten into the mansion. He saw that they we're all going after these robots. He looked around and saw two walking towards Deja and Micheal. He changed his fist to there rock form and grabbed each by the neck and smashed there heads together. He did this until there heads we're dangling by wires. "Deja, I'm guessing this is the test."

Ali watched as the other students started attacking the robots. She figured she'd let them get their shots in first and if they got in trouble she would step in. That's not to say she didn't melt a couple robots heads or weld a couple of them together but she was only using a fraction of her power. She surveyed the area and noticed everyone was teaming up in some wa or another. Ali decided to take up a centralized position so she could assist any in need.
