The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Tristan pulled the hell beast out in front of the x-mansion. He climbed out and leaned against the car door waiting for Deja to come out for there date. Tristan pulled the cigerette from his mouth and threw it to the ground stomping on it and grinding it into the dirt. He knew she didn't like them.
Getting ready, Deja brushed her hair in the bathroon. She decided to curl it up, and put some kiwi strawberry lipgloss. Deja then smiled, happily about her date. She was wearing, a black Halter top, and a pink mini skirt. She hoped he liked it. She then made her way down stairs, and took a deep breath. As she exited the house, she noticed Geo, and smiled, almost blushing. She could'nt believed he asked her out! She accepted of course, he was real cute. Deja, then spoke. 'You look nice! So where you taking me tonight, hope I didnt overdress."
Tristan watched in awe as Deja walked down to him. "Wow you look beautiful." then she said he looked nice. He didn't get it he was wearing his black baggy pants with chais and his regular black tanktop, it was to hot so his jacket was in the back. but took the complement none the less. "No not at all Deja your perfect, i...ugh mean your dressed perfect." Tristan blushed as he walked over to the passenger side door and opened it. "How does a picnic sound to you, i hear they finally repaired Central Park."
Deja then smiled. "Cool, I've never really been to central park, actually it's my first time!" Deja then smiled, and entered the passenger's seat. "By the way, your car rocks! Let's put on some music, and get this date started!" Deja was acting more relaxed, and lively tonight. Maybe it was Geo, who is starting to rub off, on her. And it wasnt bad either. Deja then smiled, at him, as she put on her seatbelt.
Tristan grinned, "I've been there once or twice." Tristan closed the door behind her then jumped into the drivers seat. "Thanks, i bought it off my uncle had to practically pry it from his hands." He turned the key and the engine roared to life. The radio came on <New developments on the defacer of central park, key witnesses claim to have seen a yellow mus-> Tristans hand shot to the radio and changed the station. "What kind of music do you like. I have alot of rock and rap CD's in the glove box there." He said reaching over and popping open the glove box.
Deja hearing the news announcement not really listening. "Anything really, you can play anything you want! I'm not picky." Deja then smiled, again, as Geo began to drive. "This is so gonna be fun,I'm totally psyched." Deja then smiled, at Geo again. Gosh, she needed to stop doing that.
Tristan looked over at Dream smiling at him and couldn't help but chuckle. He reached over without looking and grabbed a black CD and slipped it into the disc drive. It paused for a second and then a man started singing, "My life be like Oh AH Oh AH OH AH," A nice beat came after at the guy started rapping, Tristan looked over to Deja, "This is gunna be fun," he said as he hit the gas pedal hard and the car shot forward through the mansion gate and onto the road.
Deja, just layed, back in the seat. "This is a great song, by the way." Deja, then was curious of something, but, she'd ask him later. Deja, for some reason, starting, moving her body with the song. "My life be like.." Deja started jamming with the music. She then laughed right away, at how much she as embarrassing herself. After the song ended she searched and put on another song. "Okay, now, for some reason I love this song!"
Tristan laughed at Deja's anttics as he drove down the street, well over the speed limit. He rushed through the street as he always did, weaving in and out of differnet cars. He couldn't help but get the occasiounal glance at the beautiful girl sitting next to him.
Deja noticed, Tristian give her a glance, and then look back at the road. "Hmm..Speed limit, sixty five." Deja then looked at Tristian's speed. Deventy two. "Geo, no comment." Deja then smiled. "Hey, is that it?" Pointing to a very nice place, filled with people.
Tristan laughed and looked at Deja, "What." Tristan then looked and saw what she was looking at. "Yeah thats it but why is it so full." He pulled the car to the curb across the street. He killed the engine and got out going to the other side and opening Deja's door. He looked puzzledly at the park, why where there so many people. In the corner of his eye he saw a news van.
Deja, smiled as he opened the door. "Thanks, Geo." Deja, then noticed news reporter, coming out a van. "I hope nothing bad happen, come on lets go check it out!" Deja began running toward the big scene, holding, Geo's hand. Yelling, and screaming, is all she heard.
Tristan followed behind Deja nervously, hoping that it wasn't about his and Ted's antics the other day. When they got up to where the crowd was he could just barely see over the crowd of people. Tristan saw the top of an armored car with lights flashing and he thought he saw the word 'Mutant' on it. Tristan muscled his way through the crowd, guiding Deja by her hand. When he reached the yellow tape he stopped and looked into the feild. There was the armored car, the words 'Mutant Control' was written along the side, he quickly looked out into the feild to see two men being put into the truck, one of them had flames scourching the ground from his hands that were bound by cuffs. The other was built like an elephant, literally he had a trunk and everything, and the officers we're having a rough time putting them into the truck. Tristans eyes narrowed and his face twisted into a snarle, he knew it, he knew these stupid humans would do this. Try to control them just because they were different. Tristans fist clenched and a small pebble at his feet started to lift into the air. He didn't care if he exposed himself these humans had to pay.
Deja, quickly looked in sadness, as she glanced at the mutant. How can someone do that. Deja then looked at Geo, and she noticed him using his abilities. "Geo, dont! It's not worth it. Dont ruin your safety for them, please! Dont do it,for me." Deja was pleading that Geo didnt do something that would hurt everyone around him. Deja then held Geo's hand, and looked him in the eye. "Please?"
Tristan looked down into Deja's eyes and his face went back to normal. The pebble by his feet fell as he gently squeezed her hand. "Fine for you." Tristan said, then glanced up as the van drove away, "Stupid humans," he mumbled under his breath and he looked back to Deja, "I'm sorry,"
