That sounded logical. It was fine to be seen once people stopped looking for you. Part of him chimed in and reminded him that that was all fine and dandy but only if you were careful about it. Andrew shoved the thought away. He was a little tired of negative thinking for now. His comment had worked and she was grinning again. Verdy even went so far as to say that the same held true for him. Now that he wasn't sure of but he'd humor her and smile anyway.
They had been out for a while now and had gotten what they'd come for and a little bit more. Now was a good time to start heading back to the mansion.
"Want to head back to the mansion? I think we've got everything we need."
Not that he wanted to be rid of her. It was simply that they'd have to head back sooner or later. Andrew grabbed their shopping bags and stood up. They'd be able to chat more on the way back.

Standing up and stretching herself, wriggling the tingles from her toes she nodded at the young man. They had been out of the Mansion grounds for some time, her unknown quest fulfilled and completed. She had walked enough to get the nervous twitches which came from inactivity out of her system, and in the process made a new friend.
A friend who had kissed her and she kissed back.
Pushing the thought down, attributing it to the pirate persona (after all, he was an aspiring actor, when a role was a role it didn’t have to fit in with the rest of his personality) she smiled.
“Sounds good to me, it’s nice weather for walking.”
Picking up her cup she adjusted her side-bag strap on her shoulder and nodded thanks as he picked up her shopping-bag. She wouldn’t have minded carrying it herself, but his chivalry was appreciated anyway. Tossing the cup to rest on top of his in the trashcan she stepped into line next to him and smiled. Time to go.
