Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

Well, Detective Cervantes was a good kisser, that had been decided and left no doubt. Gemma smiled into the kiss. She would have hated to meet a guy, get chewed on by his dog, get soaked with dirty water, date him, get attacked while with him, fought alongside him against bad guys, and shot someone in the process, just to find out the next morning that he was a terrible kisser.
Nope, that was obviously not the case.

"I say, pancakes sound fun" she smiled as she got out of bed, tugging her clothes into place as she followed him to the kitchen.
And so began a new day for Detective Cervantes and Miss Taylor. It was a busy one; started with kissing and pancakes, and then a trip to the Mansion, a talk with DocProf, and a trip to the police station, that took up most of the day left. It was definitely not one most people would call a good day.
